Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in mediating the effect of self-efficacy on lecturer performance by examining the effect of self-efficacy on lecturer performance and the role of knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable. The research data was obtained from questionnaire answers which included 38 respondents from permanent lecturers at the Muhammadiyah Mamuju College of Economics who had functional positions selected based on purposive sampling. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on lecturer performance, and self-efficacy also has a significant effect on the mediating variable of knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing did not mediate the self-efficacy variable on lecturer performance. Several supporting variables that can be used in future research are organizational support, leadership support or organizational culture.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa yang berbudaya dalam meningkatkan pendidikan dan keterampilan menuju desa Tubo Poang yang unggul. Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi serta memberikan pengalaman belajar sekaligus bekerja kepada mahasiswa melalui kegiatan-kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa Tubo Poang, Kec Tubo, Kab. Majene, Proinsi Sulawesi Barat. Ditinjau dari letak grafis desa tersebut, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai potensi untuk mengembangkan dan memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada masyarakat di desa Tubo Poang, Kec Tubo, Kab. Majene, Proinsi Sulawesi Barat. Kelompok sasaran bersama Mahasiswa KKN didampingi oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan melaksanakan kegiatan KKN secara bersama-sama. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dalam bentuk keagamaan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk kegiatan sosial dengan mengoptimalkan potensi warga desa Tubo Poang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program KKN ini telah menambah keterampilan masyarakat dalam dalam mempraktikkan kegiatan keagamaan secara efektif serta dalam mengelola lahan pertanian secara modern dan produktif melalui kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi merupakan kebiasaan negatif di lingkungan kerja yang memengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia. Kebiasaan ini dapat menurunkan produktivitas, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan kualitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme terhadap prokrastinasi pada pegawai Puskesmas Botteng. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik total sampling. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 65 orang. Data dianalisis melalui teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya mencakup: (1) Manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (2) Perfeksionisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (3) Manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prokrastinasi. Namun, kontribusi keduanya dalam menjelaskan variasi prokrastinasi tergolong rendah, yaitu 27,7 persen. Dengan demikian, manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme memengaruhi tingkat prokrastinasi, meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously on service quality at the Mamuju City Police. Determining the sample for this research was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this research was all personnel/employees at the Mamuju City Police, totaling 72 people. The test results show that partially the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the Mamuju City Police and simultaneously the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the City Police.

Abstract

A courier is someone who is tasked with delivering packages in the form of documents or other items to individuals, businesses, institutions, or government agencies. Courier is not a new profession. This job has existed since ancient times, when people would run to deliver messages or items to someone. From there, the word courier emerged in English, which comes from the Greek word curere, meaning to run. Some issues that arise include the lack of flexible working arrangements, which is why work-life balance is introduced here as a bridge to enhance employee achievements by implementing a flexible working system. This study aims to confirm the influence of flexible working on employee achievements mediated by work-life balance among couriers in Mamuju. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze data related to the variables whose relationships will be examined. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with snowball sampling technique using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results of this study show that flexible working does not affect employee achievement, flexible working does not affect work-life balance, work-life balance affects employee achievement, and work-life balance does not directly mediate the relationship between flexible working and employee achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, store atmosphere dan price fairness terhadap repurchase intention pada konsumen Mie Gacoan Cabang Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini bersifat tidak terbatas, sehingga penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji parsial(t-test), uji simultan (F-test), dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Price fairness berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Demikian pula, secara simultan brand image, store atmosphere dan price fairness berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap repurchase intention, dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,4%, sedangkan 22,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan dan membuktikan bahwa brand image, store atmosphere, dan price fairness merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk repurchase intention konsumen di Mie Gacoan Cabang Mamuju

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job placement, competency and career development on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative method with data taken using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service office. The number of samples calculated was 38 people. The data obtained will be analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of the T test reveal that partially work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office, Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office, and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office. Mamuju Regency Transportation Service. The results of the f test show that work placement, competency and career development jointly influence employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of loneliness self control and work environment on cyberloafing in employees of Cafe A.F Rindu Rindu Mamuju District. This study uses a type of quantitative method, with a population of 32, determining the sample size using total sampling because the number of respondents is 32 so that the entire population is used as a sample in this study. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and interviews. Testing the quality of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis tools used multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and to determine the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable used detrmination coefficient test (R2 test). The results showed (1) loneliness has no effect on cyberloafing partially, (2) self control has no effect on cyberloafing partially, (3) work environment has a partial effect on cyberloafing, and (4) loneliness self control and work environment have a simultaneous influence on cyberloafing. Then for the contribution of loneliness, self-control and work environment to cyberloafing is classified as strong with a percentage of 62.1%, this means that other predictor variables of 37.9% which are not explained in this study have the ability to increase cyberloafing in employees of Cafe A.F Ruang Rindu Mamuju District.
