Abstract

Media pengolahan data dengan program SPSS 17.0 for windows.

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to explore the landscape of research on urban public health and sustainability. Utilizing data extracted from major databases spanning from 1992 to 2024, the research identifies key thematic clusters, examines trends over time, identifies gaps presenting future research opportunities, and investigates author collaboration networks. The findings reveal a distinct shift towards integrating urban design with health outcomes, emphasizing the role of green spaces in enhancing mental and physical well-being. Emerging themes such as the impact of pandemics on urban health and the potential of blue spaces in urban settings are highlighted as under-researched areas that offer significant potential for future studies. Furthermore, the analysis of collaboration networks indicates robust intra-field connections and potential for new interdisciplinary partnerships. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving dynamics within urban public health research and underscores the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in addressing complex urban challenges.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of behavioral finance factors, specifically overconfidence and risk perception, on investment decision-making and stock market trends in the Indonesian market. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze survey data from individual investors, the findings reveal that overconfidence positively impacts both investment decisions and market trends, while risk perception significantly shapes cautious investment behaviors and collective market sentiment. Additionally, the interaction between overconfidence and risk perception influences investment decisions, highlighting the interplay between cognitive biases and subjective risk assessments. The study provides theoretical contributions by integrating these constructs into a unified model and offers practical implications for investor education, risk management, and market regulation. The results underscore the importance of addressing behavioral biases to enhance investment strategies and promote market stability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of remote work flexibility, technological adoption, and employee wellbeing on the productivity of employees in state-owned enterprises (SOEs). In response to shifting workplace dynamics, SOEs have increasingly implemented flexible work arrangements and digital tools, prompting the need to evaluate how these factors influence employee performance. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 400 employees across various SOEs in Indonesia. The analysis, conducted using multiple linear regression, revealed that technological adoption significantly enhances employee productivity, followed by remote work flexibility and employee wellbeing. Findings also highlight challenges such as digital infrastructure limitations and the need for more comprehensive wellbeing programs. The study contributes to existing literature by providing insights into how SOEs can optimize workforce productivity through flexible work policies, digital transformation, and employee wellbeing initiatives. Practical recommendations for overcoming identified barriers are discussed, offering a roadmap for SOEs to enhance employee performance in a rapidly evolving work environment.

Abstract

This study examines how government expenditures on infrastructure, health care, education, and technology affect Indonesia's economic expansion. An analysis of Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was done using a quantitative methodology on a sample of 250 people that included academics, business representatives, government officials, and members of the general public. The structural model analysis showed a strong positive correlation between government spending on infrastructure, health, education, and technology and its effect on economic growth, while the measurement model evaluation validated the validity and reliability of the survey instrument. The model fit was deemed adequate based on the goodness-of-fit indices. The results highlight how important investments in technology and education are in promoting economic growth, with infrastructure and healthcare spending playing a major impact as well. These findings offer policymakers insightful information that supports a targeted, balanced approach to government spending for Indonesia's sustainable economic growth.
