Abstract

Indonesian government has tried to reform every aspect of the country including civil service system. A legal background was established by the Law No. 5/2014. The aim of this law is to improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian bureaucracy, therefore personnel management – is critical. Effective Civil service management is considered as a key element to create good civil servant since the human element is involved in realizing good governance. This study seek to answer the research problem, – what areas are prone to open the door of corruption, collusion and nepotism.  For this purpose literature is conducted to analyze data from various sources. The research finding showed that some areas such as recruitment, placement, promotion and training are positively related to corruption, collusion and nepotism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model strategi pengembangan berbasis customer driven untuk dosen yang mengajar di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ). Cikal bakal UPNVJ sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1963 artinya lebih dari 50 tahun berpengalaman mengelola pendidikan, namun kinerja dosen UPNVJ masih belum optimal terbukti dari minimnya artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada jurnal nasional bergengsi atau internasional g terindeks Scopus. Demikian puladalam bidang pengajaran, alumni UPNVJ belum menjadi “rebutan”, pusat kajian dan lembaga yang adabelum menjadi rujukan swasta dan pemerintah, padahal UPNVJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan peneliti menjadi instrumen utama, key informan merupakan pejabat dan dosen senior yang saat ini masih aktif bekerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model strategi program pengembangan kualitas dosen tidak efektif karena tidak dirancang secara sadar dan terencana untuk menjematani gap antara kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki dengan kompetensi yang ada saat ini, disamping itu manajemen belum menunjukkan dukungan yang maskimal terhadap program pengembangan kualitas dosen karena itu diperluka strategi baru yang yang berbasis kompetensi.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of job training and performance appraisals on employee performance. The sample used in this study were all employees of the Direktorat Umum dan SDM BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pusat amounting to 100 employees. Data collection by questionnaire via google form. The analysis technique used was inferential analysis and data processing was carried out through SPSS Statistics 23 with a significant level of 5% (0,05). The results of the test obtained (1) job training has an effect on employee performance, (2) performance appraisal has an effect on employee performance, (3) job training and performance appraisal simultaneously have an effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the Effect of Compensation, and Work Environment, on Job Satisfaction Through Work Motivation as a Mediation Variable. This study used 37 employees in the HR and Organizational Division of the Head Office of the Public Company Bulog Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction..

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penyebab penurunan kinerja karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara semi terstruktur dengan partisipan yang diantaranya adalah supervisor subbagian pengelolaan piutang, koordinator karyawan subbagian pengelolaan piutang, dan perwakilan karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang. Untuk membuktikan keabsahan data dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode triangulasi data, dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga faktor utama yaitu, keterampilan & keahlian, kepemimpinan, serta beban kerja yang saling memiliki keterikatan terhadap faktor lainnya sikap kerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, dengan perannya masing-masing sebagai penyebab dari penurunan kuantitas kinerja karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang yang disebabkan adanya kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, karyawan outsourcing, PT.PLN, pandemi covid-19 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the cause of the decline in the performance of outsourcing employees in the recieveable management sub-section of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with five participants, including supervisor of the accounts receivable management sub-section, coordinators of the accounts receivable management sub-section, and representatives of outsourced employees of the accounts receivable management sub-section. To prove the validity of the data in the study, the researcher used the data triangulation method, and then the data was analyzed by performing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study found three factors, namely skills & expertise, leadership, and workload which have a mutual attachment to other factors, namely work attitude, motivation, job statisfaction, employee loyalty, with their respective roles as the cause of the decrease in the quantity of the employee performance outsourcing sub-section management of accounts receivable PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang, which was triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic condition. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work-life Balance onEmployee Loyalty at PT Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia. The selected population is all employees of PT Panorama JTB Tours using a saturated sample of 50 employees. The use of analytical tools in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained in this study are (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) Work – life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (4) There is a simultaneous influence on employee loyalty of PT Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia.
