Abstract

The relationship between nutritional status and shortness of breath in childhood pneumonia is an important concern in the management and management of this disease. Poor nutritional status in children can influence their immune system, making them more susceptible to infections such as pneumonia. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of shortness of breath in children with pneumonia at Mappi General Hospital, Indonesia. This study is a cross-sectional analytic observational study. A total of 49 research subjects were included in this study. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS using univariate and bivariate relationships between nutritional status and the incidence of shortness of breath in pneumonia patients. The majority of pneumonia patients with malnutrition experienced symptoms of shortness of breath compared to pneumonia patients with normal nutrition, p<0.05. There is a significant relationship between poor nutritional status and the incidence of shortness of breath in pediatric patients with pneumonia.

Abstract

Children with special needs are very vulnerable to becoming victims of bullying. Bullying is a form of child or adolescent violence that is now increasingly common. This activity aims to empower parents and school elements and improve skills (teachers and education staff) in handling and preventing bullying and temper tantrums in children with special needs so as to create a conducive and controlled atmosphere for learning activities and help children with special needs achieve a good level of health. optimal. The activity was carried out at the Partner SLB-C YPPLB Makassar location using the method of providing video-based health education about preventing bullying in children with special needs and short training in handling tantrums in autistic children. The number of participants was 30 people. It was carried out using the method of providing video-based health education about preventing bullying in children with special needs and short training in handling tantrums in autistic children. The results of the activities after the activities were carried out, in the school element, both teachers and parents of students experienced increased knowledge regarding bullying and tantrums and were able to handle children with special needs who experienced tantrums better. In addition, a task force unit was formed to deal with bullying in target schools as partner of the public service.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran pasien di Puskesmas Pertiwi sering mengalami kendala seperti antrean panjang, gangguan sistem, ketidaklengkapan dokumen, serta ketidaksabaran pasien. Hal ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara harapan pelayanan yang cepat dengan kenyataan pelayanan yang masih sering terhambat komunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perilaku komunikasi petugas dalam menangani berbagai permasalahan di tempat pendaftaran pasien di Puskesmas Pertiwi. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Pertiwi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi nonpartisipan terhadap empat petugas pendaftaran yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Ditemukan lima tema utama: yaitu komunikasi prosedur pendaftaran, administrasi BPJS, kelengkapan dokumen, sikap dan emosi pasien, serta gangguan teknis pelayanan. Petugas menggunakan komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal dengan sopan, jelas, dan sabar. Pasien umumnya menunjukkan respons positif setelah menerima penjelasan.  Komunikasi petugas pendaftaran efektif dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan pelayanan. Diperlukan pelatihan komunikasi petugas serta edukasi masyarakat terkait prosedur pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstract Backround: The completeness of the entry and exit summary form is very important because it has a function as a source of information about the course of the disease, indexing the disease and as a source of information in preparing hospital reports. As explained in the Hospital SPM, the completeness of medical records, especially the entry & exit summary form, must be filled in at least 100%. Objective: To find out the completeness of filling out the entry & exit summary form in the case of internal medicine patients at Bhayangkara Makassar Hospital. Method: This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, a total sample of 57 medical records with sample withdrawal using the slovin formula. Data collection with observation and interviews was then processed using the IBM SPSS 23 application. Results: The results of the study were complete patient identification review (95%), incomplete (5%), complete important reporting review (63%), incomplete (37%), complete authentication review (91%), incomplete (9%), complete and correct documentation review (98%), incomplete (2%). Conclusion: The completeness of filling out the summary form for entering and exiting Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar is still incomplete. It is hoped that regular socialization and evaluation will be held as well as rewards and punishments will be given to officers involved in filling in medical records.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Pengembalian berkas rekam medis pasien rawat jalan harus dikembalikan sesuai standar prosedur operasional yaitu 1x24 jam untuk rawat jalan. Keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan rekam medis dan akan menghambat kegiatan selanjutnya, seperti assembling, koding, analisis, dan indexing. Tujuan : Diketahui karakteristik berkas rekam medis pasien rawat jalan yang dikembalikan tepat waktu dan jumlah berkas rekam medis yang dikembalikan tidak tepat waktu . Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dengan total 80 sampel pada bulan juni tahun 2024. Hasil : Dari 80 berkas rekam medis yang diteliti terdapat 50 berkas yang dikembalikan tidak tepat waktu dan 30 berkas rekam medis yang dikembalikan tepat waktu. Kesimpulan : Ketidaktepatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis pasien rawat jalan bulan juni tahun 2024 sebanyak 62.5% atau 50 berkas dari total sampel 80 berkas, sedangkan yang dikembalikan tepat waktu sebanyak 37.5% atau 30 berkas rekam medis.
