Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan materi turunan fungsi aljabar. Penelitian ini didukung melalui wawancara dan analisis terhadap buku ajar yang digunakan guru; RPP guru serta soal tes yang diberikan kepada siswa; penyebab kesulitan tersebut terjadi karena siswa belum sepenuhnya memahami konsep turunan fungsi aljabar dan terdapat kesalahan pada pemanfaatan konsep image siswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang pembelajaran pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar agar siswa kelas XI SMA Sanis Tahfidz Quran Al-Ammar mampu mengatasi hambatan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Didactical Design Research (DDR) yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu analisis situasi didaktis, metapedadidaktis, hypothetical learning trajectory, serta analisis learning obstacle. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa learning obstacle pada siswa yaitu siswa kesulitan memahami pengertian turunan fungsi aljabar, tidak dapat menganalisis permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan turunan fungsi aljabar, tidak dapat menerapkan konsep turunan fungsi aljabar, dan tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual yang berkaitan dengan turunan fungsi aljabar. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, maka disusunlah Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) yang kemudian dirancang desain didaktis pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar. Pada tahap didaktik metapedagogis, peneliti mengimplementasikan desain didaktik yang dirancang dan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan akhir bersama siswa. Analysis learning obstacle merupakan tahapan akhir dari proses penelitian agar dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan desain didaktis dapat meminimalisir atau mengatasi kesulitan yang terjadi pada siswa dalam batas material turunan fungsi aljabar. Selain itu, desain didaktik mampu menjadikan siswa lebih aktif dan bersemangat saat belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment, career development and competency on employee performance at New Life Credit Union, Tebing Tinggi City. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled. The sample in this research was 35 employees. Data collection techniques in this research used a questionnaire, while the data was analyzed. The technique in this research uses quantitative data analysis methods, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS 3.0. Software program The results of this research prove that the work environment has no significant effect on performance, the work environment directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has no significant effect on performance, career development directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a direct effect significant effect on performance, competency has no effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction acts as a mediator between the work environment and performance, job satisfaction has not been proven to mediate the work environment on employee performance, job satisfaction has been proven to mediate career development on employee performance, job satisfaction is not proven to mediate competency on employee performance

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyrakat (PKM) ini merupakan salah satu dari kegiatan Tridarma Perguruan Tinngi. Dalam hal ini kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di dengan melibatkan 2 negara yaitu Indonesia dan Malaysia. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah melaksanakan penguatan pembelaajran berbasis budaya dalam lingkup matematika, sains dan Bahasa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan terjalinnya hubungan Kerjasama dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi pembelajaran yang ada di iIndonesia dan Malaysia berkenaan kepada 3 bidang yaitu matematika, sains, dan Bahasa. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Terapan Universitas Zainal Abidin Malaysia. Targer luaran yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan PKM pemahaman mengenai penggunaan budaya dalam pembelajaran, jurnal, video, media massa. Hasil PkM menunjukan penggunaan budaya sangat memberikan peluang baik dalam proses belajara mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial, keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang dimediasi oleh inovasi pada pelaku UMKM bidang kuliner kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Cluster Sampling yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan software Statistical Program of Social Science (SPSS) version 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha, media sosial dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap inovasi pada pelaku UMKM bidang kuliner di kota Tebing Tinggi. Sedangkan inovasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara media sosial dan keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM bidang kuliner. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Sebagai masukan kepada wirausaha terkait pengembangan usaha kuliner dengan penggunaan media sosial, meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan inovasi secara berkala agar dapat bersaing dengan para pelaku UMKM lainnya. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and work motivation on the performance of ASN teachers at SMAN 4 Tebing Tinngi with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research used a sample of 39 respondents, namely teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Tebing Tinggi. This research uses quantitative research with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.00 application. The results of hypothesis testing show that: 1) Work culture influences the performance of ASN teachers. 2) Work motivation influences the performance of ASN teachers. 3) Organizational commitment has no effect on the performance of ASN teachers. 4) Work culture has no effect on Organizational Commitment. 5) Work motivation influences Organizational Commitment. 6) Organizational commitment has no effect on the work culture and performance of ASN teachers. 7) Organizational commitment has no effect on work motivation and performance of ASN teachers.

Abstract

Problems faced by business actors in Penggalian Village in developing MSMEs. The object of this socialization activity is MSMEs in Penggalian Village. This socialization activity aims to increase efforts to develop MSMEs. Based on the results of observations, it is known that Penggalian Village generally describes that there is a lot of potential, but it has not been explored and optimized in its utilization. The problems in developing MSMEs in Penggalian Village are: lack of knowledge of MSME owners regarding the latest technology. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to conduct socialization regarding what is needed by MSME actors to transform their businesses into digital ones. This activity is carried out in order to encourage the growth of MSMEs in Penggalian Village. In addition, this activity also aims to digitize MSME products in rural areas in order to transform conventional marketing processes into digital ones.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of food quality on purchasing decisions, the effect of food quality on word of mouth communication, the effect of word of mouth communication on purchasing decisions, and the effect of food quality on purchasing decisions through word of mouth communication as an intervening variable. This study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The population of this research is the consumers of Patriot Crispy Fried Chicken or the people of Tebing Tinggi who have bought Patriot Crispy Fried Chicken as many as 96 people. From the test results, it was found that food quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Food quality also has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth communication. And word of mouth communication has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile word of mouth communication cannot mediate the relationship between food quality and purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what development strategy is right for Oke Jek to create customer satisfaction during this covid-19 pandemic. Oke-jek is one of the online transportation services in the city of Tebing Tinggi which started operating in 2019. This study uses a qualitative type of research with primary data and secondary data collected from interviews, observations and documentation which includes 7 respondents and is supported by theory. development, marketing and customer satisfaction theory. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis by analyzing the internal (IFE) and external (EFE) environment. The results showed that the development strategy that was carried out by Oke Jek on the IFE and EFE matrices resulted in strengths and weaknesses with a score of 1.45, opportunities and threats with a score of 1, These 15 positions are in quadrant I, which means they indicate the Aggressive Strategy. Furthermore, from the results of the identification of the SWOT analysis, four alternative strategies are produced, namely SO Strategy, WO Strategy, ST Strategy, and WT Strategy.

Abstract

The substitution of cooking utensils from kerosene stoves to gas stoves causes housewives to consider various brands of stoves in making their purchasing decisions for their daily cooking needs for their families. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and word-of-mouth communication on the Rinnai Gas Stove Purchase Decision on Housewives in Dusun VI, Kuta Baru Village. The independent variables of this study consisted of brand image, price and word-of-mouth communication, while the dependent variable was purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative approach. The primary data was obtained through questionnaire answers from 65 respondents who use the Rinnai gas stove in Hamlet VI, Kuta Baru Village. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that Brand Image (X1) affects the Purchasing Decision variable (Y), Price (X2) does not affect the Purchasing Decision (Y), word-of-mouth Communication (X3) affects the Purchasing Decision (Y) and Brand Image (X1), Price (X2) and WoM Communication (X3) influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Purchase Decision Variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance with incentives as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 65 respondents, with a quantitative research method. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis model and Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). by using the help of SPSS 25.00 for windows. With the results of the research, the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that employee loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted: job satisfaction and loyalty have a significant effect on performance. The fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that incentives moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance, or in other words, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance and incentives also have a strong influence on performance.
