Abstract

Penukar Kalor merupakan alat yang menyebabkan terjadinya perpindahan energi antara 2 fluida  yang  temperaturnya berbeda. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung efektivitas perpindahan panas penukar kalor tipe WL 110 Model Consentric Tube menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga. Sebagai variabel bebas adalah debit air dingin (5 variasi) dan akan dianalisa pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas perpindahan panas.  Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan penukar kalor tipe WL 110 Model Consentric Tube. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan  bahwa  peningkatan  debit aliran air dingin  akan menurunkan efektivitas perpindahan panas. Kata Kunci: Laju  aliran air dingin, efektivitas penukar kalor, metode elemen hingga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat mekanis material komposit limbah kertas berpenguat semen yang dilapisi cat dalam pemanfaatan limbah kertas.  Alat dan bahan yang digunakan yaitu alat penekan, cetakan komposit, timbangan digital dan alat bantu lainnya yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembuatan komposit.  Sedangkan bahan utama dari komposit ialah sampah kertas, semen portland dan cat.  Metode pembuatan komposit yang digunakan yaitu menentukan volume bahan yang akan mengisi cetakan dengan perbandingan 30% sampah kertas dan 70% semen.  Proses pencetakan menggunakan tekanan sebesar 100 kg/cm2, dimana hasil dari pencetakan dilakukan proses pengeringan alami yang dilanjutkan proses pelapisan menggunakan cat yang memiliki sifat elastisitas. Parameter yang diamati yaitu besar kekuatan tarik dan bending material komposit dari masing-masing spesimen yang ditampilkan pada alat uji tarik dan bending. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  tegangan tarik rata-rata yang dapat diterima material komposit dari limbah kertas berpenguat semen yang dilapisi cat adalah hanya sebesar 0,29 N/mm2 dan besar tegangan bending  rata-rata yang dapat diterima adalah sebesar 0,25 N/mm2. Kata Kunci: Komposit sampah kertas, kekuatan tarik, kekuatan bending

Abstract

Elektroplating adalah proses pelapisan logam dengan logam lain dengan cara elektrolisa, seperti pelapisan seng, galvanis, perak, emas, kuningan, tembaga, nikel dan krom. Aluminium adalah salah satu material yang banyak diaplikasikan pada industri karena sifatnya yang ringan dan tahan korosi. Namun untuk mempertahankan integritas strukturalnya ketika terkena atmosfer, korosi dangkal dapat terjadi sehingga dapat merusak permukaan dan menurunkan sifat kekerasannya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus listrik terhadap perubahan ketebalan, penambahan berat dan kekerasan lapisan pada aplikasi pelapisan Nikel-Aluminium dengan proses elektroplating. Proses pelapisan Aluminium-Nikel dilakukan pada rangkaian skematik bak elektroplating yang berisikan cairan elektrolit. Adapun variasi arus listrik yang diberikan adalah 10 Amper, 14 Amper, dan 18 Amper dengan waktu proses pelapisan adalah 20 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tebal lapisan bertambah dan kekerasan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kuat arus yang diberikan pada proses elektroplating. Nilai kekerasan tertinggi 234 kg/mm2 pada arus listrik 18 Amper dan kekerasan terendah 146 kg/mm2 pada arus listrik 10 Amper.

Abstract

Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah Guru SD Kompleks Jeppe’e Kecamatan Tanete Riattang di Kabupaten Bone. Masalah dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru mengalami permasalahan atau kesulitan dalam melakukan operasi Awal Aplikasi Anates. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini maka dilakukan pelatihan dengan cara memberikan bimbingan langsung kepada peserta bagaimana melakukan operasi Awal aplikasi anates secara tepat. Metode pendukung yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan langsung. Hasil dan Kesimpulan kegiatan: pemasalahan yang dialami guru dalam melakukan operasi awal aplikasi Anates meliputi aspek: membuat file baru, membaca file yang sudah ada (sudah tersimpan), menyimpan File Baru yang telah dibuat sebelumnya, menyimpan File dengan nama yang lain (nama yang baru), menyisipkan subyek pada lembar “edit data mentah”, menghapus butir soal pada lembar “edit data mentah”, menambah nama subyek dari File lain pada lembar “edit data mentah”, dan menambah data dari file lain pada lembar “edit data mentah”. Adapun cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan tuntunan langsung pada laptop peserta. Dengan cara tersebut, semua peserta cepat paham dan dapat melakukan operasi aplikasi secara tepat.

Abstract

Education is the most priority vehicle for all of Indonesian people in improving the quality of life and living. Therefore, education is the backbone of the progress of the Indonesian nation. All efforts are made to support this field so that its function can be realized. In the field of education, there are several urgent problems to be solved. One of them is the problem of teachers in making students creative in class. This also happened at SMPN 2 Barombong where the special science teachers did not know the right and effective way to improve the student creativity. To overcome this problem, training was conducted on how to make the students creative through controversial learning strategies. In this training, teachers expect a profile or guideline on how to make the students creative through controversial learning strategies. Finally, a profile or guideline is obtained on how to make the students creative in science learning through a controversial learning strategy consisting of 5 steps, namely: (1) the teacher presents the science material or themes or science questions that contain controversial issues, (2) the teacher invites/asks the students to share their answers/opinions accompanied by arguments regarding the issues (themes or questions) that have been presented, (3) the group students where the students who have similar/the same answers/opinions are included in the same group, (4) the controversial themes/issues/questions that have been identified and answered are then discussed, and (5) the teacher and students conclude and provide the suggestions for the learning that has been carried out.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of using the Show and Tell method on the storytelling ability of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres 6/86 Balle, Kahu District, Bone Regency, using a quantitative method. The research design used is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The variables in this study are the Show and Tell method and storytelling ability. The population in this study consists of all fourth-grade students at SD Inpres 6/86 Balle, with a sample of 29 students selected using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a test to determine the students' storytelling ability before and after using the Show and Tell method. The data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that before using the Show and Tell method, the pretest scores obtained by the students tended to be less capable with an average (Mean) of 33.97, and after using the Show and Tell method, the posttest scores of the students increased with an average of 66.38 and fell into the fairly capable category. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant influence on the storytelling ability of students before and after using the Show and Tell method among the fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 6/86 Balle, Kahu District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study is a pre-experiment that aims to determine whether the Point-Based Gamification learning model has an effect or not on increasing the motivation in learn the IPAS of the Fifth Grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Masukg, Mare District, Bone Regency in science learning. The variables in this study are the Point-Based Gamification learning model and students' IPAS learning motivation. The population in this study were all of the Fifth Grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Masukg, totaling 20 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data from this study were obtained through the provision of questionnaires. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires to determine the students' learning motivation before and after using the Point-Based Gamification learning model. Based on the descriptive statistical analysis, the average pretest and posttest were of 65.95 and 82.25 respectively; based on the inferential statistical analysis, the Sig. value was of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the average pretest score and the average posttest. Conclusion: The point-based gamification learning model has a significant effect on increasing the motivation in the learn the IPASof the Fifth Grade students of SD Inpres 12//79 Masukg, Mare District, Bone Regency

Abstract

This research is classroom action research which aims to find out how to implement the CTL learning model assisted by Flash Card Media in improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes for the 4th Grade Students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1. The data collection techniques used is observation and tests. The data analysis techniques in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that the percentage of teacher activity in cycle I, meeting 1 was 42.85% (Poor) and meeting 2 reached 57.14% (Not enough), while the percentage in cycle II, meeting 1 was 71.42% (Enough) and meeting 2 reached 80 .95% (Good). Obtaining student learning outcomes in cycle I, there were 14 out of 20 students who completed with an average score of 78 with a learning completion percentage reaching 70% (sufficient), while in cycle II there were 17 out of 20 students who achieved a complete score with an average score of 89 with the percentage of learning completeness reached 85% (good). It can be concluded that the CTL learning model assisted by Flash Card Media can improve students' Mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to find out whether the application of the Think Pair Share Learning model assisted by Google Jamboard can or not improve the social studies learning outcomes of Grade 5th Students at SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle held two meetings through 4 stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of the research is the application of the think pair share learning model assisted by Google Jamboard to improve students' social studies learning outcomes. The research subjects were 31 the students in Grade 5th of SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe, consisting of 14 boys and 17 girls. The data collection technique used was a test technique with data collection instruments in the form of test sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The research results showed that the percentage of students who achieved learning completeness from cycle I to cycle II was 64%. Conclusion: the application of the think pair share learning model assisted by Google Jamboard can improve the learning outcomes of social studies students in Grade 5th at SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in the speaking ability of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 120 Berru Soppeng Regency before and after the application of the Cooperative Learning model type Talking Chips by using quantitative approach. The research design used is One group Prestest-Posttest design. The variables in this study are the Talking Chips model as the independent variable and the dependent variable which is speaking ability, with the number of research subjects as many as 28 students. The data collection technique used was a 2-time test to determine the students' speaking ability before and after applying the Talking Chips Cooperative Learning Model. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.The results showed that before the application of Talking Chips model, the pretest scores obtained by students were with an average of 54.18 and after applying the Talking Chips Cooperative Learning model, the students' posttest results experienced an average 80.18. The conclusion of this research is that there is difference between before and after application of model of Cooperative Learning Type Talking Chips in the speaking ability of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 120 Berru Soppeng Regency.
