Abstract

Human resources is a very important factor as a driver in the face of global current era. The competitiveness of an organization depends on human resources owned. Particularly associated with either organizational commitment and innovative behavior. This research would like to see more activities and responsibilities in developing organizational commitment, organization culture, and job satisfaction to improving employee's innovative behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency, the influence of location on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency, the influence of price and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency.This type of research is quantitative with primary data taken using a questionnaire. The respondent population is Nirwana Store consumers. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The number of samples used was 50 people. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and t tests and F tests using SPSS tools. The results of this research show that the price variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions and the location variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store. The results of the F test show that the price and location variables influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store. From the results of the analysis, suggestions can be made that Nirwana Stores should be able to use more pricing strategies to increase purchasing productivity.Originality of this research lies in the fact that research has never been conducted on Nirwana Shop Consumers in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment and leadership on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Yogyakarta, which aims to manage superior and advanced human resources in facing this era of globalization, one of which is by paying attention to employee satisfaction. the role of human resources is the planner and implementer in the organization's achievement.This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, f tests and tests carried out manually using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows application. The population in this study were teachers at Madrasah Yogyakarta, while the sample included was 57 samples.The results of the research show that, in the validation test each variable was smaller than the significance of 0.05 (valid), the reliability test value was 0.946, it was greater than 0.60 (reliable), the multiple linear regression analysis value of job satisfaction was 8.344, the compensation value was 0.053, the work environment value was 0.333 , and leadership 0.297, partial t test compensation has no effect, but it does influence the work environment and leadership on job satisfaction, the f test simultaneously has an influence on teacher job satisfaction. The greatest level of influence is based on multiple linear analysis, the highest beta value of the work environment with a valueof 0.333 compared to the values of other independent variables

Abstract

Digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sampel penelitiannya menggunakan teknik Stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 227 responden. Survey dibagikan secara daring menggunakan Google Form pada pengguna layanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian menggunakan analisis data uji validitas, realibilitas, parsial dan simultan serta metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan digitalisasi pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, transformasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sementara itu kontribusi digitalisasi pelayanan dan transformasi digital terhadap kualitas pelayanan, tergolong kuat dengan nilai persentase (60,7%), yang berarti masih ada (39,3%) faktor lain yang memepengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.

Abstract

Era globalisasi ditandai oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan baru serta mendorong perubahan cepat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, individu dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi. Penelitian ini secara tujaun untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hardiness, proactive personality, serta social support dihadapkannya dengan adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah kuantitatif. Teknik pegambilan sampel mempergunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan insidental sampling dengan jumlah 74 responden. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh (1) Hardiness memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (2) Proactive personality memberi pengaruh bernilai positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (3) Social support tidak berpengaruh positif serta signifikan dihadapkannya dengan adaptability; (4) Hardiness, proactive personality serta social support berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap adaptability dengan kontribusi tergolong sedang sebesar 53 persen; (5) Hardiness memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap adaptability

Abstract

Prokrastinasi merupakan kebiasaan negatif di lingkungan kerja yang memengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia. Kebiasaan ini dapat menurunkan produktivitas, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan kualitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme terhadap prokrastinasi pada pegawai Puskesmas Botteng. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik total sampling. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 65 orang. Data dianalisis melalui teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya mencakup: (1) Manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (2) Perfeksionisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi; (3) Manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prokrastinasi. Namun, kontribusi keduanya dalam menjelaskan variasi prokrastinasi tergolong rendah, yaitu 27,7 persen. Dengan demikian, manajemen waktu dan perfeksionisme memengaruhi tingkat prokrastinasi, meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously on service quality at the Mamuju City Police. Determining the sample for this research was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this research was all personnel/employees at the Mamuju City Police, totaling 72 people. The test results show that partially the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the Mamuju City Police and simultaneously the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the City Police.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of work-life balance and resilience on employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative. This research uses quantitative methods, the research sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 32 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires in the form of instruments directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments uses validity tests and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing uses partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (F test), and to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained were (1) Work-life balance has a significant effect on work productivity; (2) Resilience has a significant effect on work productivity; (3) Work-life balance and resilience have a significant influence simultaneously on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, the contribution of work-life balance and resilience to employee work productivity is classified as moderate with a percentage of 56.3%, which means there are still 43.7% other factors that can influence employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of job characteristics and work stress on counterproductive work behavior PT Telkom Datel Mamuju. This research uses quantitative methods, the research sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 42 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments uses validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then testing the hypothesis using a partial test (t statistical test), simultaneous test (F statistical test), and to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination.The research results obtained: (1) Job characteristics do not have a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior; (2) Job stress has a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior; (3) Job characteristics and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. Meanwhile, the contribution of job characteristics and work stress to employee counterproductive work behavior is classified as moderate with a percentage of 48.1%, which means there are still 51.9% other factors that can influence counterproductive work behavior PT Telkom Datel Mamuju
