Abstract

Setiap manusia mempunyai kepribadian yang berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya. Adanya perbedaan ini menjadikan manusia tergolong pada makhluk yang unik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pada usia anak berasal dari bawaan (dalam), lingkungan (luar) serta pematangan jiwanya. Islam memandang bahwa setiap orang memiliki potensi jiwa ndan fisik yang dapat mengangkat martabatnya sebagai khalifah di muka bumi ini. Manusia memiliki potensi jiwa yang meliputi qolbu, nafsu, akal dan ruh. Untuk mengolah potensi menjadi kepribadian yang baik peranan dan tugas orang tua memiliki tanggungjawab besar untuk membina mental anak untuk diarahkan kepada pembinaan mental kepribadian muslim. Pembinaan ini perlu dilakukan oleh orang tua sejak kecil hingga ia remaja lalu dewasa. Pendidikan agama Islam dengan segala keberadaannya memiliki peranan besar terhadap pembinaan kepribadian anak pada usia sekolah. Peranan guru, masyarakat dan pemberian porsi yang sama pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah menjadikan pertumbuhan kepribadian anak menjadi positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran supervisi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam dalam konteks tantangan dan peluang modern. Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan pengetahuan akademik di masyarakat Muslim. Di era modern yang terus berubah, relevansi dan efektivitas pendidikan Islam menjadi semakin penting. Studi ini menekankan signifikansi praktik supervisi yang mendorong peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan Islam. Kesimpulannya, supervisi pendidikan Islam merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di era modern dan perlu dilakukan dengan strategies yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, para pengawas pendidikan Islam disarankan untuk memperhatikan strategi dan pendekatan yang sesuai dalam melakukan supervisi pendidikan Islam agar dapat mencapai tujuan dan sasarannya serta memberikan hasil yang optimal untuk pendidikan Islam di masa depan.

Abstract

This study investigates the challenges teacher’s face when designing materials for Technology-mediated Task-based Language Teaching (TMTBLT) in speaking classroom. Using a narrative inquiry approach, interviews with a teacher revealed three key challenges: challenges in creating engaging tasks, challenges in designing language needs, and challenges in determining the complexity of tasks. The findings emphasize the importance of teacher creativity, adaptability, and ongoing needs assessment for successful TMTBLT implementation. This research contributes to understanding teacher challenges in TMTBLT material preparation and suggests future research directions in exploring broader TMTBLT applications and the role of teacher training programs in overcoming these challenges.

Abstract

Building public ethics is a crucial aspect of creating a just and harmonious society. The harmonization between akhlaq (Islamic ethics) and Islamic law plays a central role in this process. Akhlaq, as the moral dimension internalized by individuals through education and social environment, provides the foundation for good and responsible behavior. Islamic law, with its comprehensive normative structure, offers clear and firm guidelines for regulating social interactions and maintaining public order. The combination of both allows for the formation of public ethics based not only on legal compliance but also on high moral values. This research highlights the importance of synergy between akhlaq and Islamic law in building public ethics, focusing on practical applications in society. Through literature analysis and case studies, it is found that this harmonization can enhance individual compliance with the law, strengthen social justice, and promote a collective sense of responsibility. In conclusion, the integration of akhlaq and Islamic law is key to building strong and sustainable public ethics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of classroom teacher skills on the learning effectiveness of second-grade students at SDN Jatisura 1, Cikedung District, Indramayu Regency. The research method employed is a survey involving 30 students and one classroom teacher. The results indicate that the teacher's skills in teaching, including classroom management, media utilization, and varied teaching techniques, positively contribute to student learning outcomes. Students who rated their teacher's skills positively tend to have better learning outcomes compared to those who rated their teacher's skills as average or poor. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing teacher skills to improve learning effectiveness at the elementary education level. Therefore, teacher training programs should focus on relevant skill enhancement.

Abstract

Background: In the context of vocational education increasingly influenced by the demands of the modern workforce, the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum at SMK Armaniyah Bekasi faces challenges in aligning religious values with the practical skills required in the workplace. Purpose: This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by the PAI curriculum in preparing students for the demands of the modern workforce. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, the research analyzes the gap between the existing curriculum content and the skills needed in the labor market. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Result: The findings indicate that the PAI curriculum at SMK Armaniyah focuses more on religious theory, neglecting the development of practical skills required by the workforce. Conventional teaching methods also pose a barrier to the development of students' competencies. Conclusion: However, the study identifies several opportunities, such as the integration of work ethics, the use of technology in teaching, and collaboration with the industry. To enhance the relevance of the PAI curriculum, it is recommended that the school develop a curriculum focused on skills and social values, while also leveraging technology and industry partnerships to provide students with direct work experience.

Abstract

The integration between Islamic Economics and Islamic Economic Law has become an increasingly intriguing subject in modern economic studies. This paper discusses the perspective of economic disciplines on this integration, highlighting key aspects related to the close relationship between Islamic economic principles and Sharia law. By analyzing economic theories and Islamic legal principles, this integration offers a holistic approach to developing an economic model aligned with Islamic values. The findings of this research reveal that a holistic approach encompassing economic, legal, social, and cultural aspects is necessary to integrate Islamic Economics and Islamic Economic Law, in order to understand the complex relationships in the ever-evolving global economic context. The challenges of interpreting and harmonizing economic and Islamic legal principles require further efforts to strengthen a consistent framework. Supportive regulations and policies are crucial to facilitating this integration, with collaboration between policymakers, economists, and legal experts. Enhancing education and awareness about Islamic economic principles and Islamic economic law among the general public, practitioners, and policymakers is a critical step. Moreover, empowering the local economy through this integration can strengthen local economies and support the growth of small and medium enterprises, thereby achieving inclusive economic development. Abstract

The integration of Islamic ethical values (akhlaq) and Sharia law into business management holds significant potential for enhancing employee work quality and overall organizational performance. In the context of the complex and diverse modern business environment, these values offer valuable ethical and moral guidance, shaping a strong and sustainable organizational culture. This study reveals several important aspects related to the impact, challenges, and implementation strategies of integrating Islamic values in business management, making it relevant for organizations seeking a more holistic and ethical approach in their operations. The research aims to investigate how the integration of akhlaq and Sharia law can improve work quality in a business context. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through employee interviews and content analysis. Findings indicate that the application of akhlaq and Sharia law principles within corporate culture can result in a more ethical, integrity-driven, and value-oriented work environment. Employees involved in business practices based on akhlaq and Sharia law tend to be more inspired, productive, and have higher job satisfaction. Some challenges in this integration include a lack of understanding of Islamic principles and resistance to cultural change. However, with appropriate education and training, along with support from company leadership, the integration of akhlaq and Sharia law can become a key factor in improving work quality and creating a sustainable work culture.

Abstract

Islamic ethics play a crucial role as a foundation for inclusive and just economic development. Concepts such as justice, honesty, and balance in Islamic teachings form the basis for economic principles that prioritize social interests and fair distribution. This research examines how Islamic ethical principles can be implemented in the context of modern economic development to create social inclusion and justice. The study uses a qualitative approach to delve into the understanding of the foundations of inclusive and just economic development based on Islamic ethical principles. Through theoretical analysis and case studies, the research shows that the application of Islamic ethics in economic policy can enhance accessibility, equality, and community participation in the economic process. Islamic ethics provide a holistic and sustainable perspective on economic development. The principle of justice in Islam encompasses not only equality of opportunity but also emphasizes fair distribution of wealth and economic outcomes. Community empowerment is emphasized as a means to ensure active participation in economic decision-making and equitable distribution of economic benefits. Additionally, the concept of social responsibility and the harmony between spirituality and materialism offer a comprehensive view of the relationship between humans, the environment, and the economy.
