Abstract

The madrasah head is the top leader in an educational institution, and should have one of the competencies, namely entrepreneurial competence which has an impact on improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the madrasa head's entrepreneurial spirit on the entrepreneurial spirit of students. This study uses a quantitative approach in causal correlation techniques while the method of data fulfillment is through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Researchers only see and know the relationship between one variable and other variables based on causal relationships or research constellations. The results of this study are based on the results of statistical calculations showing that the probability value is greater than sign 0.05, which means that the entrepreneurial spirit of the madrasah head does not have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit of students, one of the reasons is that there are no operational implementation guidelines on the entrepreneurial competence of madrasah heads. Recommendations from researchers for madrasah heads to make operational guidelines for the implementation of entrepreneurial competencies that rely on regulations that apply in a structured and comprehensive manner, starting from managing entrepreneurial values or spirit as the foundation of entrepreneurship to practical entrepreneurship in an effort to improve the quality of madrasas.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the role of academic hardiness as a moderator in the effect of task aversiveness on academic procrastination using quantitative causal and proportional stratified random sampling methods. The sample consisted of 260 psychology students from Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University (UIN), Bandung. The data were collected through questionnaires using Task Aversiveness, Academic Procrastination, and Revised Academic Hardiness Scale (RAHS). Additionally, data analysis was performed using simple regression tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that task aversiveness and academic hardiness significantly increased and decreased academic procrastination, respectively. In conclusion, academic hardiness did not moderate the effect of task aversiveness on procrastination.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah SMA PT Hayatan Thayyibah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di di SMAPT Hayatan Thayyibah Kota Sukabumi pada bulan agustus 2022. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Adapun informan penelitian antara lain: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan staff. Sementara teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Kepala Sekolah SMA PT Hayatan Thayyibah telah mengimplementasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di dalam masa kepemimpinannya. Kepedulian hal-hal kecil, memberikan kesempatan untuk melanjutkan studi, memberikan apreasiasi dan ucapan selamat, memperhatikan keluhan dan masalah yang dialami oleh staff, memberikan kesempatan untuk berkarya dengan inovatif dan kreatif, memberikan peluang kepada staffnya untuk berkarya diluar sekolah dan jika ada kesalahan kepala sekolah akan menegur secara halus serta di saat yang tepat kepada staffnya.
