Abstract

Games are something that can not be removed from the world of children. Traditional games are generally played in the field, yard, plataran, and othe places. At this time the traditional game began to be defeated with games that use technology (today’s games). Today’s games tend to keep children quiet and not move from place to place. This causes students motor skills to be poorly felt and less likely to stay in place. Motor skills are related to the development and process of controlling gestures (large musle work) in composed activities including nerves, brain, muscles, and spinal cord. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of traditional video game animation media for motor skills improvement. Researchers use qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The result of this reseacrh is the utilization of traditional game animation video media for motor skills improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the ddevelopment of 3D animated video media in traditional games of petak benteng for motor skills. The children (students) began to recognize the traditional game of petak benteng. Researchers developed a traditional game of petak benteng by using it as a 3D animated video to introduce the game. So that the game is not inferior to modern games. This researcher is a research and development (RnD). Sources of fata in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data techniques, and interviews. The result of this research is that 3D aniamtion video learning media for students tradisional games, 3D animation video for the introduction of traditional games can be used to improve studentts motor skills, and 3D animation videos can be used as online learning media.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes through the media of Sunda Manda game. This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which included two cycles. Each cycle consisted of three meetings with four stages namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This study was conducted at grade IV elementary school involving 37 students as the research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Then, the analysis of the data of this research was conducted by using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of this study showed an increase in students’ learning outcomes. Findings revealed that in Cycle I, 26 students reached the target score with an average of  72.76 (70.27%) for social science and 25 students reached the target schore with an average of 73.49 (67.57%) for Bahasa Indonesia.. Then, in Cycle II, 34 students reached the target with an average of 80.21 (91. 89%) for social science, and 32 students reached  the target with an average of 79,51 (86,49%) for Bahasa Indonesia. Furthermore, the average score of the learning outcomes for the affective aspect in Cycle I was 74.38 (61.98%) and it increased to 96 (80.00%) in Cycle II. In addition, the learning outcomes for skills in Cycle I was 51.76 (61.62%) and it increased to 66.84 (79.57%) in cycle II. This research implied that the innovation of media like Sunda Manda traditional game improved the learning outcomes of students at grade IV elementary school. Thus, it was concluded that there was an increase in the students’ learning outcomes through the media of Sunda Manda traditional game.

Abstract

Traditional games play a crucial role in enriching character values and culture among children. In this paper, the involvement of traditional games in fostering social interaction, strengthening cultural identity, and shaping children's characters is explored extensively. Despite the rapid advancement of technology shifting the popularity of modern games, traditional games still hold irreplaceable values. Through the analysis of various traditional games such as hide and seek, tag, hopscotch, stilts, and fortresses, values like honesty, teamwork, responsibility, and patriotism are identified as integral parts of children's play experiences. This research emphasizes the importance of introducing traditional games in the context of character education, considering their role in shaping personalities and reinforcing cultural identities. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study delves into the depth of values embedded in traditional games and highlights the urgency of preserving this cultural heritage amidst globalization. The research findings indicate that traditional games not only provide entertainment but also serve as effective learning tools in shaping children's characters. Therefore, efforts to promote and introduce traditional games to children are crucial in maintaining the continuity of cultural heritage and fostering positive values in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan tentang analisis kompetensi guru pada kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Galiran. Guru merupakan pendidik yang berada di garda terdepan dalam menjalankan roda pendidikan dan memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru harus mampu mengimplementasikan kurikulum pada setiap satuan pendidikan. Kurikulum merupakan suatu rencana dan pengaturan mengenai materi pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kompetensi guru pada kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Galiran. Kurikulum Merdeka digagas oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Nadiem Anwar Makarim. Dalam kurikulum Merdeka, peserta didik memiliki hak untuk berpikir kreatif dalam proses mencari ilmu pengetahuan dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru pada kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Galiran. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan dan teknik analisis isi untuk memperoleh data yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah guru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bidang teknologi dan guru perlu mengembangkan kompetensi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of traditional games in improving early childhood social skills. The method used is library research, by collecting, studying, and synthesizing various relevant literature, such as scientific journals, books, research reports, and academic articles. Data were obtained through documentation techniques to understand the relationship between traditional games and children's social development. The results of the study show that traditional games have an important role in shaping early childhood social skills. Through this game, children learn to communicate, work together, understand the rules, and resolve conflicts positively. Additionally, interactions in traditional games help develop empathy, leadership, and confidence. Although the digital era has changed children's play patterns, traditional games still have a high educational value. Therefore, parents, educators, and the community need to preserve and reintroduce it so that children not only get pleasure in playing, but also acquire useful social skills throughout life. By incorporating traditional games into daily activities, children can grow into individuals who have high social intelligence and are able to adapt to various situations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum on improving students' non-academic achievement at SD Plus Latansa Demak. The Merdeka Curriculum is the result of adaptation to learning needs in the digital era, by giving students the freedom to develop their potential outside of academics. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach to explore how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can improve students' non-academic achievement through organized and interest- and talent-based activities. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum has great potential in optimizing students' non-academic achievements, with support from more flexible curriculum management, technology-based learning, and intensive assistance to teachers.With the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, students can be freer to explore their interests and talents outside the classroom, which can help them develop their previously untapped potential. Through organized and interest- and talent-based activities, students can feel more motivated and excited about learning, so that their non-academic achievements can also improve significantly.
