Abstract

Introduction: Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food for babies. Breastfeeding plays an important role in maintaining health and maintain the viability of the baby. During breastfeeding, in order to achieve exclusive breastfeeding , the mother needs support, one of which is the family support. Family support is very important for the smooth process of lactation and breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding in nursing mothers in RW 01, Kelurahan Sidotopo Kecamatan Semampir Surabaya. Methods: This study design is the correlation design. The independent variable is the support of family and the dependent variable is exclusive breastfeeding. Samples taken by 30 respondents. Respondents were selected using the "purposive sampling", while the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Results: The data has been tabulated and tested with contingency coefficient obtained by value p = 0.000, ? = 0.005. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a strong relationship between family support exclusive breastfeeding. Discussion:Family support is very important in providing exclusive breastfeeding. The provision of information in the form of counseling can improve the ability of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding in infants.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan emulsi lemak dalam larutan protein, laktise dan garam-garam organik yang di sekresi oleh kedua belah kelenjar payudara ibu, sebagai makanan utama bagi bayi. Sejak awal kelahirannya sampai bayi berusia 6 bulan, ASI merupakan sumber nutrisi utama bagi bayi. Agar ibu tetap bisa mengatur pemberian ASInya maka ibu harus mengatur kelahiran dengan menjadi akseptor KB Suntik. Metode: Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik probability sampling atau simple random sampling, yang dilakukan pada bulan April 2018 dengan besar sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden berusia 20-25 tahun, pendidikan SMK/SMA, tidak bekerja, mempunyai jumlah anak dua. Hasil uji statistik chi square rho p= 0,001 (?< 0,05), menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak sehingga terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara penggunaan KB Suntik Depo Provera dengan kelancaran ASI di puskesmas tanahkali kedinding surabaya. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan KB Suntik Depo Provera bukan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kelancaran ASI. Penggunaan KB Suntik Depo Provera tetap diikuti dengan mengontrol stress, fisik, psikologi, menjaga pola makan yang bergizi dan teratur untuk kontrol agar ASI tetap lancar.

Abstract

Background: Coffee farmers in Central Aceh face challenges with coffee berry borer pests, reducing yields and market value. Empowering the Musara Miko farmer group aims to address these issues through education and training in risk management and environmentally friendly pest control. Contribution: The purpose of this community service project is to raise awareness about coffee berry borer pest risk management and control. It is intended that by engaging in this activity, the community will be able to reduce the risk associated with producing coffee while simultaneously increasing output and improving quality. Method: This activity includes socialization, training, and practice. Risk management socialization activities are carried out to provide an understanding of risk management, training activities to make pest control tools using simple materials, then practice controlling coffee berry borer pests in the field. This activity involved 21 farmers as training participants. Results: This empowerment program showed an increase in knowledge about risk management and control of coffee berry borer pests by 71%. Conclusion: The program significantly improved farmers' ability to manage pests, enhancing productivity, quality, and market value, fostering sustainable coffee farming and economic welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, financial compensation, and organizational culture on employee retention at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 145 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that job satisfaction, financial compensation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee retention, both partially and simultaneously. Financial compensation is the most dominant variable in influencing employee retention, followed by job satisfaction and organizational culture. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 90.7% of the variation in employee retention, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment on employee performance in umkm. The research attempted by the author in this research is quantitative descriptive research, in quantitative descriptive research using the total sampling method in collecting information. The umkm that will be carried out this research is umkm kampung pia which is located in Warurejo Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study were employees who worked at the UMKM Kampung Pia Warurejo Village. The sample of this study was purposive sampling method obtained from a total sample of 90 respondents. this study uses primary data questionnaires with a Likert scale which are processed using smartpls. the results obtained are intrinsic motivation affects employee performance, transformational leadership affects employee performance and organizational commitment affects employee performance in umkm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how human relations variables, rewards, and punishments affect the performance improvement of steel pipe employees of PT Wijaya Prima Baja Indonesia. In this descriptive quantitative study, a random sampling method was used, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Distribution of questionnaires to collect data This study tested the validity, rehabilitation, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t, f, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the human relations study showed that compensation improved employee performance, punishment improved employee performance, and rewards improved employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, this study involved 145 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that partially, human resource development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.305, where training programs are proven to increase employee productivity and adaptation. Work experience also has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.232, indicating that longer experience supports work efficiency and understanding. Work motivation is the dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.425, which confirms the importance of financial incentives and non-financial rewards in improving employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables explain 83.4% of the variation in employee performance, as indicated by the F value of 235.758. These findings confirm that human resource development, work experience, and work motivation are important elements in creating optimal performance, so companies need to focus on strategic management of these three factors to increase competitiveness.

Abstract

In this study, researchers chose the company PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo as the research object has the aim of knowing Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Perceptions of Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo. This research utilizes quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers was distributing questionnaires to a population of 170 employees with data collected directly from respondents. The data collection technique in this research utilizes a Likert scale. The Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of individuals and groups of people about social phenomena. The data testing analysis technique utilizes Smart Partial Square (SPSS) software version 25. With classic assumption tests of validity and reliability, Outher Model and Inner Model. The research results show that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment influences Employee Performance, and Employee Perception influences Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menganalisis relasi antara Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Komitmen, dan Disiplin terhadap performa kerja staf di Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 110 karyawan Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo dijadikan populasi dan sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui metode probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, yang responsnya diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yaitu motivasi ekstrinsik, komitmen, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
