Abstract

This exploration plans to determine the impact of work discipline, arrangement, and workplace to some extent and, at the same time, representative execution at the East Medan Pratama Duty Administration Office. The exploration was led at the Medan Timur Pratama Expense Administration Office, Jalan Sukamulia Number 17A, Medan City, North Sumatra Region, postal code 20193, with a population of 95 individuals and an examination test of 93 individuals. Information assortment was completed through meetings, polls, and documentation. Using version 24 of the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program, multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Given the consequences of the examination, it was found that work discipline significantly affected the presentation of the representatives of the East Medan Pratama Expense Administration Office. This was upheld by the consequences of the examination of t count > t-table (5.984 > 1.987) at n = 93 at an importance level of 95%. The situation meaningfully affects the exhibition of the workers of the East Medan Pratama Duty Administration Office; this is upheld by the investigation of t count > t-table (3.092 > 1.987) at n = 93 at an importance level of 95%. The workplace affects the presentation of the representatives of the East Medan Pratama Expense Administration Office; this is upheld by the determined t < t-table examination (0.569 < 1.987) at n = 93 with an importance level of 95%. The worth of F-count > F table (26.165 > 2.71) expresses that together (different) there is a positive and huge impact of work discipline, situation, and workplace on the presentation of representatives of the East Medan Pratama Expense Administration Office.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Women who joined the organization of the Medan Tuntungan Micro, Small Medium Enterprises Producer Cooperative (UMKM) in Baru Subdistrict, Ladang Bambu Village, Tuntungan District, Medan City, Sumatra; this cooperative houses 53 female MSME members consisting of homemakers and teenagers. He was aged 21 years to 60 years. The members of this cooperative have 152 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) units with 42 types of businesses. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with a focus on case studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the women's entrepreneurship model through the Medan Tuntungan Cooperative in Baru Village, Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City, North Sumatra. In this article, we will discuss three business units as start-ups, namely the tape business group unit, sweet potato chips, and dry cakes. The raw material for tapai (pai tape) will then be written on an ongoing basis for other business units as a community service activity by the Faculty of Business Economics at the Islamic University of North Sumatra in collaboration with the Study Center of Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia. Community service is carried out for MSME groups in the areas of knowledge, skills, and behaviour in marketing, bookkeeping, Marketing, and business networking.

Abstract

Imunisasi perlu diberikan pada bayi karena tanpa imunisaasi kira – kira 3 dari 100 kelahiran anak akan meninggal karena penyakit campak. Upaya imunisasi di Indonesia telah dilakukan sejak tahun 70-an pada bayi dan anak. Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah yaitu 110 kasus, pada tahun 2018 di Aceh Tengah terdapat 25 kasus (3,53% dari kasus Provinsi Aceh), dan pada tahun 2019 Jumlah kasus campak, polio, tetanus, di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sebesar 243 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan tingkat pendidikan dan status pekerjaan ibu dengan kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah Puskesmas Silih Nara Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Maret sampai dengan Agustus tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu Accidental dimana peneliti langsung bertemu dengan responden di tempat penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling, ibu yang membawa balitanya berobat ke Puskesmas Silih Nara sebanyak 39 orang ibu. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji chi-squere pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% () dengan nilai p-value 0,041< 95% yang berarti ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Silih Nara Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, sedangkan nilai p value 0,821 > ()yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara status pekerjaan ibu dengan kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Silih Nara Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Saya harap dapat memberikan masukan dan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak Puskesmas dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan pembekuan terutama dalam hal kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi.

Abstract

Background: Tindakan plagiasi sering sekali dilakukan secara tidak sengaja oleh mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah ataupun tugas akhir seperti skripsi. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan karena mahasiswa belum memahami bagaimana membuat sebuah sitiran yang baik dan benar. Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam dalam membuat sitasi dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai citation dan refernce manager. Mendeley adalah salah satu aplikasi "citation dan reference manager” yang penggunaannya mudah dipahami. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk melatih dan mendampingi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Universitas Muslim Nusantara dan Universitas Budi Darma dalam menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan meraka membuat sitasi dan daftar pustaka dengan menggunakan mendeley. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah yang dilakukan oleh pemateri, demostrasi oleh pemateri, praktek dan latihan oleh peserta dan pendampingan oleh pemateri. Hasil: setelah mengikuti pelatihan mahasiswa memahami dan terampil dalam mengaplikasikan mendeley, sehingga memudahkan mereka membuat sitasi dan reference manager dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam membuat sitasi dan reference manager akan menghindari mahasiswa dalam praktik Tindakan plagiarism yang dilakukan secara tidak sengaja dalam menghasilkan sebuah karya ilmiah. Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dapat menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dan terampil dalam membuat sitasi dan reference manager dalam menghasilkan sebuah karya ilmiah.

Abstract

Background: Entrepreneurship is one way to increase income for the community and open up jobs for yourself and also for others so that we will reduce the number of unemployed. Almost most of the residents are fishermen, and farmers have the opportunity to use the results of catches to be made into products produced from fish, shrimp and others, besides that there is a program to support entrepreneurship carried out by the new market village community with village funds, they managed into Bumdes. With the opportunity but not yet utilized by the community, UISU Economics Lecturers and Students carry out Community Service activities to grow and develop entrepreneurial character by utilizing digitalization media for the Pasar Baru Village, Teluk community Mengkudu District, Deli Serdang Regency. This activity was carried out at the village head's office, attended by the people of Pasar Baru Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, and Deli Serdang District, especially homemakers. Method: the implementation of this service is carried out through counseling and training through lectures, discussions, and questions and answers to service participants of Pasar Baru Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Results: Service participants understand utilizing existing resources in Pasar Baru Village by building community character in developing entrepreneurial spirit and using the currently developing digital media and social media. Conclusion: Villagers who participate in this service and have high motivation in entrepreneurship can create and produce productive and creative value from their natural resources and understand utilizing digitalization media as a marketing forum in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The function and role of SMEs is currently felt to be very important. Aside from being a source of livelihood for many people, it also provides direct employment for the majority of the population. As a small business group, SMEs are always trapped in the problem of limited capital, inaccurate distribution, inefficient financial management, lack of innovation, not yet maximizing online marketing, bookkeeping is still manual, time management, does not have permits as an effort to improve the capabilities of small businesses in the context of expanding its role in the national economy, a series of integrated and sustainable development is needed to overcome various problems. External factors consist of government policies in the public sector, social, cultural and economic aspects, as well as aspects of the role of related institutions. MSME actors in the Kampung Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, are housewives who use their time at home to generate income to supplement their family's income. There are 47 business actors in the Kebun Bambu Village who become a business group. Judging from the age at which they started doing business, the business actors in the bamboo farming village should have graduated, considering that this business group is part of the local government program, namely One Kelurahan, One Entrepreneurship Center.
