Abstract

Hal yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah motivasi yang belum maksimal dari siswa - siswi, baik dari dalam diri sendiri maupun dari luar diri untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha diusia belia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah Mengimplementasikan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, Khususnya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Membekali wawasan berwirausaha bagi siswa SMA Katolik Cinta Kasih Tebing Tinggi dan Memotivasi dalam pengembangan wirausaha yang  ada di SMA Katolik baik dari segi manajemen dan pemasarannya.Adapun Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah yaitu dengan memberian materi dan diskusi tanya jawab secara langsung serta menjawab post test tentang minat berwirausaha. Dan simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Dosen – dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi mampu menjalankan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi di bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan  pengaplikasian ilmu yang dimiliki di bidang Manajemen dan Kewirausahaan. Bagi siswa – siswi SMA Katolik Cipta Kasih Tebing Tinggi memperoleh ilmu yang bermanfaat dan dapat diterapkan di masyarakat dalam kehidupan kedepannya serta dapat menimbulkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta mengembangkan bakat siswa dalam berwirausaha dan Pengabdian ini juga akan dilakukan bertahap dan berkesinambungan untuk mengantarkan siswa – siswi SMA Katolik Cinta Kasih Tebing Tinggi tetap berkarya dan mau menjadi sukses diusia belia.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Office of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of SerdangBedagai Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work communication on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sergai Regency Regional Representative Council Office. The results of this study indicate. (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjuted R square is 0.668 or 66.8%, this shows that the group cooperation variable (XI) and the work communication variable (X2) can explain the performance variable (Y) by 66.8%, the rest is 33 , 2% (100% - 66.8%) explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (3.111)> t table (2.039), as well as the significance value of 0.004 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypotension is accepted, meaning that the group cooperation variable (X1) has a significant effect on variable (Y). (3) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (5,515)> t table (2,039), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Communication Variable (X2) has a significant effect on Performance Variable (Y). (4) the results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that Fcount (33.169)>Ftable (3.32) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Group Cooperation Variable (X1), Variable Work Communication (X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Performance Variable (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh tingkat upah, jumlah kamar hotel dan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor industri pariwisata di Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber data berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Medan dan Badan Pusat Statistik Sumatera Utara, Dinas Pariwisata Kota Medan serta Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dalam penelitian ini periode waktu yang digunakan berkisar pada tahun 2004-2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat upah berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, jumlah kamar hotel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri pariwisata di Sumatera Utara. Dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,977 berarti 97,7% merupakan penjelas terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan sisanya 2,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain dan tidak dimasukkan dalam model analisis penelitian ini.

Abstract

Learning achievement is something that cannot be separated from learning activities because learning achievement is the output of the learning process. Student achievement is influenced by two main factors, namely factors from within the student (Internal) and factors originating from outside the student or the environment (External). The research method used is quantitative data method. Qualitative research as a human instrument, serves to determine the focus of research, select informants as data sources, assess data quality, analyze data, interpret data and draw conclusions from the findings. The results of the study using t-test (partial) showed that the Teacher Teaching Method variable (X1) had an effect on the student achievement variable (Y), then the online learning method (X2) had an effect on student achievement (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of trade unions and industrial relations on the welfare of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Rambutan, to determine the role of trade unions on the welfare of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Rambutan, and to determine the role of industrial relations on the welfare of employees at PT. Nusantara III Ranmbutan Plantation. The type of research used is quantitative research using SPSS Version 25.00. The population in this study was the production section (harvesters) collected in distributing questionnaires totaling 45 respondents. From the results of the study, it was shown that the Labor Union (X1) and Industrial Relations (X2) had no effect on Employee Welfare. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, price and packaging significantly and simultaneously on consumer loyalty. The sample determination method used in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique of 98 samples who are consumers of Irian Supermarket Tebing Tinggi. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 3, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the price variable (X3) has no significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Brand Image variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Consumer Loyalty variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 2, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Product Quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Consumer Loyalty variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 4, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the packaging variable (X4) has a significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 5, it can be concluded that the fifth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the variables Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), Price (X3) and Packaging (X4) simultaneously influence the Consumer Loyalty variable (Y). meaning that the packaging variable (X4) has a significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality and Social Assistance on Community Satisfaction (Case Study on Social Assistance Recipients in Tebing Tinggi City). The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SmartPLS 3.0, which is collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to as many employees as 97 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test of the measurement model evaluation (outer model), the evaluation of the structural model (inner model), the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2 ), hypothesis testing, namely the T test and F test. The results of SmartPLS in this study, namely the service quality variable (X1) has an effect on the community satisfaction variable (Y), the social assistance variable (X2) has no effect on the community satisfaction variable (Y), the service quality variable (X1) and social assistance (X2) has a significant effect. simultaneously on community satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini yaitu untuk memberikan edukasi cara budidaya udang vaname dari awal hingga panen dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada kahalayak umum yang ingin membudidayakan udang vaname ini.Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Pasantren Darussalam Guntur Batubara. Adapaun hasil kegiatan ini berupa edukasi budi saya udang vaname yaitu bahwa budidaya udang vaname relatif mudah dan dengan resiko gagal panen yang kecil tentunya dengan mengikuti tahapan pelakasanaan budidaya yang benar. Keunggulan udang vaname ini yaitu 1) Laju pertumbuhan udang bisa mencapai 1-1,5 gram/ minggu; 2) Bisa dibudidayakan dengan kepadatan penebaran tinggi (80-500 ekor/m²); 3) Kebutuhan pakan protein lebih rendah 20-30 persen dibanding jenis udang lainnya; 4) Memiliki FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio) yang lebih rendah; 5) Ukuran udang saat panen seragam; 6) Jumlah udang yang under size saat panen cenderung sedikit. Budidaya udang vaname yang dilakukan dipasantren Darussalam ini sudah berlangsung 2 tahun terakhir sejak 2020 dan telah menghasilkan lebih kurang 1 ton dalam satu tahun. Dengan resiko gagal panen selama du atahun teakhir tidak ada.Kata Kunci : Budidaya; Udang Vaname; Media Tambak.

Abstract

Effective human resource management contributes significantly to enhancing teachers’ motivation and improving the quality of learning. This study aims to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) work on the motivation of junior high school teachers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on an in-depth understanding of HRM practices in schools and teachers' perceptions of their influence on work motivation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, direct observation in the school environment, and documentation studies related to HRM policies and practices. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of HRM including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and rewarding in general has a positive contribution to teacher work motivation, especially in terms of teaching enthusiasm, loyalty, and sense of responsibility. However, several obstacles were also found such as limited ongoing training and the lack of a fair reward system. This study recommends the need to strengthen HRM strategies based on teacher needs in order to improve the quality and work enthusiasm sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor analysis of changes in the level of wages and working capital of the company and its implications for the absorption of labor in the non-formal industrial sector in Batubara Regency. It can be concluded that the first hypothesis proposed states that the Wage Level variable (X1) has an effect on the Labor variable (Y). The second hypothesis proposed states that the working capital variable (X2) has no effect on the labor variable (Y). The fourth hypothesis proposed states that the Wage Level Variable (X1), Working Capital Variable (X2), has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Labor Variable (Y).
