Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi latihan pada pemain Futsal Klub Mahabharata Kecamatan Kuripan Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam prosedur penelitian, dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Strategi untuk analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. 18 pemain klub Mahabharata merupakan populasi. Dengan metode pengambilan sampel lengkap, 18 orang dijadikan sampel untuk penyelidikan ini. Temuan penelitian ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa dengan frekuensi rata-rata 8 atau 44,4%, para pemain Futsal Klub Mahabharata di Kecamatan Kuripan Kabupaten Barito Kuala paling termotivasi untuk berlatih. Tingkat motivasi berlatih pemain Futsal Klub Mahabharata masuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi” dengan frekuensi 2, kategori “tinggi” dengan frekuensi 5, kategori “sedang” dengan frekuensi 3, kategori “rendah” dengan frekuensi 8, dan kategori “sangat rendah” dengan frekuensi 0 atau 0%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran fisik peserta didik di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara melalui analisis aktivitas fisik di luar waktu sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan melalui tes dan kuisioner.Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui indeks massa tubuh peserta didik SDN Sungai Kuini 2 dalam kategori gizi kurang. Tingkat kebugaran jsmani peserta didik dalam kategori baik. Dari analisis aktivitas peserta didik diluar jam sekolah peserta didik SDN Sungai Kuini 2 melakukan aktivitas fisik berat diperoleh selama 1 jam per hari.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui indeks massa tubuh peserta didik SMPN 4 Amuntai Selatan dalam kategori gizi baik. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta didik dalam kategori baik. Dari analisis aktivitas peserta didik di luar jam sekolah melakukan aktivitas fisik kategori berat selama setiap hari dalam seminggu dengan rentan waktu 2 jam per hari. peserta didik senang berolahraga olahraga balap sepeda dan bulu tangkis dan terdapat peserta didik yang mengikuti klub olahraga diluar jam sekolah.

Abstract

Olahraga dayung merupakan cabang olahraga perairan yang berkembang di wilayah Kalimantan Selatan. Berkembangnya olahraga dayung di Kalimantan Selatan didukung oleh kondisi wilayah Kalimantan Selatan yang memiliki sebagian besar wilayah perairan, baik berupa sungai, rawa, pantai, dan danau. Dukungan pencapai prestasi olahraga menjadi faktor berkembang dan berprestasinya suatu cabang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembinaan prestasi olahraga dayung di Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan evaluasi yang digunakan dengan model CIPP yang meliputi pembahasan tentang Context, Input, Process, dan Product dari proses pembinaan olahraga dayung yang telah berjalan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) evaluasi context sudah sesuai dengan program pembinaan, 2) evaluasi input sudah sesuai dengan program pembinaan. 3) evaluasi proses belum sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan 4) evaluasi product masih belum sesuai masih perlu ditingkatkan prestasinya di kejuaraan yang lebih bergengsi

Abstract

The aim of physical education is to develop physical abilities. Good physical abilities have an impact on students' ability to think and concentrate on learning. Children aged 5 to 17 years are recommended to do physical activity with a duration of 60 minutes in the moderate to vigorous intensity category. Physical activity done more than 60 minutes a day can provide body health. Learning PE at school, all the time available for learning is not fully used effectively so that to gain physical fitness students must spend time doing physical activities outside of learning hours. The aim of this research is to determine the physical activity carried out by students outside school hours. The sample for this research was 174 students in elementary schools throughout South Kalimantan. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The technique used in taking samples is purposive sampling. The instrument used to obtain research data was the IPAQ questionnaire. The research results showed that physical activity carried out by students with heavy activities was mostly carried out for 3 days with a percentage of 28%, the time range used was 60-90 minutes a day. Students who do moderate activities mostly do it for 2 days with a percentage of 24%, the time span used is less than 60 minutes a day. Students' walking activities are mostly carried out for 7 days with a percentage of 61%, the time range used is 60-90 minutes a day. Students do most of the sitting activities for 7 days with a percentage of 59%, the time range used is 60-90 minutes a day. Elementary school students do a lot of physical activity in the moderate category with a range of 600 – 6000 MET-minutes/week as much as 51.72%.

Abstract

This research is development research. This research design uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The sample for this research is prospective aquatik athletes in South Kalimantan. This research uses a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages. The results of this research were that at the small trial stage carried out on 10 people, the results were 82.7% in the very good category. At the large trial stage carried out on 30 people, results were obtained in the very good category. The response of the trainer who assessed the development of the training video as many as 3 people revealed that this video could be used as an alternative initial training by observing the movements carried out before the user gets into the swimming pool. Conclusion this training video is useful for use in the training process, especially for prospective beginner athletes and for people who still need basic mastery of aquatik movements. Abstract

The purpose of making an instrument with this target media is to measure the potential of an athlete during the test and determine the stability of the pointing throw. Face target archery as a reference for the author who has been modified in such a way as to support the athlete's test instrument. The method used by researchers is the (R&D) method or often referred to as research and development. Researchers want to develop so that when athletes throw bosi at the target it does not change the shape of the circle and the shape of the circle the line does not disappear so it can be used many times a throw. So that researchers can conclude that the test instrument product has been tested and declared very valid by expert experts and is worth using a very good predicate. The results of the data analysis obtained by the researcher contained a product that was valid, so it was feasible to use it as a test instrument. Based on the results of the overall analysis obtained, the researcher chose to make a test instrument with this product because the instrument would be much more interesting and easier for users of athletes and coaches as well as novelty from previous research

Abstract

Study purpose. Backhand shots really need to be mastered well by field tennis players. Mastery of quality backhand shot techniques will affect player motivation in the match. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of thrown ball drill training on the results of backhand shots. Materials and methods. The research method used is experimental. The treatment in this study was 16 training sessions. This research was conducted on 16 JPOK ULM tennis players. This study used total sampling technique. To collect backhand data, this study used the Hewitt Tennis Achievement Test instrument. This study used a t-test to analyze the data by looking at the increase in pre-test and post-test scores. Results. The results of this study resulted in thrown ball drill training and deep drive training being able to improve the ability of JPOK ULM tennis players' backhand shots. this research obtained thrown ball drill training obtained t-count more than t-table 2.365 < 17.60. Deep drive training obtained t-count more than t-table 2,365 < 8.05. Conclusion. Thrown ball drill and deep drive training methods can be applied to train tennis players' backhand shots. Thrown ball drill training has more effect on improving the backhand ability of JPOK ULM student tennis players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of mastery of basic techniques of GSI Banjarbaru players in playing soccer. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the passing technique is included in the category of "Very Good" with an average score of 9.23, the dribbling technique is "Good" with an average score of 18.45, the shooting technique is "Medium" with an average score of 9.05, and the heading technique is "Poor" with an average score of 3.88. Conclusion, GSI Banjarbaru players have the following basic soccer technique abilities: Passing technique is included in the Very Good category with an average point (9.23); Dribbling technique is included in the Good category with an average point (18.45); Shooting technique is included in the Moderate category with an average point (9.05); and for Heading technique is included in the Very Poor category with an average point (3.88). Abstract

Awareness of the importance of physical activity for students at school must continue to be instilled in order to provide fitness for students' bodies and hopefully can be a motivation for improving student achievement. This study aims to analyze the awareness of students at SDN 1 Guntung Payung regarding the importance of physical activity at school. The method used is quantitative descriptive, namely to quantitatively describe how students' awareness at SDN 1 Guntung Payung is regarding the importance of physical activity at school. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire method where a number of written questions will be answered by 107 students in grades 4 and 5 who are the samples in this study. The result of this study indicate that the majority of students in grades 4 and 5 have moderate awareness with a total of 20 people (36.4%) for grade 4 and 23 people (44.2%) for grade 5. In addition, there is also a difference in the level of awareness between students in grades 4 and 5, namely there are 13 students (23.6%) in grade 4 and 8 students (15.4%) in grade 5 in the Low category. With these result, it can be concluded that the level of awareness of students in grades 4 and 5 of SDN 1 Guntung Payung regarding physical activity is still classified in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student motivation in participating in basketball game learning at SMPN 3 Banjarmasin. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a population of 282 eighth-grade students at SMPN 3 Banjarmasin who take part in basketball game learning, and a sample of 80 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students’ motivation in participating in basketball game learning falls into the moderate category with a percentage of 43%. The factors that significantly influence the level of motivation are intrinsic factors, especially the indicator of attention (54%), and extrinsic factors, particularly the school indicator (49%). It can be concluded that out of the 80 students who participated as research samples, their motivation to participate in basketball game learning in eighth grade at SMPN 3 Banjarmasin is categorized as moderate.
