Abstract

Desa Timpag di Kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pertanian, budaya, dan sumber daya alam yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata berkelanjutan. Namun, keterbatasan kapasitas masyarakat, rendahnya kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya pariwisata, serta belum optimalnya pengembangan UMKM dan strategi pemasaran menjadi tantangan utama. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan, dan pembentukan kelembagaan Pokdarwis. Fokus kegiatan meliputi peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, pengembangan agrowisata berbasis pertanian organik, penguatan UMKM lokal dengan inovasi produk dan kemasan, serta penerapan digital marketing untuk memperluas akses pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, terbentuknya Pokdarwis sebagai penggerak utama pariwisata desa, berkembangnya UMKM dengan produk inovatif, serta lahirnya paket wisata terpadu berbasis pertanian, budaya, dan kuliner lokal. Dengan demikian, kesadaran kolektif masyarakat dan sinergi antara agrowisata serta UMKM menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan Desa Timpag sebagai destinasi pariwisata berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of administrative management, improve marketing management and services provided by LPD employees. The implementation method includes socialization regarding the importance of business management and marketing, technical training on the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word, direct practice in financial recording and management of LPD customer data. The results of the activity showed an increase in employee skills as indicated by an increase in the ability to prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel more quickly, neatly, and accurately, as well as the implementation of digital-based marketing strategies through social media Instagram which has been proven to expand the reach of services, especially in reaching the younger generation around Sembung Gede Village. Administrative efficiency has increased significantly because the use of computer applications can speed up work processes and strengthen transparency, thereby increasing public trust in LPD. Strengthening the capacity of LPD employees through computer training and marketing management assistance not only improves the internal performance of LPDs, but also has an impact on the sustainability of the socio-economic function of traditional institutions in building village economic independence.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) play a crucial role in strengthening local economic resilience, yet many face challenges adapting to digital transformation. This study examines the influence of digital literacy and online marketing practices on the performance of Asta Dharma BUMDesa in Sembung Gede Village. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with BUMDesa managers, field observations, and analysis of organizational documents. The research findings indicate that BUMDesa managers' digital literacy remains at a basic level, characterized by limited skills in managing digital platforms, branding, and utilizing online marketing. Online marketing activities are still carried out in a rudimentary manner, without a structured strategy, using standard operating procedures, or a lack of dedicated human resources. These limitations significantly impact the visibility, competitiveness, and market reach of BUMDesa products. Although villages have strong economic potential, particularly in agriculture, local food products, and tourism, their integration into the digital market ecosystem remains weak. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy is crucial for improving managerial capabilities, marketing effectiveness, and institutional performance. This study provides insights into the digital readiness of rural economic institutions and recommends sustainable capacity building, strategic digital marketing planning, and collaboration between stakeholders to improve the performance of BUMDesa in the digital era.
