Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan terhadap Pengelolaan Air Limbah di kawasan Industri Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan yang berada pada divisi lingkungan dalam kawasan industri Kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 95 responden dengan penentuan anggota sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purpossive sampling.  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi dan perilaku karyawan dalam pengelolaan air limbah di Kawasan Industri Kota Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik inferensial terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan air limbah sedangkan, sikap dan motivasi tidak memilki pengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan air limbah di kawasan industri Kota Makassar.

Abstract

The commitment to environmental improvement through education has been included in the agenda this century. One formulation state that education plays an essential role in achieving a shared vision of realizing sustainable development. The specific steps are taken from Agenda 21 formulated in Education for Sustainable Development. The specific objectives to achieve from this research are as follows 1) Identifying the effect of environmental education on environmentally friendly attitudes of students; 2) Identifying the effect of environmental education on environmentally friendly behavior of students. The number of samples used in the study was 216 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). From the results obtained for the energy conservation variable, the behavior towards conservation shows that there is still a lack of students conserving energy in their daily lives. An attitude of caring for the environment is a willingness that arises from internal encouragement to declare caring action for the environment, improve or maintain the environment's quality. Environmental care is intended as a change in the behavior of learning outcomes shown through understanding, experience, and mental readiness of students in applying the knowledge they learn through social processes to respond consistently to particular objects in a direction that supports or rejects and agrees or disagrees with an object.

Abstract

Problem posing is a learning model that requires students to compose their questions or solve a problem into more straightforward questions that refer to solving the problem based on the initial situation. The study aimed to determine the increase of students in mastering the learning material through the Problem Prosing Learning Model. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental research. The sample used was 64 high school students with mathematics as the learning subject. There are two class groups: the experimental class with 31 students and the control class with 33 students. The research data obtained were processed by analysis of the paired sample t-test. The research results found that learning with the problem-posing approach made students active and creative, as seen from the ability of students to develop their questions based on the information provided. Students can process and explore existing information and ask problems or questions that can be resolved. Learning with the problem-posing approach can also increase student activity in the learning process, especially in interacting and sharing ideas with other students and with the teacher. Learning activities are meaningful, and student understanding of the concept becomes better.

Abstract

The development of an area or region depends on the mobility of transportation facilities and infrastructure. This development is related to the increase in population and activities. These goods transport vehicles are also an indicator of the progress of an area which also drives the economic activities of its people. This research aims to see the magnitude of the influence of self-control in driving goods transportation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type of research carried out in the Maminasata area which covers the Makassar City area, Regency. Takalar, Parts of Maros Regency and Parts of Gowa Regency. The results of the research show that the driver's self-control is in the moderate category or means that the driver is able to control himself while driving, such as controlling the speed and arranging the travel route to utilize travel time.

Abstract

This research explores the diversity of topics related to environmental education issues and students’ environmental concerns regarding their behavior. The bibliometric method is a quantitative approach used to measure and investigate specific indicators within the literature published in a particular field. This method involves creating knowledge maps using extensive databases to identify patterns and trends. Using the keyword “environmental education” on Scopus from 2018 to 2023, 365 relevant documents were found. In the PRISMA flow diagram, the process started with 7550 traced documents, narrowing down to 2536 relevant documents through screening. From these, 776 related documents were chosen, and 573 relevant documents were recognized after the inclusion stage. Throughout, a total of 365 publications were included in the study. VOS viewer software was used to analyze data and generate bibliographic maps and networks. In the last five years, research on environmental education has experienced exciting fluctuations. Key sources like Sustainability Switzerland and the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health have played a significant role. Research by Bogner, F.X. stands out, reflecting high interest in environmental issues and education within the scientific community. Universities such as Universidad de Granada and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia contribute significantly. The United States leads in publications. Environmental education research remains crucial for sustainable practices and environmental literacy despite fluctuations. This data provides essential guidance for future research planning. This research not only underscores the increasing research emphasis on the educational ramifications of pandemics but also identifies specific areas that warrant more extensive exploration.

Abstract

Regional development is highly dependent on the effectiveness of transportation systems, particularly freight transport, which plays a strategic role in logistics distribution and economic growth. This study aims to describe the interest and behavior of freight vehicle drivers in the Mamminasata Metropolitan Area (Makassar, Gowa, Maros, Takalar), as well as to identify the factors influencing environmentally conscious driving behavior. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 200 drivers of trucks, containers, and heavy vehicles. The results show that drivers’ interest in driving safety is relatively high, while their economic interest falls into the moderate category, indicating a tendency to prioritize short-term income gains despite potential negative impacts on infrastructure and the environment. In terms of behavior, most drivers demonstrate moderate levels, with pre-trip and vehicle control behaviors rated as good, while shifting behavior, tactical behavior, and operational practices still require improvement. These findings highlight the importance of education and policy-based interventions to promote safe, efficient, and sustainable driving behavior, contributing to the development of environmentally friendly freight transport management in metropolitan areas.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat “Tanitech: Transformasi Rempah Belawa melalui Inovasi Produk Berbasis E-Farm dan Literasi Pertanian di SMK Telkom Makassar” bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan digital siswa serta memperkenalkan teknologi terapan dalam pendidikan vokasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan dengan metode pelatihan yang mencakup pembentukan Teaching Factory dan Studentpreneur Hub, pelatihan literasi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), pengembangan Branding  dan pengemasan produk, serta pengenalan konsep Living Lab IoT–surya. Siswa diberikan simulasi pengelolaan organisasi, produksi, pemasaran, pembuatan konten promosi berbasis AI, serta desain kemasan produk seperti Gula Jahe dengan label informatif dan katalog digital. Pelatihan Living Lab IoT–Surya menyiapkan siswa memahami prinsip kerja pompa air tenaga surya dan sensor kelembapan tanah untuk irigasi hortikultura. Evaluasi program menggunakan angket terhadap 25 siswa menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi, peningkatan keterampilan digital, pemahaman Branding , serta kemampuan kolaborasi lintas jurusan. Pendekatan integratif antara literasi digital, inovasi produk, dan pengenalan teknologi terbukti efektif menumbuhkan budaya kewirausahaan dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja. Program ini memberikan model replikasi yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah vokasi lain untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kewirausahaan digital, dan pengenalan AI secara berkelanjutan.
