Abstract

One of the most popular and most helpful sharia banking products for customers is financing products such as mortgage products. Pawn products are a superior product in Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang where it has 70% of all financing customers so that it has its own counter which is adjacent to the teller section. Of the large number of mortgage customers, it is certain that the mace team from Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang will find and face several risks. This risk must be minimized by using risk management. In this study, the author will explain how Bank Jatim Syariah implements 5C in risk management of Gold iB Barokah products by using a qualitative research type through a descriptive approach. The results of this study, the authors found the ability and form of success carried out by Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang in empowering its customers and how to analyze new customers to avoid other higher risks through 5C analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition)

Abstract

Financing is one that is really needed by the community to meet their needs, one of which is the financing contained in the BMT NU pragaan branch, namely congregation-based service financing (LASISMA), this financing uses the Al qordhul Hasan contract and customers or partners increase every year. In this study, researchers describe. How is the implementation of congregation-based service financing (LASISMA) in the pragaan sub-district customer business at the Pragaan branch of BMT NU, the researcher also describes what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in congregation-based service financing (LASISMA) at the Pragaan branch of NU BMT. The result of this research is a congregation-based service financing scheme (LASISMA) in increasing business. customers, the BMT groups members of at least 5 and a maximum of 20 members, then BMT provides basic education and conducts surveys, makes letters of recommendation and monitors the customer's business. Factors that become obstacles and supports in financing LASISMA are the existence of groups that also offer similar financing to LASISMA, namely in the form of groups, and also the customer's lack of understanding in managing their business. And one of the supporting factors is the ease of getting financing and installments.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang penggunaan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam konteks kompensasi dan tunjangan kepada karyawan dengan menyoroti potensi signifikan yang mereka miliki untuk mengembangkan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Prinsip syariah, berfokus pada keadilan, transparansi, dan nilai-nilai etika Islam sehingga perusahaan dapat menemukan peluang luas dalam pasar yang semakin sadar akan nilai-nilai etis. Praktik bisnis yang sesuai dengan manajemen syariah tidak hanya memenuhi standar etis, namun juga menjadi landasan strategis yang mampu menghasilkan keunggulan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yakni dengan menganalisis data-data primer dan sekunder seperti jurnal, buku atau sumber lain yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan sintesis pemikiran. Hasilnya, penerapan manajemen kompensasi dan tunjangan kepada karyawan dengan memerhatikan prinsip-prinsip Islam, dapat menghadirkan keadilan dalam hubungan pemberi kerja dan pekerja, dengan begitu, tidak ada satu pihak yang akan dirugikan dalam proses operasional perusahaan. Pekerja mendapatkan hak setimpal dengan kerja kerasnya dan pemberi kerja juga dapat mendapatkan kinerja yang lebih baik dari pekerjanya.

Abstract

The economic status of parents has an important role in influencing children's education. Higher education for children is very urgent, especially in responding to the challenges of this era. As a parent, there is not much that can be done except by providing the best education.The purpose of this study is to identify and describe. First, how is the perception of the palm farmers towards the higher education of their children in Batu Jaran Hamlet, Pragaan Daya Village, Pragaan Sub-District. Second, what factors motivate parents to continue their children's education to college? This study uses a qualitative field research approach, while the methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods.As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that the perception of palm farmers towards their children's higher education still assumes that the cost of higher education for their children is still expensive while their average income is low. so that the palm farmers, must really take into account the income and expenditure. This is done so that their children can still go to school to the highest level of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence given by the profit sharing ratio on the number of musharaka financing customers. This research is a quantitative field research (field research) using a simple linear regression test, with a research sample of 36 respondents from several staff at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar using probability sampling method with cluster random sampling type. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS software version 20.0. The results of this study indicate the profit-sharing ratio variable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable and Tcount (5.343) > from Ttable (2.03452), so it can be concluded partially (t-test) there is a significant positive effect. from the profit-sharing ratio to the number of musyarakah financing customers and based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), a value of 0.456 is obtained, which means the effect of the profit-sharing ratio on the number of musyarakah financing customers is 45.6%, while 54.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Metode bermain peran merupakan metode pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan beberapa aspek yang meliputi nilai agama, moral, kognitif, bahasa, fisik motorik, serta aspek perkembangan sosial emosional yang berakaitan langsung dengan kepercayaan diri. Dengan implementasi metode bermain peran, anak akan menunjukkan sikap yang mencerminkan diri, misalnya dengan tampil di depan teman-temannya.Penelitian ini akan mengkaji dua permasalahan. Pertama, apakah metode bermain peran dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri anak di TK Al-Azhar Pagendingan? Kedua, bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode bermain peran dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri anak di TK Al-Azhar Pagendingan?Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pendidikan. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, dan siswa. Dengan menggnakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal. Pertama, metode bermain peran merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat menumbuhkan segala aspek perkembangan, khususnya dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri yang berhubungan langsung dengan aspek sosial emosional, kepercayaan diri dapat terlihat ketika anak memainkan sebuah peran, mereka berani maju ke depan, berbicara dan berekspresi tanpa rasa takut dan malu, mereka dapat bereksplorasi sesuai dengan keinginannya tanpa rasa takut dan tertekan, dan bermain peran juga memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk menginterpretasikan pengalaman langsung anak. Kedua, dalam penerapan metode bermain peran guru bergerak menjadi pengamat dan fasilatator diantara anak saat bermain, guru juga bisa ikut terlibat dalam bermain sebagai contoh bagi anak.

Abstract

One of the Islamic banks that implements the prize program is Bank Muamalat Indonesia, which is the Hijrah Prima Savings wit Prizes program. Mud}a>rabah contracts generally only provide profit sharing in the form of a ratio, interestingly in this savings customers don’t only get profit sharing. Customers will also get prizes at the beginning as desired without being drawn. However, customers who cancel the hijrah prima savings program with prizes before the agreement period will be charged a prize replacement fee. This research uses field qualitative methods (field research). Data sources are obtained from primary data sources and secondary data through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, presentation of conclusion drawing data. To check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this research said that the implementation of giving gifts to hijrah prima savings with prizes at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Sumenep is that banks given gifts in the form of goods to customers of hijrah prima savings with prizes. In this case, DSN-MUI allows the awarding of such gifts as stipulated in DSN-MUI fatwa No: 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning gifts in raising funds, for which the bank has added one of the conditions for a loan-use agreement when giving gifts.

Abstract

Pengiriman uang melalui jasa transfer merupakan salah satu jasa pelayanan bank pada nasabah untuk mengirimkan dananya dalam bentuk rupiah atau valuta asing yang ditujukan pada pihak lain. Salah satu bank syari’ah yang menyediakan layanan jasa fitur mobile banking adalah BSI (Bank Syari’ah Indonesia) yang diberi nama BSI Mobile Banking. BSI KCP Sumenep Trunojoyo 1. Pokok dari skripsi yang tersaji dalam rumusan masalah ini adalah pertama, apakah penggunaan layanan jasa transfer melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah di BSI KCP Sumenep Truojoyo 1?, kedua, Apa saja kelebihan dan kekurangan penggunaan layanan jasa transfer melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah di BSI KCP Sumenep Truojoyo 1?. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Yang kemudian dianalisis untuk memperoleh data atau informasi yang akurat. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dari beberapa pegawai aktif di BSI KCP Sumenep Trunojoyo 1, untuk keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwasannya, yang pertama Penggunaan layanan jasa transfer melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah karena kemudahan dan beberapa manfaat yang dapat dirasakan oleh nasabah selain itu dengan adanya layanan jasa aplikasi BSI mobile banking melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking dapat memenuhi tujuan bank itu sendiri serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, dan yang kedua Dari beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki oleh layanan jasa transfer melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking di BSI KCP Sumenep Trunojoyo satu dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Kekurangan yang ada pada penggunaan layanan jasa transfer melalui aplikasi BSI mobile banking di BSI KCP Sumenep trunojoyo 1 masih bisa diatasi dengan kelebihan yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.
