Abstract

Welfare is a condition where a person is safe, prosperous, and safe from various kinds of disturbances, problems difficulties, and so on. This study aims to determine the impact of village fund allocation and village development programs on the welfare of village communities in Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency with a population of village officials and the Mataru Selatan village community and a sample of 56 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire while data analysis used a research instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using the t-test and F test. The results of the study showed that partially the allocation of village funds affected the Welfare of the Mataru Selatan Village Community, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000. Partially, the village development program affects the welfare of the people of Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, and simultaneously, the allocation of village funds and the village development program affect the welfare of the village community in Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan sebuah perbandingan yang dilakukan untuk menemukan seberapa besar kemampuan perusahaan dalam meraih profit atau keuntungan dari pendapatan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di usaha dagang (UD) Legenda Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan tingkat penjualan terhadap profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan populasi laporan keuangan UD Legenda Kalabahi periode 2019-2023 dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah laporan neraca dan laporan laporan rugi/laba. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel modal kerja dan tingkat penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel profitabilitas UD. Legenda Kalabahi.

Abstract

The income in this study is the total amount of money received by street vendors at Moru Market, Moru Village, Alor Barat Daya District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, working hours and types of merchandise on the income of traders at Moru Market, Moru Village, Alor Barat Daya District, Alor Regency. This type of research is a quantitative description. Samples were taken using saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were 45 traders. Data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple analysis, t test, F test. This research instrument test is used to measure the level of validity, reliability and classic assumptions from the answers to the research questionnaire. By using the tool to calculate SPSS version 22 For Windows. Based on the results of the validity test for each variable with the Pearson correlation value, the results of the validity test for each variable are declared valid. The results of the reliability test for each variable with the Crobatc Alpha value, the results of the reliability test for each variable are declared reliable. Kolmogrov-Smirnov Normality test results with sig. ≥ then the test results are declared normal. The results of the heteroscedasticity test showed that the value of each independent variable meant that this study did not have heteroscedasticity. The results of the multicollinearity test show that the VIF value > tolerance means that multicollinearity does not occur in this study. The results of the linearity test between the dependent variable and the independent variable show that the deviation from linearity value is > 0.05, so there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results with the t test to answer the first, second, and third hypotheses, while multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously used the F test to determine the fourth hypothesis, namely to determine the Effect of Capital, Working Hours and Types of Merchandise on Trader's Income at Moru Market, Alor Barat District Daya Binongko, Alor Regency. Based on the calculation results of multiple linear regression analysis partially and simultaneously, the significance value of the Capital variable is 0.000, Working Hours is 0.000, Merchandise Type is 0.005, and the simultaneous effect of the significance value of the F test is 0.000b, the test results t and the F test is smaller than alpha (0.05), then the hypothesis testing proposed in this study is as follows: There is an influence of business capital, working hours and types of merchandise on the income of traders in Moru Market, Alor Barat Daya District, Alor Regency .

Abstract

Village fund accountability is an obligation to provide accountability or answer and explain the performance and action of a person/legal entity or the leadership of an organization to parties who have the right or authority to request information or accountability which consists of planning, implementing, administering, reporting and village financial accountability. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study used primary data and the statistical method used in this study was multiple liniear regression with significant t tests and f tests as benchmarks for taking hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that: partially the competence of apparatus has an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime West, Alor Tengah Utara District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by the t test value of 0,044; partially the internal control system has an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime west, sub-district, as evidenced by the significant value of the t test of 0,000; partially community participation has an effect on the accountability of managing village of overtime west, sub-district of Alor Tengah Utara, Alor district, which is proven by a significant t-test value of 0,000; and simultaneously the competency variables of officials, internal control systems, and community participation have an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime west, Alor Tengah Utara district, Alor Regency which is proven with a significant value of the f test of 0,000

Abstract

Pendapatan asli daerah merupakan pendapatan yang diterima pemerintah daerah dari sumber-sumber yang ada di wilayahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Alor periode 2016-2020. Peneliti melakukan penelitian pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t atau uji parsial dan uji F atau uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pajak daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,040. Secara parsial Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,015. Secara simultan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,013.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahtraan masyarakat sesuai dengan esensi masalah dan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan dana desa terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dengan responden sebanyak 46 orang dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, juesioner dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi kinier berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji pasrial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel perencanaan berpengarug terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,000, variabel pelaksanaan berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang dibuktikn dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,019, variabel pengawasan berpengarug terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,049. Secara simultan variabel perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pengawasan berpengarug terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of selling price, operating costs, and sales volume on revenue at Toko Champion Bangunan Kalabahi, Alor Regency, during the 2022-2024 observation period. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study utilizes secondary data, where the population and sample consist of the financial statements of Toko Champion Bangunan Kalabahi for the years 2022-2024. The statistical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, utilizing the significance values of the t-test and F-test as benchmarks for hypothesis testing. Data processing was conducted using IBM SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Partially, the selling price variable has a significance value of 0.000 (0.0%), which is lower than the alpha value of 0.05 (5%); therefore, the study accepts H1, stating that the selling price variable partially influences the revenue of Toko Champion Bangunan Kalabahi from 2022 to 2024, 2). Partially, the operating costs variable has a significance value of 0.004 (0.4%), which is lower than the alpha value of 0.05; thus, the study accepts H2, stating that the operating costs variable partially influences revenue, 3). Partially, the sales volume variable has a significance value of 0.004 (0.4%), which is lower than the alpha value of 0.05; hence, the study accepts H3, stating that the sales volume variable partially influences revenue, 4). Simultaneously, the variables of selling price, operating costs, and sales volume yield a significance value of 0.000 (0.0%), which is lower than the alpha value of 0.05; consequently, the study accepts H4, confirming that selling price, operating costs, and sales volume simultaneously influence the revenue of Toko Champion Bangunan Kalabahi from 2022 to 2024.
