Abstract

These days, technology-based learning is essential since it provides media and tools for the process of teaching and learning. However, in addition to all of the effort that teachers put into integrating technology into the classroom, other factors must be taken into consideration, one of which is the teacher's role. The purpose of this study was to find out the efficacy of the roles and digital learning resources that English teachers employ in their classes. The responders to this study were 5 English teachers from various junior high schools in Tebing Tinggi, North Sumatera, in the academic year 2022/2023. In addition, 9 students from each class also involved as the respondents. So the total number of students that participated in this study was 45. A qualitative approach was taken in conducting this study. The researcher used interviews and observation as instruments to get the data required for this study. The results of this study showed that teachers additionally played the roles that were necessary for technology-based learning, including as the operators, mentors for technology use, organizers of technology-based learning, and monitors of digital learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 100 orang pelaku UMKM di kota Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan dan literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, inklusi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan menarik lainnya adalah perilaku pengelolaan keuangan memediasi pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan juga memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, perilaku pengelolaan keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Implikasi pada penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, mengoptimalkan inklusi keuangan, dan memperbaiki perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan sektor UMKM.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction among employees at PT JNE Medan Branch, while also investigating the mediating role of motivation. The study employed a quantitative research design using Smart PLS 3.0 software and explanatory research methodology. The study selected a sample of 57 participants using saturated sampling technique. The results indicated that leadership (X1) had a significant effect on motivation (Z), as did work environment (X2) on motivation (Z). However, leadership (X1) did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), while work environment (X2) had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, motivation (Z) had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (Y). The study also found that motivation did not mediate the relationship between leadership (X1) or work environment (X2) and job satisfaction (Y).
