Abstract

Dalam dunia konstruksi faktor resiko selalu ada. Risiko tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Untuk itu perlu diketahui dan dianalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang akan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi sehingga dapat menghindarkan resiko terjadinya kegagalan. Makalah ini membahas studi literature mengenai sistem pendukung keputusan cerdas pada industri konstruksi dengan melihat pola rantai pasok yang ada sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko dalam pelaksanaan proyek-proyek konstruksi dalam hal ini industri konstruksi berkelanjutan. Studi literature dilakukan dengan membandingkan artikel-artikel ilmiah terkait yang berhubungan dengan bahasan penelitian, dimulai dengan tinjauan terhadap artikel-artikel yang mengungkapkan pendapat para ahli, perkembangan, masalah dan solusi yang ditawarkan. Artikel-artikel yang digali sebagian besar diambil dari artikel-artikel yang terbit dari tahun 1991 hingga 2019 dan beberapa artikel yang terbit sebelum tahun 1991 tetapi mendukung terhadap penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu model pengembangan agroindustri cocofiber di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Besarnya angka ketersediaan sabut kelapa yang tidak termanfaatkan di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong untuk mengembangkan agroindustri cocofiber. Dalam pengembangan agroindustri cocofiber ada beberapa faktor penting yang harus dipertimbangkan yaitu: penentuan strategi pengembangan agroindustri cocofiber, pemilihan sumber bahan baku, penentuan lokasi potensial, model perencanaan produksi dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis SWOT adalah melalui integrasi horizontal dimana agroindustri cocofiber bekerja sama dengan industri pengolahan kelapa sebagai sumber pasokan sabut kelapa. Analisis pemilihan sumber bahan baku dengan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) menyatakan IKM Kopra sebagai sumber bahan baku yang terpilih. Kecamatan Sungai Limau menjadi lokasi pabrik terpilih berdasarkan metode gravity location model. Berdasarkan analisis finansial dan perencanaan produksi didapatkan total ongkos produksi sebesar Rp46.410.337 dengan NPV sebesar Rp96.693.192, IRR sebesar 11,2%, B/C Ratio sebesar 1,4406, BEP sebesar 137.975 kg, dan PBP selama 4 tahun 0 bulan 9 hari dan keputusan pengembangan agroindustri cocofiber adalah layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pada klaster industri hilir kelapa di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dengan pendekatan sistem sehingga terbentuknya strukturisasi elemen sistem pengembangan klaster industri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap. Tahap kesatu melakukan analisis potensi komoditas kelapa di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dengan metode location quotient (LQ), Tahap kedua melakukan identifikasi melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pakar berdasarkan indikator pada model diamond porter untuk mengetahui apakah komoditi kelapa punya potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sebuah klaster industri. Tahap ketiga menentukan jenis industri yang dapat dikembangkan dalam klaster industri hilir kelapa dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE). Tahap keempat mengidentifikasi stakeholder yang terlibat dan bagaimana perannya di dalam klaster industri hilir kelapa dengan metoda deskriptif kualitatif.  Tahap kelima mendesain peta kluster industri hilir kelapa berdasarkan model diamond porter dengan menggunakan setiap elemen yang telah didefinisikan sebelumnya. hasil penelitian didapat nilai LQ sebesar 12,5 yang menyatakan bahwa klaster industri hilir kelapa berpotensi dikembangkan di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Berdasarkan perhitungan MPE terdapat 8 produk prioritas yaitu: virgin coconut oil, coco fiber, arang briket, coco peat, coco vinegar, desiccated coconut, kerajinan lidi dan daun kelapa, sari kelapa nata de coco. Kata Kunci:  Kelapa, Klaster Industri, Location Quotient, Diamond Porter, MPE ABSTRACT This study aims to design a model for the downstream coconut industry cluster in Padang Pariaman Regency with a systems approach so that the structural elements of the industrial cluster development system are formed. The research was conducted in several stages. The first stage is to analyze the potential of coconut commodities in Padang Pariaman Regency using the location quotient (LQ) method. The second stage is to identify through literature studies and interviews with experts based on indicators on the diamond porter model to determine whether coconut commodities have the potential to be developed into an industrial cluster. The third stage is to determine the type of industry that can be developed in the downstream coconut industry cluster using the exponential comparison method (MPE). The fourth stage identifies the stakeholders involved and their roles in the downstream coconut industry cluster using a qualitative descriptive method. The fifth stage is to design a coconut downstream industry cluster map based on the diamond porter model using each of the previously defined elements. The results of the study obtained an LQ value of 12.5 which states that the downstream coconut industry cluster has the potential to be developed in Padang Pariaman Regency. Based on the MPE calculation, there are 8 priority products, namely: virgin coconut oil, coco fiber, charcoal briquettes, coco peat, coco vinegar, desiccated coconut, craft sticks and coconut leaves, coconut juice nata de coco. Keywords: Coconut, Industrial Cluster, Location Quotient, Diamond Porter, MPE

Abstract

Abstrak. Cabai merah besar (Capsicum annum l.) salah satu produk pertanian hortikultura yang banyak diusahakan oleh petani. Sumatera Barat dengan konstribusinya sebesar 5,83% atau sebesar 58.064 ton per tahun menghasilkan sentra produksi cabai yang berasal dari beberapa daerah akan tetapi yang menghasilkan produksi cabai terbesar berada di Kabupaten Solok yaitu 19.325 ton. Namun ironisnya harga cabai sering mengalami fluktuasi yang tidak teratur. Suatu ketika cabai bisa mencapai harga yang sangat mahal, lalu harga akan sangat jatuh ketika panen melimpah. Beberapa petani bahkan sampai membuang cabai-cabai hasil panen yang masih bagus karena harga jual cabai pada panen raya sangat rendah. Untuk membantu para petani dalam mengatasi fluktuasi harga tersebut, perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya pemanfaatan cabai merah menjadi aneka produk melalui pengolahan cabai merah dalam bentuk bubuk dengan rasa original. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang nilai kandungan gizi dan manfaat sari cabai dan mempraktekkan langsung pengolahan cabai menjadi bubuk cabai. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini masyarakat dapat mempraktekkan langsung pengolahan cabai menjadi bubuk cabai yang akan menjadikan peluang usaha yang baru bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Balai Batu Sandaran Village, which is included in the administrative area of Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra, is one of the centers for citronella oil production in West Sumatra. In this village, a citronella oil refining industry has been established. The establishment of a citronella oil refining industry is one way that can be done so that existing citronella can be processed into essential oils. Mekar Wangi is one of the SMEs that uses essential oils as an additional ingredient in the household cleaning products they produce. The obstacles faced by Mekar Wangi in developing their business are the absence of PIRT, inadequate packaging, and difficulty in marketing. It only operates when there is an order. Through this activity, it is expected that Mekar Wangi will understand techniques to make attractive packaging and labeling so that they can be made later for the products they produce and provide understanding to the public that digital marketing needs to be done in promoting their business. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by giving technical demonstrations of making essential oil derivative products, labeling, product packaging, and digital marketing and providing entrepreneurial motivation so that they are able to compete and provide added value for the Mekar Wangi.

Abstract

PT Sinar Sosro KPB Palembang is a manufacturing company that produces several tea-based beverage products packed with glass bottles and plastic bottles. The problems that occur in PT Sinar Sosro Palembang KPB are irregularities in the preparation of products, this will hamper the process of importing goods to the warehouse and taking the items to be distributed. This study aims to propose improvements to the warehouse layout. The method used in this study is a shared storage method in which products that have the most frequency of delivery and that are often in and out are brought close to the entrance to minimize the distance of material handling transfer. The results obtained based on the shared storage approach is to classify products based on the volume of content and type of product so as to facilitate the process of product search and move the location of product storage based on monthly frequency requests, products with high demand are placed close to the exit so that the distance of product retrieval is more close to the loading.

Abstract

Coconut is a superior product and is widely cultivated in the Padang Pariaman Region. The progress of the coconut agroindustry is predicted to have the ability to increase farmer motivation and coconut cultivation efficiency, thus stimulating the expansion of rural industries. The research aims to formulate a coconut milk agroindustry development strategy that is designed with a systems approach through the integration of coconut farming sub-systems and coconut processing sub-systems to maximize coconut farming profits and ensure the fulfillment of coconut milk agroindustry production capacity to support local food product industries. This research seeks to carry out a series of stages involving coconut farmers and coconut milk agroindustry players in Padang Pariaman, completing questionnaires by experts, SWOT analysis to identify and calculate the IFE and EFE weights of coconut milk agroindustry, and identification of strategies for developing coconut milk agroindustry through the application of AHP. Based on the research results, it was found that the coconut milk agroindustry development strategy through horizontal integration by establishing a coconut milk agroindustry that is integrated with farmers as suppliers of coconut granules to meet the demand for a supply of quality coconut milk for the local food product industry can be realized.

Abstract

Payakumbuh City, is one of the centres of garlic production in West Sumatra. In the city, an industry has been established for the manufacture and marketing of health products, one of them is fermented garlic (black garlic). The lack of knowledge, technology, attention from the government and related parties is an obstacle for the community to develop this business. After this community service activity, it is hoped that they can improve and develop their black garlic product through packaging, labelling and digital marketing. The method of implementing this activity is done by providing material and demonstration of packaging, labelling and digital marketing of black garlic products. This activity was accompanied by instructors (lecturers) and continued with practice by participants. The output that has been achieved is that the community understands the technology of packaging and labelling of black garlic products which have added value in order to compete widely.

Abstract

This study uses a soft system methodology to examine the coconut milk supply chain, which supports the local food agro-industry, particularly for rendang products. It aims to develop a fundamental concept to optimize this supply chain. The proposed method is effective for addressing complex, multi-stakeholder problems. Using systems thinking, real-world system behaviour is converted into a conceptual model, facilitating decision-making through customer, actor, transformation, worldview, owner, and environment components. The findings include a conceptual model translated into a causal loop diagram, part of a dynamic systems approach, which shows the interconnections and feedbacks among variables in the supply chain, such as raw material supply, logistics costs, production volume, and distribution costs. This stage identifies stakeholders and systematically illustrates the relationships in managing the flow of goods. It provides a basis for designing a supply chain network aligned with local government policies for developing the coconut milk agro-industry. It aims to optimize the local food industry, particularly rendang, in West Sumatra province. After creating the conceptual model, gap analysis and validation were conducted, comparing the model with real-world insights from stakeholders, including coconut farmers, producers, rendang manufacturers, academic institutions, and local governments. Validation focused on efficiency, efficacy, and effectiveness. The results demonstrate the foundational idea for designing the coconut milk agro-industry supply chain network to support local food products, as depicted in the causal loop diagram.
