Abstract

The COVID-19 virus pandemic limits the movement of activities and learning is carried out online, followed by blended. After returning to normal offline. The research objectives are i) to analyze satisfaction, interest in learning and academic performance with online, blended and offline learning and ii) to differentiate between study programs in the Family Welfare Education. The research subjects were 5th semester students, cross-sectional study. Satisfaction, interest in learning and academic performance of students were measured using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was descriptive percentages, difference tests with Kruskal-Wallis followed by Mann-Whitney, and correlation with the Gamma test. The level of student satisfaction with online, blended and offline learning is in the satisfied category. Interest in learning and academic performance in the good category. There are significant differences in the level of satisfaction, interest in learning and academic performance with online, blended and offline learning, as well as between study programs. There is a high relationship between the level of satisfaction and interest in learning with academic performance. The comparison of learning holding differs significantly in levels of satisfaction, interest, academic performance and between study programs, but in the same category (good). The best learning holding is offline.

Abstract

This research analyzes palm sugar marketing strategies based on SWOT analysis in improving community welfare in Cipeuteuy village, Darmaraja District, using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. Palm Sugar SMEs have significant potential opportunities but face problems in marketing strategy and product innovation. The research results prove that the Cipeuteuy Village Palm Sugar UKM, Darmaraja District, has succeeded in innovating by creating regional natural products that provide added value and market appeal. The application of SWOT analysis has made it easier to identify various opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses to improve community welfare. The main challenges include decreasing demand due to the large number of competitors, and not yet implementing innovation in marketing strategies and products. The research results show that consumers show a strong preference for choosing hygienic products, natural raw materials and excellent service, by analyzing SWOT to make products superior to other markets. The overall research results prove that the Palm Sugar UKM in Cipeuteuy Village, Darmaraja District, has succeeded in empowering local business potential with marketing strategies through SWOT analysis for community welfare, providing an example by innovating and utilizing the nature that exists in areas with potential business opportunities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Laporan Keuangan Berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP) pada sektor UMKM (Studi Kasus pada Usaha SRC Marhaeni). Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yang dititik beratkan pada deskripsi serta interpretasi perilaku manusia dalam penerapan pencatatan keuangan berbasis SAK ETAP. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Sistem pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual dan masih sangat sederhana, faktor yang menyebabkan gagalnya SAK ETAP pada Usaha SRC Marhaeni adalah karena adanya faktor internal berupa kurangnya pemahaman, kedisiplinan dan sumber daya manusia, sedangkan faktor eksternalnya karena kurangnya pengawasan dari stakeholder yang berkepentingan dengan laporan keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which organizational culture and school principal leadership influence the performance of educators at SMK Tangerang Global Tangerang. The rationale for conducting this research is rooted in the researcher's belief that issues related to school principal leadership and culture significantly affect teacher performance. Consequently, teacher performance can improve or deteriorate under the direction of the school principal, undoubtedly shaping an organizational culture that demands compliance from school members. Thus, positive organizational culture and the quality of school principal leadership can contribute to improving teacher performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research produces quantifiable results through the use of statistical procedures or other measurement methods. It is expected that school principal leadership and organizational culture development will be enhanced as a result of this research, thus optimizing teacher performance
