Abstract

Penelitian tentang CSR di perusahaan multinasional, khususnya di Indonesia masih terbatas, sementara praktik CSR semakin penting dalam bisnis internasional. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang besar, Danone Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk mempengaruhi praktik CSR di industri makanan dan minuman yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh praktik CSR yang baik serta dampak yang dihasilkan pada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini masuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial dengan memperhatikan aspek kualitatif seperti makna, persepsi, dan pengalaman subjektif individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan untuk perusahaan lain dalam industri yang sama untuk menerapkan praktik CSR yang baik dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perusahaan dan masyarakat. Seluruh program CSR PT. Danone Indonesia didasarkan pada komitmen perusahaan untuk memberikan dampak positif pada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Melalui program-program tersebut, perusahaan dapat mempromosikan keberlanjutan dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The 5R quality management principles (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) have proven effective in improving discipline, efficiency, and orderliness in vocational education environments (Kaizen Institute, 2025). This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance teachers’ competence in applying the 5R principles through training, mentoring, and hands-on implementation by transforming a storage room into a functional classroom. Nationally, the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS, 2024) reported that 35.66% of vocational classrooms in Indonesia are damaged. The results show improved teacher understanding of the 5R principles through an experiential learning approach and the successful transformation of a previously cluttered and dark storage room into a clean, bright, and functional classroom. The implementation of 5R not only improved the school’s physical facilities but also fostered a collaborative, disciplined, and sustainable work culture within the vocational education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a multisensor-based lightning strike zone detection device as an early warning system capable of identifying the risk level of lightning strikes in open areas in real time. The development specifically focuses on applying the Rolling Sphere Method to determine the boundaries between safe and hazardous zones based on open-space analysis. The sphere radius used in this method is processed into risk-zone calculation parameters, which are then implemented in a microcontroller system integrated with multisensors to monitor the user’s position and movement. The resulting zone mapping is visualized in the form of an ellipse illustrating a 50% lightning-strike probability within the safe area. The system provides automatic notifications through a smartphone when the user enters a hazardous zone (red zone), prompting immediate mitigation actions. Experimental results show that the device can accurately detect user movement and map risk zones with high precision. Thus, the proposed prototype has strong potential as an effective safety tool for reducing the risk of lightning-related injuries in open environments
