Abstract

Notary institutions emerge from the growing needs of society today. Which requires evidence of the relationship existing civil law and / or between them, the general rule as to where and when the law demands it or it is desired by the community, to make written evidence that has authentic power. On 16 June 1925, out instructions to the Notary who practice in Indonesia, instruction, which contains 10 articles containing provisions that a Public notary before the first practice was sworn in. Notary Oath become a necessity of Principles of Public Law (Publiek Rechtelijk Beginsel): "That a public official before running its position as legally must take the oath first, if not it is not legitimate to run its position despite being lifted. "Oath Notary at Notary Act No. 2 of 2014 provided for in Article 4 to Article 7, while Article 17 Regulation of the contents oath Notary amended by Regulation No. 11 of 1949 has been repealed with the enactment UUJN. In the UUJN article 1, paragraph 1 Notary is a public official authorized to make an authentic agreement and other authorities referred to in this Act. Agreement of Notary must have the strength of evidence was authentic anyway, because according to article 1870 of the Civil Code authentic agreement must give them the parties and their heirs or persons who have the right of them a perfect evidence about what is contained in the agreement that the force formal and substantive evidence.Keywords: History of Notaries; Notary Oath; Criminal Sanctions.

Abstract

One strategy to improve the satisfaction of human resources is to give fair compensation based on the characteristics of the their work. Today in PT Bita Enargon Engineering, all division managers are considered to have the same workload so that they get the same basic wage, even though the workload of each division is not exactly the same. This research will determine the base salary using the point system method. The first step of this method is to conduct a job evaluation to determine the job relative value of each position. The next step is to convert the job relative value to the money value by subsituting the job relative value into a regression equation developed from the result of a survey on the closest competitors. Based on the job relative value, the basic salary for division heads and department heads can be decided.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Identifikasi Budaya Organisasi dan Keterampilan Manajemen Untuk Memelihara Eksistensi Usaha Kreatif Batik Jambi di Kota Jambi. Objek penelitian yaitu para pengusaha batik yang berada di Kota jambi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 unit usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yang dikembangkan oleh Cameron and Quinn yang dikenal dengan Competing Value Framework (CVF) dengan dua pengukuran yaitu Organizational Assessment Culture Instrument (OCAI) untuk mengukur profil budaya, dan Management Skills Assessment Instrumen (MSAI) untuk mengukur kompetensi manajerial para manajemen. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tipe budaya yang ingin ditingkatkan proporsinya adalah tipe budaya Adhocracy dan budaya Market yaitu masingmasing bertambah sebesar 3,42 dan 8,86. Perubahan pada proporsi tipe budaya organisasi usaha kreatif pengrajin batik secara umum memperlihatkan bahwa tipe budaya yang diharapkan akan mendominasi adalah tipe Budaya Adhocracy dan Budaya Market. Untuk Profil Keterampilan Manajemen ditemukan bahwa kegiatan usaha batik di Kota Jambi, para manajemen memiliki kecenderungan melakukan keempat profil budaya, baik budaya yang bersifat Clan, Adhocracy, Market, dan Hierarchy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian dan perancangan KIT percobaan gerak lurus berubah beraturan pada bidang miring bertujuan untuk membuat alat yang digunakan sebagai simulasi pembelajaran gerak lurus berubah beraturan pada bidang miring serta mengkaji teori-teori yang relevan. KIT ini terdiri dari lintasan sepanjang satu meter yang dilengkapi lima buah sensor phototransistor yang dipasang dengan jarak 25 cm, kerangka bidang miring yang dilengkapi rotary encoder sebagai penentu kemiringan lintasan serta mikrokontroller sebagai penghitung waktu dan pengolah data. Lima buah sensor yang terpasang pada lintasan digunakan untuk mendeteksi pergerakan troli selama melintasi bidang miring. Sehingga diperoleh nilai waktu yang dihitung dan dicatat oleh mikrokontroller. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada sudut 4° sampai 15°. Dari perubahan sudut tersebut diperoleh waktu tempuh troli pada tiap sensor yang digunakan untuk menghitung percepatan troli menggunakan persamaan gerak lurus berubah beraturan. Diperoleh nilai percepatan troli dengan kesalahan terbesar pada sudut 15° secara berurutan 1, 2, 3 dan 4 adalah 2.07 m/s2, 1.88 m/s2, 1.81 m/s2 dan 1.76 m/s2. Dari data tesebut diketahui bahwa nilai percepatan semakin kecil, hal ini disebabkan oleh gaya gesek udara, dimana semakin cepat troli mana gaya gesekan udara semakin besar. Kata Kunci: Bidang miring, percepatan, gerak lurus berubah beraturan, rotary encoder, phototransistor. Abstract The purposes of this research are to observe and develop non-uniform accelerated motion apparatus on an inclined plane that used to simulate non-uniform accelerated motion on inclined plane and discuss about the theory. The components of this apparatus are one meters track with five built in phototransistor sensors with distance between sensors about 25cm, an inclined plane body with built in rotary encoder sensors that used to determine the angle of the inclined plane, also a microcontroller that used to measure travel time and acceleration of the troli. Five sensors are built in the track used to detect troli motion. So the time of troli that moved down on inclined plane can be measured with the microcontroller. The angles of the collected data are 4° until 15°. From the manipulation of the angle we get time travel and acceleration that measured with non-uniform accelerated motion equation. The troli acceleration in 15° with the acceleration calls 1, 2, 3 and 4 with each of which are 2.07 m/s2, 1.88 m/s2, 1.81 m/s2 dan 1.76 m/s2. From these value we know the acceleration of troli are decrement, in causes by air friction force, with faster troli down on incline the air force of air friction are greater. Abstract

Abstrak Menurut WHO, infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) adalah penyakit infeksi kedua tersering pada tubuh sesudah infeksi saluran pernafasan dan sebanyak 8,3 juta kasus dilaporkan per tahun. Infeksi ini juga lebih sering dijumpai pada wanita dari laki-laki. Di Indonesia sendiri menurut perkiraan Departemen Kesehatan RI, jumlah penderita infeksi saluran kemih di Indonesia adalah 90-100 kasus per 100.000 penduduk per tahunnya atau sekitar 180.000 kasus baru per tahun. Berdasarkan hasil survei pada tanggal 07 September 2014 yang peneliti lakukan di Akademi Keperawatan Husada Karya Jaya pada semester I di dapatkan jumlah mahasiswa/i 24 orang yang terdiri dari 21 orang perempuan dan 3 orang laki-laki dan semester III didapatkan jumlah mahasiswa/i 25 orang yang terdiri dari 24 orang perempuan dan 1 laki-laki. Berdasarkan wawancara yang peneliti lakukan terdapat 49 orang mahasiwa/i yang belum mengetahui mengenai infeksi saluran kemih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Mengenai Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Kemih Pada Mahasiswa/i Semester I dan III di Akademi Keperawatan Husada Karya Jaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 49 orang. Pengumpulan data secara cross sectional diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket berupa kuesioner. Penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari jumlah responden sebanyak 49 orang, 42 (86%) menjawab benar pertanyaan tentang pengertian ISK dan 7 (14%) menjawab salah, 47 (96%) menjawab benar pertanyaan tentang penyebab penyakit ISK dan 2 (4%) menjawab salah, 41 (84%) menjawab benar pertanyaan tentang tanda dan gejala penyakit ISK dan 8 (16%) menjawab salah, dan 44 (90%) menjawab benar pertanyaan tentang pencegahan penyakit ISK dan 5 (10%) menjawab salah. Ratarata nilai jawaban benar terhadap pertanyaan tentang penyakit ISK baik pengertian, penyebab, tanda gejala dan pencegahan penyakit ISK adalah 43.5 (89%) menjawab benar dan 5.5 (11%) menjawab salah. Abstract

Background: Asthma is the tenth leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia with a prevalence of 2.4%. Asthma causes respiratory problems in the form of wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing and difficulty breathing, especially at night. Many children receive irrational treatment, do not receive proper prevention so that the disease can progress to a more serious condition. One of the appropriate therapy in this case is blowing balloon therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of balloon blowing on oxygenation status in children with bronchial asthma. The research method used was a case study with a sample of 2 participants aged 9 and 5 years. Collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Results: Based on the case study, it was shown that after balloon blowing therapy was carried out in children with bronchial asthma it was effective in reducing shortness of breath, reducing respiratory frequency to normal, overcoming wheezing and increasing oxygen saturation. Conclusion: There is an effect of balloon blowing technique therapy in pediatric patients with bronchial asthma on oxygenation status. Suggestion: Balloon Blowing Therapy (blowing balloons) can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy for children with bronchial asthma which is carried out 3 days every morning with a duration of 20 minutes

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City. The analysis method used is quantitative. The population and sample in this study are all employees at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City, totaling 89 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. The statistical analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0.0 program. The results show a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City. The recommendations from this study include fostering open communication between superiors and subordinates for employee performance, enhancing problem-solving methods within the organization for transformational leadership, and granting autonomy to employees in their work for work motivation.or formula.

Abstract

PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center (AICC) is a company engaged in the Casting manufacturing industry. Work accidents at PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center (AICC) in 2021 to 2022 there are 8 cases of work accidents, namely the occurrence of hand injuries caught between the roller and the product on the finishing machine line A in August 2022, while in July 2022 in the processing section production of shotblast 2, with a wound The ring finger of the victim's right hand was caught in a pendulum plate which came off while helping with repair maintenance with the victim being lightly injured. In this study, the Hirarc method was used to identify an accident risk that could occur, and the Fmea method was used to analyze a system or material failure and evaluate the effects of the failure. The results of hazard identification show 7 potential hazards that have been identified. At every finishing post. for the Fmea method there are 4 potential hazards at each finishing post. From the results of observations and observations in the field carrying out repair controls such as installing signs on each production line so that the data can serve as a reminder when the operator is working, such as providing special lines for forklift operations (administrative control), safety controls for employees and safety helmets to minimize falling products (PPE), and control of the use of gloves, Provision of APAR in the work area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of compensation on work motivation, the effect of work discipline on work motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and to test and analyze the effect of compensation on performance employees through work motivation, as well as testing and analyzing the influence of work discipline on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Indah Cargo Logistik Jambi, totaling 54 using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The variables in this research are compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), work motivation (Z), and employee performance (Y). data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has an influence positive and significant on employee performance, work motivation is able to provide a positive and significant influence in linking compensation to employee performance, and work motivation is able to provide a positive and significant influence in linking work discipline to employee performance.

Abstract

Traditional games play a crucial role in enriching character values and culture among children. In this paper, the involvement of traditional games in fostering social interaction, strengthening cultural identity, and shaping children's characters is explored extensively. Despite the rapid advancement of technology shifting the popularity of modern games, traditional games still hold irreplaceable values. Through the analysis of various traditional games such as hide and seek, tag, hopscotch, stilts, and fortresses, values like honesty, teamwork, responsibility, and patriotism are identified as integral parts of children's play experiences. This research emphasizes the importance of introducing traditional games in the context of character education, considering their role in shaping personalities and reinforcing cultural identities. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study delves into the depth of values embedded in traditional games and highlights the urgency of preserving this cultural heritage amidst globalization. The research findings indicate that traditional games not only provide entertainment but also serve as effective learning tools in shaping children's characters. Therefore, efforts to promote and introduce traditional games to children are crucial in maintaining the continuity of cultural heritage and fostering positive values in society.
