Abstract

This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data needed to complete this research includes primary data obtained from field surveys which are used to obtain parking attraction and parking space capacity, while secondary data is obtained from the Perkim Service (Public Housing and Settlement Service) Palangka Raya City. The results of this study indicate that, Parking Space Capacity = 53 ÷ 0.75 = 70.6 motorbikes = 71 motorbikes, the highest parking accumulation is on Sunday at 15.00 WIB - 16.00 WIB for 62 motorbikes, the highest parking volume on Sunday is 258 vehicles/days/space, parking turnover rate (trun over) = 258 ÷ 145 = 1.7 vehicles/day/space, the average parking index per day is 10.71%, 11.41%, 6.1%, and park parking needs are 33 x 53 = 1,749 m2. Based on the results of the calculation of the parking attraction that occurs in the Taman Pasuk Kameluh area, Palangka Raya City, it is 258 vehicles/day/space. For travel attraction compared to the number of motorbike parking lots available to accommodate vehicles in the Kasuk Kameluh park area, it is 70.6 vehicles/day. So based on the results obtained, the demand for parking space exceeds the existing parking capacity, only 53 parking pedals (demand) exceed the existing parking capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership on job satisfaction of members of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in Riau Province and examine the mediating role of interpersonal communication in the relationship. This research was conducted by collecting data from active PDIP members in Riau Province through the use of questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 randomly selected respondents. The results of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 for data processing show that leadership has an insignificant influence on job satisfaction of PDIP members in Riau Province. In addition, interpersonal communication was also found to have a significant mediating role between leadership and job satisfaction of PDIP members. This suggests that interpersonal communication is an important factor in linking effective leadership with higher levels of job satisfaction. The findings of this study have important implications for political party management and party leaders in developing effective leadership strategies and increasing the job satisfaction of party members. Improved interpersonal communication is also key in facilitating good relationships between leaders and party members, which in turn can contribute to higher job satisfaction. However, this study has several limitations, including geographical restrictions and a research population limited to PDIP members in Riau Province. In addition, the use of questionnaires as a data collection method may also affect the results of the study. Therefore, future research can involve a more representative sample and use different data collection methods to expand the generalizability of the research results

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMP Negeri 2 Banjarbaru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang mana bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil perhitungan variabel melalui analisis statistik sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode tes serta pengukuran guna memperoleh hasil yang lebih objektif. Sample pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa yang megikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMP Negeri 2 Banjarbaru, yang terdiri dari 14 peserta laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai tingkat kondisi fisik peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMP Negeri 2 Banjarbaru, kecepatan diukur menggunakan tes lari 30 meter dengan rata-rata waktu 4,64 detik yang masuk dalam kategori cukup. Kelincahan diuji dengan Illinois agility test yang menghasilkan rata-rata 16,74 detik, juga dalam kategori cukup. Daya ledak diukur melalui standing broad jump dengan hasil rata-rata 7,48 inci dan dikategorikan sangat baik. Sementara itu, daya tahan diukur menggunakan pacer test, dengan hasil rata-rata 52 balikan yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Kesimpulannya tingkat kondisi fisik kategori cukup pada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMP Negeri 2 Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengkaji respons tanaman jagung terhadap aplikasi pupuk NPK Mutiara dengan dosis yang berbeda. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor dosis NPK mutiara yang terdiri dari enam taraf perlakuan yaitu kontrol,100 kg ha-1,150 kg ha-1,200 kg ha-1,250 kg ha-1,300 kg ha-1. Perlakuan ini diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 18 unit percobaan, Di mana setiap percobaan terdapat 20 Rumpun dan dengan total keseluruhan terdapat 360 rumpun dan 720 jumlah populasi tanaman, setiap petakan mempunyai 20 Rumpun dan 40 tanaman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan analisis ragam (ansira) dan jika menunjukkan pengaruh nyata atau sangat nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ 5%) untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa pemberian upuk NPK Mutiara 300 kg ha-1 berpengaruh nyata untuk meningkatkan hasil tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol dan berat produksi jagung per hektar. Semakin tinggi dosis yang diberikan akan semakin meningkat pertumbuhannya.
