Abstract

Particularly associated with either organizational commitment and innovative behavior. This research would like to see more activities and responsibilities in developing organizational commitment, organization culture, and job satisfaction to improving employee's innovative behavior.

Abstract

Purpose - This study examines the effect of workplace envy, negative emotions, and perceptions of injustice on turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach – This paper explored the article published in various databases. Originality - This study will develop the variable of negative behavior that is detrimental to the organization because several studies have found that the number of negative behaviors of employees in organizations is increasing globally. Findings and Discussion - Three propositions developed in this study relate to empirical and theoretical issues: first, workplace envy has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; second, negative emotion has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; and third, the perception of injustice has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusion – The discussion is carried out as a literature review of previous studies in developing propositions. This research aims to contribute to the literature and conceptual model of the influence of work motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Methodology - This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. In the census method, because the entire population is used as a sample, the data collection method used is a questionnaire.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment and leadership on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Yogyakarta, which aims to manage superior and advanced human resources in facing this era of globalization, one of which is by paying attention to employee satisfaction. the role of human resources is the planner and implementer in the organization's achievement.This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, f tests and tests carried out manually using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows application. The population in this study were teachers at Madrasah Yogyakarta, while the sample included was 57 samples.The results of the research show that, in the validation test each variable was smaller than the significance of 0.05 (valid), the reliability test value was 0.946, it was greater than 0.60 (reliable), the multiple linear regression analysis value of job satisfaction was 8.344, the compensation value was 0.053, the work environment value was 0.333 , and leadership 0.297, partial t test compensation has no effect, but it does influence the work environment and leadership on job satisfaction, the f test simultaneously has an influence on teacher job satisfaction. The greatest level of influence is based on multiple linear analysis, the highest beta value of the work environment with a valueof 0.333 compared to the values of other independent variables

Abstract

This study examined the effect of skill and personality on employee productivity at PT Sumber Permata Mineral Site North Morowali. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample selected through non-probability sampling techniques involving 76 respondents. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The quality of the research instruments was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using partial tests (t-statistical test), simultaneous tests (F-statistical test), and the coefficient of determination to determine the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that (1) Skill has a significant partial effect on work productivity, (2) Personality has a partial and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Skill and personality simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity. However, the combined contribution of skill and personality to employee work productivity is relatively weak, with a percentage of 47.7%. This suggests that other factors, accounting for 52.3%, may also influence employee work productivity at PT Sumber Permata Mineral Site North Morowali.

Abstract

Cheerful healthy gymnastics is a series of gymnastic movements that aim to maintain and improve physical fitness with fun music accompaniment to burn enthusiasm. This activity aims to gain health and physical fitness. A fit person means that the person has dynamic health that can support physical or psychological activities. Meanwhile, one's fitness can have a good influence on one's performance which will affect productivity in living everyday life. Physical fitness is the body's ability to carry out daily activities without feeling excessive fatigue so that it can live a productive life because it has enough energy to carry out physical activities smoothly. Through this community service activity, KKN students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju invited a members of the Family Welfare Development (PKK) in Karama village, Tinambung Subdistrict, to do cheerful healthy gymnastics activities regularly in the morning every week on Sundays. In addition to being beneficial for health, this exercise is also useful for improving mood (cheerfulness), making sleep soundly and can control weight.

Abstract

Desa Tangnga-Tangnga, dikenal dengan sumber daya ikannya yang melimpah. Desa ini memiliki potensi besar di sektor perikanan, dan dalam pemanfaatan produk manufaktur yang dapat menghasilkan nilai jual tinggi. Terutama dalam pemanfaatan ikan cakalang yang merupakan salah satu komoditas utama. Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamnuju (Unimaju) Pasca Desa Tangnga-Tangnga berhasil mengembangkan inovasi yang berfokus pada pengelolaan ikan cakalang. Mahasiswa KKN menyadari bahwa potensi besar hasil tangkapan laut, khususnya ikan cakalang, belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Dalam hal metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung terhadap proses pembuatan produk ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan produk ikan cakalang di Desa Tangnga-Tangnga melibatkan beberapa tahap, mulai dari penangkapan hingga pengolahan. Masyarakat setempat menggunakan teknik tradisional dan modern dalam pengolahan ikan, yang meliputi pengasapan, dan pengalengan. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan lokal tetapi juga berpotensi untuk dipasarkan ke daerah lain. Selain itu, kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi nelayan dan pengolah ikan, seperti fluktuasi harga ikan, keterbatasan akses pasar, dan dampak perubahan iklim terhadap hasil tangkapan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar masyarakat desa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dan pelatihan modern untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam pengolahan ikan dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran.

Abstract

Era globalisasi ditandai oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan baru serta mendorong perubahan cepat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, individu dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi. Penelitian ini secara tujaun untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hardiness, proactive personality, serta social support dihadapkannya dengan adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah kuantitatif. Teknik pegambilan sampel mempergunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan insidental sampling dengan jumlah 74 responden. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh (1) Hardiness memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (2) Proactive personality memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (3) Social support tidak berpengaruh positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (4) Hardiness, proactive personality serta social support berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap adaptability dengan kontribusi tergolong sedang sebesar 53 persen; (5) Hardiness memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap adaptability

Abstract

Prokrastinasi merupakan kebiasaan negatif di lingkungan kerja yang memengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia. Kebiasaan ini dapat menurunkan produktivitas, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan kualitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme terhadap prokrastinasi pada pegawai Puskesmas Botteng. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik total sampling. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 65 orang. Data dianalisis melalui teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya mencakup: (1) Manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (2) Perfeksionisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (3) Manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prokrastinasi. Namun, kontribusi keduanya dalam menjelaskan variasi prokrastinasi tergolong rendah, yaitu 27,7 persen. Dengan demikian, manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme memengaruhi tingkat prokrastinasi, meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil.

Abstract

An employee's intention to leave their job is known as turnover intention, and it can negatively affect the company if it is not handled appropriately. This study’s objective is to determine the effect of workplace loneliness, work-family conflict, and job stress on turnover intention among female employees in Mamuju Regency. This research uses associative quantitative methods with incidental sampling techniques and involves 100 respondents as samples. The results obtained (1) Workplace loneliness has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; (2) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; (3) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; (4) Workplace loneliness, work-family conflict, and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a contribution of 74.9 percent, which is included in the strong category; (5) Job Stress has the most dominant influence on turnover intention.
