Abstract

Hospitalization occurs because the child is sick, which can cause fear and anxiety problems. The need for treatment due to anxiety, one of which is providing play therapy. Play therapy is a structured game, which is implemented by nurses with the aim of reducing anxiety due to hospitalization. The method used is a descriptive case study with 2 respondents who experience anxiety. The level of anxiety was measured in pre-post therapy using the QUESTT questionnaire which contained an anxiety scale, namely the Facial Anxiety Scale (FAS) and Visual Facial Anxiety Scale (VFAS), followed by providing play therapy coloring pictures for 3 consecutive days within 30 minutes. The result of applying play therapy to both respondents was the disappearance of anxiety. In child F with the pre-play therapy FAS anxiety scale, a score of 3 was obtained and post-therapy a score of 0, while the VFAS pre-play therapy obtained a score of A4 and after play therapy, a score of A0 was obtained, likewise for child G, the anxiety level with the pre-play therapy FAS scale was obtained with a score of 1 and The play therapy port got a score of 0, while the pre-play therapy VFAS got a score of A2 and post play therapy got a score of A0. Play therapy is effective in reducing or even reducing anxiety in children due to hospitalization. It is hoped that nursing staff will be able to apply play therapy to nursing care in overcoming anxiety problems due to hospitalization in children.

Abstract

Purpose - With local government financial performance serving as a mediating variable, this study intends to investigate the impact of local government characteristics, whose indicators are the degree of reliance and audit results on audit opinions Design/methodology/approach - The Regency/City Government in Banten Province from 2018 to 2021 serves as the study's population. In this investigation, 8 samples were evaluated using the saturation sampling technique. The financial reports of each PEMDA, whose information was collected from the Banten Province Representative Office of the Financial Audit Board (BPK), served as the source of the data for this study. Logistic regression analysis and mediation regression analysis were the analytical techniques employed in this investigation Finding - The outcomes of this study suggest that the amount of reliance and audit findings have a favorable effect on audit opinion, but that this effect is stronger when measured using financial performance as a mediating variable. Abstract

A going concern audit opinion is an opinion given or issued by an independent auditor if the company is indicated to have doubts about business continuity (going concern). This research aims to examine the influence of financial distress and opinion shopping on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions with the audit committee as a moderating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research with the data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2021. The number of samples taken was 23 companies using the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded financial distress and opinion shopping have a negative effect on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. The result of the role of the moderating variable is that the audit committee is unable to moderate the influence of financial distress and opinion shopping on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions.

Abstract

Kota Lama Semarang merupakan suatu kawasan yang terletak di bagian utara kota Semarang yang merupakan kawasan warisan dari zaman kolonial Belanda, sekarang kawasan tersebut menjadi sebuah objek wisata yang di kunjungi oleh semua orang mulai dari wisatawan lokal hingga mancanegara. Dalam penelitian ini berisikan teknik-teknik kamera yang digunakan untuk memperlihatkan detail-detail bangunan yang tidak di ubah pada proses adaptive reuse yang disajikan secara Informatif dan memiliki refrensi visual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang apa saja teknik-teknik pegnambilan gambar yang digunakan yang sesuai untuk membuat video dokumenter mengenai adaptive reuse. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data studi pustaka yang peneliti dapat dari artikel dan sumber yang terpercaya.  Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa informasi yang disertai dengan gambar-gambar contoh sudut kamera dan teknik pengambilan gambar yang dibutuhkan untuk mengambil gambar detail-detail pada bangunan.

Abstract

Nursing services are an integral part of health services in hospitals which have a role in achieving efficiency and the quality of the hospital's image in the community. Nurses are one of the professional staff, so it is necessary to improve the quality of hospital nursing care services. As a result of interviews conducted by researchers, 10 patients said that the service provided was quite good and satisfactory, but 3 patients said they were not satisfied with the service provided, and were less responsive to complaints from patients being treated in the room. This research aims to determine patient perceptions of the quality of nursing services in the inpatient installation room at the Torabelo Regional General Hospital, Sigi Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive research design method, in the inpatient installation of the Tora Belo General Hospital, Sigi Regency. Pine Room, Ebony. Data collection uses questionnaires. The variable in this research is the patient's perception of the quality of nursing services. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The population in this study were all hospitalized patients with a total sample of 44 people using proportional sampling by accidental sampling which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of research on patient perceptions of the quality of nursing services in the inpatient installation room at the Tora Belo Regional General Hospital, Sigi Regency showed that of the 44 respondents, there were more patients who had a good perception, namely 23 (52.3%) while patients who had a less good perception were 21 (47,7%). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents have a good perception of the quality of nursing services at Tora Belo General Hospital, Sigi Regency. It is hoped that the Tora Belo General Hospital can further improve the quality of nursing and health services through training programs or health seminars.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga dapat diartikan sebagai seorang wanita yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola berbagai kegiatan rumah tangga. Ibu adalah seorang istri yang fokus mengurus urusan rumah, tanpa terlibat dalam pekerjaan di luar rumah. Namun, tanggung jawab ini kadang-kadang dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan, baik fisik maupun psikologis. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah dilakukannya psikoedukasi terapi komlementer untuk mengatasi masalah psikologi pada ibu rumah tangga. Hasil dari penyuluhan jumlah peserta yang hadir hanya 116 orang. Ibu-ibu terlihat antusias karena merasa baru kali ini mendapatkan penyuluhan yang berbeda dan langsung dengan praktiknya/penerapannya. Ibuibu mampu menjelaskan kembali materi bahkan mempraktekan secara singkat terapi yang sudah diajarkan yang artinya mereka dapat mengerti, memahami serta mempraktekkan materi yang diajarkan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pendidikan kesehatan atau eduksi kesehatan penting diberikan kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu rumah tangga dalam menghadapi masalah mental atau psikologi sehingga harapannya adalah ibu-ibu akan menggunakan materi dan tips yang diajarkan dalam mengatasi masalah psikologi yang mungkin atau sedang dialami

Abstract

Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) memiliki peran krusial dalam memberikan pelayanan medis segera bagi pasien dalam kondisi kritis. Kepuasan pasien telah menjadi indikator utama mutu layanan kesehatan dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh waktu tunggu serta waktu tanggap petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis artikel penelitian asli yang mengkaji pengaruh waktu tanggap dan waktu tunggu terhadap kepuasan pasien di IGD. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, dan SagePub dengan kata kunci terkait layanan darurat, waktu tanggap, waktu tunggu, dan kepuasan pasien. Artikel yang disertakan merupakan studi asli yang dipublikasikan sejak tahun 2015, dilakukan di lingkungan IGD, serta menggunakan desain penelitian seperti potong lintang, kohort, atau uji klinis acak. Sebanyak 12 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Sembilan studi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara waktu pelayanan yang lebih cepat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien yang lebih tinggi, meskipun beberapa studi melaporkan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Perbedaan ini kemungkinan disebabkan oleh variasi metodologi dan kapasitas sistem kesehatan lokal. Simpulan dari tinjauan ini menegaskan bahwa waktu tanggap dan waktu tunggu merupakan determinan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pasien dan perlu menjadi fokus utama dalam peningkatan mutu layanan IGD.
