Abstract

Orthopedics is a branch of medicine that studies various functions and disorders that can occur in the musculoskeletal system. WHO reports that musculoskeletal disorders are the second most common disease worldwide after influenza. In North Sumatra, the prevalence of joint disease in populations over 15 years is 5.4% (around 778,500 people). While traumatology is a subspecialist of orthopedics specializing in dealing with injuries due to accidents or violence and surgical treatment. Indonesia is reported to have increased the number of traffic accidents in 2018 by 10% from the previous year with 25,000-30,000 victims. From the data above, the need for orthopedic and traumatology health services is high, but in Indonesia there are only 3 orthopedic and traumatology specialist hospitals. In North Sumatra, there are no orthopedic and traumatology specialist hospitals yet, so the idea of planning and designing an Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Hospital with facilities that support the management of patients with diseases related to the musculoskeletal system and wound management both caused by musculoskeletal disorders and caused by accidents and violence.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the era of 5.0 presents new challenges for the field of education, particularly in shaping learners’ character to be not only digitally competent but also grounded in Islamic moral values. In this context, the integration of Islamic ethical principles is crucial to ensure that digital literacy does not merely enhance technical abilities but also fosters ethical behavior in digital activities. This study aims to analyze how Islamic moral values can be effectively integrated into students’ digital literacy so that they are able to use technology wisely, responsibly, and in accordance with Islamic teachings. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis through literature review and theoretical examination related to digital literacy, digital ethics, and Islamic moral values. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic moral values can be implemented through the cultivation of digital ethics such as honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, politeness in online communication, and critical thinking in evaluating information. Additionally, the use of digital learning media infused with Islamic values has been shown to increase students’ awareness of the importance of ethical behavior in digital spaces. In conclusion, digital literacy that aligns with Islamic moral values can serve as a strong foundation for learners in navigating the dynamics of technology in the era of 5.0, while also promoting the development of a generation that is both digitally proficient and spiritually moral

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, especially in the learning process at the elementary school level. One of the most widely used digital media is Quizizz, an interactive and enjoyable game-based learning platform. This study aims to describe the use of the digital medium Quizizz in the learning process at elementary schools and to analyze its impact on students’ motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through library research. The results show that the use of Quizizz can enhance students’ active participation, strengthen their understanding of the material, and create a more engaging and competitive learning atmosphere. In addition, teachers find it helpful for conducting learning evaluations quickly and accurately. Therefore, the digital medium Quizizz can serve as an innovative alternative in 21st-century learning that supports the creation of active, creative, and enjoyable learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pengolahan Nomor Unik Pendidik dan Tenaga Pendidikan (NUPTK) di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bengkalis berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (KSA), sekaligus mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan pelayanan. Studi ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan NUPTK masih menghadapi kendala utama seperti proses verifikasi dokumen yang panjang, kurangnya transparansi informasi, ketergantungan pada operator sekolah, infrastruktur teknologi yang terbatas, alasan penolakan yang tidak jelas, saluran pengaduan yang tidak responsif, jumlah dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, dan ketidakpastian mengenai biaya layanan. Kondisi-kondisi ini menciptakan kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi masyarakat. Kontribusi Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi Dinas Pendidikan dalam mengevaluasi kualitas layanan NUPTK berdasarkan elemen IKM dan memperkaya literatur administrasi publik yang berkaitan dengan kualitas layanan administrasi pendidikan.
