Abstract

Budaya lingkungan adalah pola perilaku manusia yang memiliki nilai dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya yang dapat ditiru dan diturunkan oleh generasi selanjutnya. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mewujudkan budaya lingkungan siswa dengan memahami lingkungan sekitarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bantar Gebang 1 Kota Bekasi dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk wawancara bersama guru, metode konvensional untuk menyampaian materi, model pemecahan masalah untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan mengoptimalkan kelompok piket untuk mewujudkan budaya lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian, maka disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan belajar ini adalah siswa mampu menjelaskan masalah lingkungan terkini terkait kelangkaan tumbuhan dan hewan, dapat menjelaskan upaya pelestarian tumbuhan dan hewan berdasarkan lingkungan hidupnya, sehingga tumbuhan dan hewan yang dinyatakan punah dapat diselamatkan. siswa mampu mengubah perilakunya yang bijak dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan dan adanya keinginan mempelajari pendidikan lingkungan sehingga akan mudah terwujudnya budaya lingkungan untuk mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of learning during the Covid - 19 pandemic which was organized by the Jakarta Class II Child Special Development Institute (LPKA). This research takes the locus in LPKA Class II Jakarta. The research method uses library research (literature study) in the form of journal articles and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative approach, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data verification (conclusion drawing). The findings and results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out using the Blended Learning method, namely face-to-face (offline) and online teaching and learning activities, namely 1 session followed by 5 fostered children. take turns while adhering to health protocols. (2) the implementation of the exam is carried out online (online) using the Google meet application. (3) learning supervision during the Covid – 19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out by monitoring processes, assessments and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effectiveness of implementing equality education programs at the Jakarta Class II Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) in terms of the context, input, process and product of the equality education program. This research is descriptive qualitative research using evaluation research methods with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model in the implementation of equality education programs at LPKA Class II Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation which was then processed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the implementation of equality education at LPKA Class II Jakarta has been running well and is in accordance with the standards for implementing equality education for Package A, Package B and Package C programs, Directorate of Community Guidance and Child Eradication, Directorate General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

The problem of mosquito nuisance has long been a challenge for many communities throughout the world. Mosquito bites not only cause discomfort, but also play a role in spreading various dangerous diseases such as malaria, dengue, zika and chikungunya. The innovation of anti-mosquito candles offers an effective solution to overcome mosquito problems in society which often disturb comfort and health. This research examines the effectiveness of anti-mosquito candles that use natural ingredients in reducing mosquito populations and their impact on the environment and human health. The results of this research show that this candle has not only succeeded in reducing the number of mosquitoes significantly but is also safe to use, environmentally friendly, and easy to apply. It is hoped that this innovation can be a better alternative to conventional mosquito repellent methods, while improving people's quality of life by providing efficient and comfortable protection from the threat of mosquitoes. So the innovation of the anti-mosquito aromatherapy candle product not only offers a practical and effective solution, but can also contribute to efforts to protect the environment and public health.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and rapid development towards the era of society 5.0, the use of digital technology has become an important aspect in various fields of life, including in the world of education. This study aims to analyze the Utilization of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Learning for Children with Special Needs. The research method used is a literature review. The results of the study show that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in learning for children with special needs has a significant positive impact, especially in creating a more personal, adaptive, and interactive learning approach according to the needs of each student. AI is able to help teachers analyze students' abilities and learning progress in real-time, as well as provide learning materials and methods that are tailored to each child's learning style. In addition, this technology can also increase students' motivation and independence in learning through the use of AI-based applications or devices that are user-friendly and easy to access. Thus, the application of AI is an innovative solution in creating an inclusive and effective learning environment for children with special needs.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) Lapas Kelas 1 Malang melalui pendampingan teknologi pertanian. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi warga binaan yang membutuhkan keterampilan produktif selama masa pembinaan, serta keterbatasan sarana alat pertanian modern, akses terhadap teknologi pertanian terkini, dan minimnya pendampingan tenaga ahli. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah melalui observasi, kajian pustaka, dan diskusi bersama pihak Lapas; implementasi program melalui pengadaan alat pertanian modern, pelatihan teknologi pertanian, dan pendampingan teknis; serta evaluasi dan pelaporan kegiatan berdasarkan hasil praktik dan observasi lapangan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 12–20 Juni 2025 di Sarana Asimilasi dan Edukasi (SAE) Ngajum, Malang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan alat pertanian modern disambut antusias oleh warga binaan dan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pertanian. Pelatihan teknis yang mencakup teori dan praktik langsung meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan WBP dalam mengoperasikan alat dan menerapkan teknik pertanian presisi. Pendampingan intensif juga mendorong terbentuknya sistem kerja kelompok yang efektif dan peningkatan motivasi partisipan dalam kegiatan pertanian. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas teknis, kedisiplinan, serta kesiapan WBP dalam menjalankan kegiatan produktif secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil membentuk kompetensi teknis yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja dan mendukung proses reintegrasi sosial warga binaan secara berkelanjutan. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di lembaga pemasyarakatan lainnya sebagai model pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pertanian yang kontekstual dan aplikatif.

Abstract

The transformative leadership of female principals plays a strategic role in addressing the challenges of 21st century education, especially in an effort to realize the vision of sustainable education. This research is motivated by the increasing participation of women in school leadership positions and the need for adaptive, inclusive, and visionary leadership. The purpose of this study was to identify the transformative leadership characteristics of female principals, analyze their leadership contributions in realizing the vision of sustainable education, and explore the challenges and adaptive strategies used. This study uses a literature review approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to conduct critical synthesis of various scientific studies that have been published, both conceptually and empirically. The results showed that female school principals applied transformative leadership values such as ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Female principals also play an active role in integrating the principles of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into managerial practices and developing adaptive strategies through strengthening social-professional networks, independent personal capacity development, and local context-based innovation.

Abstract

Teacher professional development has long been recognized as a crucial component in improving the quality of education and enhancing student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze teacher professional development in the digital era by identifying the key challenges faced by educators and examining effective strategies for educational management in supporting sustainable professional growth. The research employs a library research method by reviewing and analyzing relevant scholarly literature, including academic journal articles, books, and policy documents related to digital transformation in education and teacher professional learning. The collected data were analyzed using a descriptive–analytical approach to synthesize concepts, compare perspectives, and draw comprehensive insights. The results indicate that teacher professional development in the digital era is constrained by challenges such as limited digital competence, unequal access to technology, and insufficient institutional support; however, these challenges can be addressed through strong educational leadership, the integration of digital tools with pedagogical innovation, collaborative professional learning communities, continuous evaluation, and the cultivation of a culture of lifelong learning.
