Abstract

Depression is a psychiatric disorder focused on the natural feelings of an individual, characterizedby prolonged sadness, feelings of failure and worthlessness along with other accompanyingsymptoms. Depression in the elderly is caused by several factors, (physiological factors andpsychological factors). The physiological factors is dysregulation of neurotransmitters. SSBMtherapy produce the endorphin to anticipate dysregulation of neurotransmitters that causedepression in elderly. The objective of this research was to know the effect of SSBM for depressionof elderly in UPT PSLU Jember. This research was a quasy experiment with pretest-posttest withcontrol group design. The respondent is 20 respondents, conducted by simple random sampling,and divided into two groups: treatment and control group. Data were analyzed used t test dependentand t-test independent with α: 0,05 . The result showed that there were significant differences ofdepression in treatment group (p value: 0,001). Otherwise, there were no differences of depressionin control group (p value: 1,000). Furthermore, there were significant differences of depressionbetween treatment group and control group after SSBM (p value: 0,027). The conclusion is SSBMcan decrease depression in elderly. It is recommended for nurses to do SSBM to decreasedepression in elderly.Keywords: SSBM, depression, elderly

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan guru dalam membentuk karakter nasionalismepada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Genengsari 01 Kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten SukoharjoTahun Pelajaran 2020.Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guruSD Negeri Genengsari 01. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peranan guru dalam membentuk karakter nasionalisme pada siswa SD Negeri Genengsari 01 masih kurang sempurna, hal ini terlihat guru hanya menerapkan 4 peranan saja dari 12 peranan guru di sekolah,sehinggakurangnyatindakan nyatadari guru kepada siswadalammembentuk perilaku dan sikap nasionalisme. Wujud nyata tersebut tampak siswa kurang memahamibentuk sikapnasionalisme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan penghargaan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi dari sumber data primer serta sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan metode analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi, dan penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dari ketiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, variabel motivasi yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in culture, influenced by various geographical conditions and a long historical journey, resulting in the formation of various traditions that are still preserved to this day. This research discusses the Seren Taun ceremony tradition in Cigugur, Kuningan, West Java, as one of the cultural traditions of the Sundanese community. Seren Taun has three main values. First, as an expression of gratitude to God for a sufficient harvest, this tradition teaches the importance of gratitude to the God of the universe. Second, Seren Taun serves as a unifying medium for the people of Cigugur who live in religious and belief diversity, fostering relationships among fellow humans. Third, this ceremony plays a role in preserving traditions passed down by previous generations, thereby fostering a love for preserving nature. Seren Taun is not just a ceremonial traditional ritual, but serves as an educational medium to preserve the cultural identity of the Sundanese ancestors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorser credibility variables and advertising attractiveness on Indomie purchasing decisions, questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique, the data collected were processed by multiple regression method with SPSS version 23. The results showed that credibility Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on Indomie Purchase Decisions, Ad Attractiveness has a positive and significant impact on Indomie Purchase Decisions, Celebrity Endorser Credibility and Advertising Attractiveness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Indomie Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the strategies in the marketing mix in a company, where its function is to introduce and promote products or services to prospective customers or consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion strategy carried out by PT. BPR Intidana. The type of research is descriptive qualitative which is collecting and processing data and analysis of promotion strategies implemented by PT. BPR Intidana. The technique in collecting data uses interviews and observations, by asking questions directly, the object under study is in accordance with the research. The data source comes from secondary data from various kinds of literature, company documents and so on. In promoting its products, PT.BPR Intidana uses all promotional mixes, namely: advertising through print media, personal selling through marketing personnel, sales promotion by giving gifts, and publicity by sponsoring an activity. Promotion strategies carried out by PT. BPR Intidana is expected to increase the number of customers provided by the credit facility and provide a positive image in the eyes of the public.

Abstract

The research tries to explain credit guarantees that are generally accepted by banks, especially in the MSME credit segment. The author tries to explain best practices related to credit guarantees, credit guarantee assessment and, types of guarantees that are generally avoided by banks. The object in this study is a bank that serves financing or credit, especially the UMKM segment, both government banks and private banks. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used are data that the authors obtained from the bank's official website which is the object of research. In addition, the author also collects brochures from several banks, other supporting data is the credit policy guidebook that the author has where the author has worked at several of these banks. To complete the information and data, the author also conducted interviews with several marketing banks. The results of the discussion in this study explain the types of collateral generally accepted by banks are land and buildings, vacant land, kiosks, motorized vehicles 2 and 4 and deposits. For LTV (Loan To Value) or the ratio of the amount of the loan compared to the guarantee provided, among others, a maximum of 70-80% vacant land, 80% maximum land and buildings, 60-70% maximum motorized vehicles and a maximum deposit of 90%. The guarantees generally avoided by banks for land and buildings are guarantees intended for green lines, road widths less than one meter, under high voltage electricity, carried by heavy currents, land in dispute, land and buildings designated and used for public and religious facilities etc .
