Abstract

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tarjun, Tbk Plant 12, is the largest cement company in Kalimantan. The growing industrial world in the field of cement that is very rapidly will significantly affect the speed of the economy. Thus the increase in the field of electricity will be more felt. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Plant 12, located in South Kalimantan, requires a reliable electrical system, both in terms of its power supply, in terms of backup of installed electrical systems, as well as safeguards that meet the electricity standards. In the short-circuit settlement is not desired, then the protection of the current relays more with proper coordination protection and reliable required. The coordination of the protection of the current relay is more necessary than the others in order to occur short circuit occurs in the field. No widespread damage occurred in its electricity and existing industrial equipment. To maintain the condition of the electric power system in optimum absence, a re-study of the coordination of current relational protection in PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk Plant 12. This final project will discuss coordination analysis of overcurrent relay protection at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. In analyzing the coordination of overcurrent protection, then using several methods in a more coordinated way with coordination protection resetting using ETAP software. They are also resetting coordination protection overcurrent relays using manual calculations. After making the comparison, it can be seen as more current relay protection installed in the field. Some do not work well. It is pronounced in the work of existence, which does not match the standard ie, 0.2 - 0.35 seconds from the IEEE.

Abstract

Insulation of the transformer is one of the essential components. So that the quality of the resistance in the isolation of the transformer is essential to note the condition, in order to find out the condition of the transformer isolation, several tests must be performed, namely the polarization index, delta tangent, and break down voltage. In this study, all three tests were carried out on Transformer 1 in the 150 kV Bantul substation. Polarization index testing itself is testing the leakage current on the transformer isolation by comparing the test results for 1 minute with the results of the 10-minute drive test. While delta tangent is testing capacitive leakage current in the isolation transformer, and break down voltage is a test of the ability of the breakdown voltage in transformer insulation oil. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the value of the transformer polarization index in 2016 and 2018, the average value between the windings has been in the rating of 1.25-2.0. As for the delta tangent test results in 2016 and 2018, the value between the capacitive parts is already in the rating of 0.18% -0.36%. For the breakdown voltage test results in 2016 and 2018, the average breakdown voltage value is 43.9 kV/mm - 65.5 kV/mm. From these data, it can be concluded that the transformer isolation conditions in 2016 and 2018 are in good condition, although there was a decline in the transformer isolation conditions in 2016. However, the National Electric Company has made repairs and maintenance of the isolation transformer. This is seen due to an increase in the quality of transformer insulation in 2018. Repair and maintenance of transformer insulation are done to maximize the work system and the life of the transformer.

Abstract

The system for processing river water into clean water by operating sluice gates which are controlled manually by operators often causes problems (human error), so a system must be created that is capable of controlling sluice gates automatically. The turbidity sensor detects water turbidity which is then accepted by the Arduino nano as the basis for controlling the water gate. In this research, data collection techniques were carried out using interviews with resource persons (operators), observation and literature study. After the automatic sluice control system based on the Arduino nano ATmega328 was implemented, the results obtained were: When the water conditions are muddy and murky, relay one is "on", relay two is "off" (the sluice gate is closed), while when the water conditions are normal and clear then the relay two "on" relays and one "off" relay (open floodgate). In this way, we no longer just have to rely on the operator to control the sluice gate, so that the water treatment process can be more optimal and efficient

Abstract

The vision, mission, and work indicators of high school education are all geared toward producing graduates of excellent quality. Students’ academic performance in the first and second grades indicates their eventual excellence as graduates. However, it is not feasible to ensure that students in the third year have good results only by comparing their academic achievements during the first and second grades. School leaders and policymakers can benefit from data analysis and visualization by gaining insight into recurring patterns and emerging trends in their stored data. Leaders and management at schools can benefit significantly from Rapidminer’s decision tree and cross-validation data analysis methods when trying to figure out what to do about students performing well or poorly academically.

Abstract

Intisari Hubung singkat merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan yang sering terjadi pada suatu sistem tenaga listrik, baik itu hubung singkat antara kawat fasa ketanah maupun hubung singkat antara kawat yang berbeda fasanya. Gangguan hubung singkat dapat berakibat fatal pada sistem tenaga listrik, jika tidak memperhatikan sistem pengaman. Gangguan tanah terjadi karena adanya tegangan induksi kumparan-kumparan transformator terhadap struktur logam disekitarnya. Bila didiamkan tanpa pengaman listrik, akan menimbulkan kebakaran. Untuk itu diperlukan pengaman listrik yang tepat sesuai dengan beban atau jaringan listrik yang diamankan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang arus hubung singkat satu fasa ketanah pada titik gangguan 10 persen sampai dengan 100 persen panjang saluran. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menghitung inpedansi sumber, impedansi tranformator 150 kV, Impedansi ekivalen, dan gangguan hubung singkat 1 fasa ke tanah. Hasil perhitungan arus gangguan menjadi salah satu faktor pertimbangan dalam menentukan nilai proteksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa semakin jauh atau panjang kawat penampang pada panjang penyulang maka arusnya semakin berkurang/kecil atau semakin dekat maka arus gangguan semakin besar. Kata kunci Hubung singkat 1 fasa ketanah, Penyulang, Gardu Induk, Impedansi, Transformator. Abstract — Short circuit is one type of disturbance that often occurs in an electrical power system, whether it is a short circuit between a ground wire or a short circuit between wires of different phases. Short circuit failure can have fatal consequences to the electric power system, if not paying attention to the safety system. Ground disturbance occurs due to the voltage induced by the transformers on the surrounding metal structures. If left without electric safety, it will cause a electrical fire. For this reason, it requires proper electrical safety according to the load or electrical network being secured. This research discusses the single phase ground short circuit current at the fault point of 10 persen to 100 persen of the channel length. The method is used to calculate the source inpedance, 150 kV transformer impedance, equivalent impedance, and 1 phase short circuit to ground. The result of the calculation of the noise current is one of the factors of consideration in determining the value of protection. Based on the research results, it was found that the farther or longer the cross-sectional wire at the length of the feeder, the lesses current then you have or the closer the current, the greater the fault current. Abstract

UMKM Ari Anggraini Tapis Lampung menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi produksi dan keterbatasan pemasaran digital, meskipun memiliki potensi budaya dan ekonomi tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing UMKM melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan pelatihan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan mesin penggulung benang emas dan bordir digital, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan, serta pendampingan pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu produksi hingga 66%, penurunan biaya bordir 50%, dan peningkatan omzet hingga 30%. Mitra juga mulai menggunakan aplikasi keuangan dan aktif di marketplace. Kegiatan ini berhasil mentransformasi proses produksi manual menjadi lebih modern, meningkatkan keterampilan pengrajin, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kesimpulannya, intervensi teknologi dan digitalisasi manajerial terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM berbasis budaya lokal.
