Abstract

Most countries in the world choose the form of Federal state or Unity within organizing a government. The selection of this form of state based on political, social will include the culture and history of a country. Each form of this country has advantages and disadvantages. The Unitary State emphasizes the administration of government in the government centers and regions in the province do not have extensive autonomy in managing their regions. Unlike the Federal State, where the position of the Federal State and the State are equal. The concept of federalism has been applied in many countries. The state is given the widest possible autonomy to take care of their area. Regional autonomy aims to improve community service, develop democratic life, and encourage the community empowerment to foster creativity. Regional autonomy also has a positive impact and a negative impact on the region. This paper intends to analyze the concept of federalism and regional autonomy with practical analysis in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the dynamic changes in digital consumer behavior in e-commerce, particularly in the purchase of electronic products through the Tokopedia platform. The study aims to analyze and synthesize the influence of online reviews and product ratings on purchase decisions using a systematic literature review approach. The method involves a comprehensive examination of global and local scientific literature, with a focus on peer-reviewed journals and empirical studies published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that online reviews and product ratings are capable of reducing consumer uncertainty as well as the functional risks associated with electronic products. Empirical evidence over the past decade suggests that high ratings can build initial confidence in brand quality, while detailed reviews provide crucial technical validation for potential buyers. Overall, these two indicators work synergistically to strengthen consumer trust and serve as key determinants in the final stage of the purchasing decision. The implications suggest that e-commerce platforms and sellers need to prioritize the management of user-generated content and maintain transparency in reputation to remain competitive in a market increasingly reliant on the credibility of online information.

Abstract

Dementia is a brain disorder that causes a decline in memory, thinking ability, and behavior, which significantly affects the quality of life of older adults. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023), more than 55 million people worldwide live with dementia, and this number continues to increase, particularly in low- and middle-income countries such as Indonesia. The low level of public awareness regarding the early symptoms of dementia has led to many undetected cases. This community service activity aimed to provide education about dementia to the congregation of Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin and to conduct cognitive function screening using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) as an early detection effort. The activity was carried out on September 20, 2025, at Al Jihad Mosque, Banjarmasin, through educational sessions and dementia screening performed by a neurologist. A total of 49 participants took part in the activity, the majority aged 60–74 years (63.2%). The results showed that 97.9% of participants had normal cognitive function, while 2.0% exhibited a tendency toward cognitive impairment. These findings indicate the importance of routine screening among the elderly population, even when general cognitive function appears normal. This activity demonstrates that a faith-based community approach is effective in increasing awareness and promoting dementia prevention at the community level. Keywords:
