Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behaviour dalam memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan,  menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behaviour dalam memediasi work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.  Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 67 responden yaitu karyawan yang telah bekerja pada Proyek Apartemen Padmayana lebih dari 1 tahun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah: (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour; (2) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour; (3)Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) OCB berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6)Organizational citizenship behaviour dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7)Organizational citizenship behaviour dapat memediasi pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan.                                                                                             Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Work Life Balance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy and leverage on the company's sustainable growth, with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The dependent variable is the company's sustainable growth, while the independent variables are dividend policy and leverage. Secondary data were obtained from the financial statements of energy sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 7 companies. The analysis was carried out using panel data regression with Eviews 13 software. The results of the study indicate that dividend policy and leverage do not have a significant effect on the company's sustainable growth. In addition, managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between dividend policy and leverage on the company's sustainable growth. This finding indicates that other factors may play a greater role in determining the sustainable growth of energy sector companies. Therefore, further research is needed by considering other variables that can affect company growth, such as profitability, ownership structure, and macroeconomic conditions, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive sustainable growth in the energy sector.

Abstract

The OJK program "Let's Save for Stocks" came into effect during the Covid-19 Pandemic, so that the number of new investors in the Indonesian stock market increased. This phenomenon is not being supported by an increase in knowledge and understanding of stock investment. The new investor behavior tends to be lazy to analyze to determine what stocks to trade and invest. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on procedures and strategies for investing in the stock market to novice investors. There will be an increase in the understanding and the ability of trading to obtain optimal returns. The PKM MM USM Lecturer Team collaborated with the IDX Representative Office in Central Java and PT. Panin Sekuritas Semarang provides material on investment strategies and stock trading, starting from understanding trading mechanisms, fundamental and technical analysis. The achievement of the activity objectives can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. The increase in participants' understanding increased by 26.9% after receiving the training. This training has been sustainable through investment and trading assistance, questions and answers, and information sharing through the What's App group.Keywords: capital market,invesment, investor, stock, trading, training

Abstract

People started looking for information about Fintech Peer-To-Peer (P2P). Online loans have become attached a negative stigma; on the other hand, online credit platforms are very much needed by the community. Through the Financial Services Authority, the government uses this momentum to carry out digital financial literacy regarding online credit. In line with the government's goals, the purpose of Community Service activities from the Master of Law Study Program Universitas Semarang (USM) is to increase understanding, insight, and financial knowledge about Fintech P2P Lending to MSME Groups in Sendangmulyo Village, Semarang City. The material provided includes the development of Fintech P2P Lending in Indonesia. Second, explain the benefits and risks and how to choose an online loan platform registered and licensed at the OJK. Third, explain the consequences and legal protection for ordinary people so they do not worry when facing legal problems with illegal online credit companies. Fourth is the existence of an Investment Alert Task Force (SWI), which was formed to prevent and handle alleged unlawful acts by illegal online loan companies. This activity hopes that the community and MSME actors can choose a legal online credit platform and avoid the entanglement of illegal online credit. Masyarakat mulai mencari informasi mengenai Fintech Peer-To-Peer (P2P) Lending atau pinjaman online menjadi dikenal masyarakat setelah muncul berita maraknya jeratan pinjaman online ilegal. Pinjaman online menjadi lekat dengan stigma negatif, di sisi lain platform pinjaman online sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Selaras dengan tujuan pemerintah maka tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah meningkatkan pemahaman, wawasan, pengetahuan keuangan digital mengenai Fintech P2P Lending kepada Kelompok UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang. Materi yang diberikan meliputi perkembangan Fintech P2P Lending di Indonesia. Kedua, menjelaskan manfaat serta risiko serta bagaimana memilih platform pinjaman online yang terdaftar dan berijin di OJK. Ketiga, memberi penjelasan konsekuensi dan perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat awam agar tidak khawatir saat menghadapi masalah hukum dengan perusahaan pinjaman online ilegal. Keempat, keberadaan Satuan Tugas Waspada Investasi (SWI) yang dibentuk pemerintah dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan dugaan tindakan melawan hukum oleh perusahaan pinjaman online ilegal. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM dapat memilih platform pinjaman online yang legal serta terhindar dari jeratan pinjaman online ilegal.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group Karya Bersemi in Rejosari Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency. They recently received assistance with a Manual Oven using gas power from the government, but they have not been able to operate it. The Community Service Team from the Postgraduate Master Management (MM) Study Program at the University of Semarang (USM) is to provide training on how to process agricultural products into ready-to-eat food. Its purpose is to create food diversification. Second, capacity building and innovation to make processed agricultural products. Third, introduce marketing through social media. The last is to provide simple bookkeeping and counseling to separate family finances and business results. The activities' purpose can be implemented to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Villages 5 by 2030. SDG 5 is to create conditions that place all villagers in have the same position, without discrimination against women. The indicator for achieving the goal of SDG Desa 5 is the availability of space and opportunities for the involvement of women in the planning and implementation of village development like the KWT Karya Bersemi.Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Karya Bersemi di Desa Rejosari Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak baru-baru ini memperoleh bantuan Oven Gas menggunakan tenaga gas dari pemerintah, akan tetapi mereka belum bisa mengoperasikannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari Program Studi Magister Manajemen (MM) Pascasarjana Universitas Semarang (USM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan cara mengolah hasil pertanian menjadi olahan pangan siap makan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan diversifikasi pangan. Kedua, peningkatan kemampuan dan inovasi membuat produk olahan hasil pertanian. Ketiga, mengenalkan pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram dan Whatsapp. Terakhir adalah memberikan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana serta penyuluhan untuk memisah keuangan keluarga dan hasil usaha. Harapannya dengan kegiatan dapat mengimplementasi tercapainya Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa 5 pada tahun 2030. Tujuan SDGs 5 adalah terciptanya kondisi yang menempatkan semua warga desa dalam posisi adil, tanpa diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Indikator tercapainya tujuan SDGs Desa 5 ini adalah tersedianya ruang dan kesempatan bagi keterlibatan perempuan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan desa seperti adanya KWT Karya Bersemi ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes on financial management behavior with income as a moderator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes on financial management behavior with income as moderating which has the characteristics of the Millennial Generation. The criteria for the sample taken in this study were the Millennial Generation or the generation born in 1980–1995 or ages ranging from 27–42 years with a total of 160 respondents. The analysis technique of this research uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study show that the relationship between financial literacy, locus of control, financial attitudes and income has a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes when moderated by income have no effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study examines how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects sustainable performance and business resilience using stakeholder relationships and innovation capacity as mediating variables. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square technique is used for data analysis. The sampling method used a purposive method with a total sample of 151 people. A systematic questionnaire was used to gather primary data. According to the study's findings, stakeholder connections and innovative ability have been directly and positively impacted by corporate social responsibility. Stakeholder relationships having the ability to innovate positively impacts the resilience of businesses. Meanwhile, relationships between stakeholders and innovation capacity influence sustainable performance, mediated by business resilience. The theoretical implication of this research is that CSR will increase business resilience and sustainable performance if CSR can create relationships between stakeholders and innovation capacity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the regulation and supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the provision of financial technology-based peer-to-peer lending services. The utilization of knowledge and technology in the financial sector is marked by the emergence of financial technology (Fintech). The presence of Fintech has brought convenience to various types of financial transactions. However, these positive impacts are not without their negative consequences. This is because many businesses establish or operate Fintech platforms without proper authorization or registration with the OJK. The regulation of Fintech itself is scattered across various legal provisions. This research method is normative juridical. The results of this study indicate a lack of comprehensive regulation, which has the potential to weaken legal protection for Fintech consumers. There is a need for comprehensive regulations addressing illegal Fintech activities and consumer protection in the Fintech sector. Optimal supervision of Fintech services will provide a sense of security for Fintech consumers and protect their rights. The OJK's supervision of Fintech has not been maximized, and illegal Fintech providers continue to emerge. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaturan dan pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) terhadap penyelenggaraan jasa layanan keuangan digital berbasis financial technology peer to peer lending. Pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam bidang keuangan ditandai dengan lahirnya financial technology (Fintech). Hadirnya Fintech membawa kemudahan di segala jenis transaksi keuangan. Namun dampak positif tersebut tidak lepas juga dari dampak negatif yang timbul. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak pelaku usaha yang mendirikan atau menjalankan Fintech  tanpa adanya izin atau terdaftar di OJK. Pengaturan Fintech  sendiri masih tersebar dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah ketiadaan pengaturan yang komprehensif berpotensi mengakibatkan lemahnya perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen Fintech. Perlu adanya regulasi yang komprehensif terkait adanya Fintech ilegal dan juga perlindungan terhadap konsumen Fintech. Pengawasan yang optimal terhadap jasa layanan Fintech akan memberikan rasa aman untuk para konsumen Fintech dan dapat terlindungi hak-hak dari konsumen. OJK dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap Fintech belum maksimal dan masih terus bermunculan penyelenggran Fintech ilegal.

Abstract

The level of the company's ability to produce a product from the performance quality index is one of the performance indicators. The performance quality index shows a decrease in employee performance, where performance appraisal in a company shows the profitability and sustainability of the company's operations. This study aims to analyze the effect of commitment, work environment, and compensation on employee performance with mediation of job satisfaction at PT Sai Apparel Industries. This research uses quantitative methods with stratified random sampling techniques by giving questionnaires to the entire population of two hundred employees, and one hundred and thirty- three can be processed. This research uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.2 application. The results found that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction. However, it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, job satisfaction, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between commitment and compensation, but the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. job satisfaction has an impact on the work environment and employee performance.
