Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate and test the reliability of sales and accounts receivable information system of PT. LMY in order to help overcome the problems faced by the company. The methods used are literature review and field researches such as interviews, checked-question lists, observations and analysis. Audit around the Computer is used as the audit method. The evaluation results in some discoveries of the advantages and disadvantages of the sales and account receivable information systems used, where the disadvantages allow for the potential risks. The conclusion based on the obtained evaluation results on the control of information systems sales and accounts receivable company is that any improvement is still needed, especially on the control of security management as well as boundary. Thus, it is necessary for the company to do audits regularly on sales and account receivable information system so that the information system can be more reliable.

Abstract

This study aimed to find influence functions of the status of teachers and educational background of teachers of elementary school students UASBN results in South Jakarta. This study is an ex post facto survey research, where esearchers only take the data that already exists within the respondents, so no need for additional treatment. Samples were taken with a purposive sampling technique, which means that the sample actually selected based on specific objectives, namely to find results UASBN of students taught by teachers with specific criteria based on the title of this research. The total number of samples as many as 323 people divided into four groups. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, data analysis, test requirements and test hypotheses with Two-Way ANOVA. Having proved to have normal distribution, then continued with the hypothesis test, which gives the result: 1) there is the influence of teachers' status on the yield UASBN function. 2) there was a background influence on the results UASBN teacher education. 3) there is interaction between functional status of teachers and educational background of teachers on the results UASBN. Based on the results of tests of hypotheses 3, then conducted further tests, with the result that the best UASBN values are in the group of students who were taught by teachers of relevant studies and science, while the lowest value at UASBN group of students who are taught by classroom teachers and science are not relevant. Abstract

McDonald’s merupakan salah satu pioneer restoran cepat saji yang telah berhasil menguasai pasar global termasuk di Indonesia. Persaingan antara restoran cepat saji semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan makanan cepat saji berlomba-lomba menciptakan inovasi dan ide-ide menarik untuk mempertahankan konsumen. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis apa dan bagaimana cara McDonald’s dapat memasuki pasar internasional dan menjadi restoran cepat saji yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat mancanegara. Abstract

Background: This research aims to develop audio-visual media-based tools on the subject of protein synthesis. Methods: The study design based on the analysis of some of biology material’s characteristic that difficult, rote, and abstract. Data collection was carried out with interviews, questionnaires, and formative tests. Results: Learning tools based on audio-visual media have been successfully developed and obtained as a feasible learning media for learning grade 12 biology. This learning tool was developed with several stages including: needs analysis, selection of materials and tools used to develop media, validation from experts, media improvement based on experts' suggestions and input, and dissemination of media developed by researchers. From the tests conducted by researchers, learning devices based on audio-visual media are very feasible to use. This is based on the overall average of the evaluation results of the four learning devices from the evaluation results by material experts, media experts, and development trials obtained an average score of 94% of the maximum score of 100% so that audio-visual media-based learning devices on the subject of protein synthesis are in the very feasible category. Conclusion: This shows that learning devices based on audio-visual media on the subject of protein synthesis are very feasible to use in learning biology grade 12 SMA. Abstract

Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu cara untuk kita dapat mengetahui risiko yang ada di suatu perusahaan dan setelah itu barulah diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen risiko pada UMKM dengan mengambil studi kasus di MALAYA CAFE. Penulis menggunakan objek UMKM sebagai penelitian penulis, UMKM yang penulis pilih adalah MALAYA CAFE. Metodelogi yang digunakan oleh penulis pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan pada MALAYA CAFE adalah ketelitian dalam membaca pesanan konsumen agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dengan konsumen, dan keamanan dari karyawan yang belum diterapkan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pelaku bisnis di café dalam mengetahui manajemen risiko pada MALAYA CAFE.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the influence of intrapersonal intelligence and self-concept on mathematics learning achievement; (2) the influence of intrapersonal intelligence on mathematics learning achievement; (3) the influence of self-concept on mathematics learning achievement. The method used in this research is a survey method using descriptive analysis. The sample was obtained using the Non Probability Sampling technique as many as 62 students from class X SMK PGRI 2 Depok. Data analysis consisted of descriptive analysis, data analysis requirements test, and hypothesis testing. The data analysis requirements test used were normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of hypothesis testing with a significant level of 5% or α = 0.05, namely (1) there is a significant influence between intrapersonal intelligence and self-concept on mathematics learning achievement. (2) there is a significant influence between intrapersonal intelligence on mathematics learning achievement. (3) there is a significant influence between self-concept on mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

Materi matematika yang selalu menjadi mata pelajaran yang menakutkan bagi siswa belum ada yang dikemas dalam media pembelajaran Motion Graphic. Padahal proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan video Motion Graphic lebih menarik perhatian siswa, dapat meningkatkan fokus dan semangat belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih mengembangkan media pembelajaran Motion Graphic berbasis Android sebagai solusi permasalahan yang ada. Melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran video animasi Motion Graphic berbasis Android ini peneliti bertujuan untuk membuat peserta didik akan lebih semangat lagi untuk belajar matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Motion Graphic matematika berbasis android pada pelajaran matematika. Metode yang dipakai metode Research and Development (penelitian dan pengembangan), tapi lebih difokuskan pada proses pengembangan menggunakan metode ADDIE. Tahapan pengembangan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan menganalisis kebutuhan, merancang, membuat media pembelajaran Motion Graphic berbasis Android, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji pakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan layak dan memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Motion Graphic matematika berbasis Android pada siswa kelas V SD semester 1. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil validasi oleh ahli media sebesar 87,5% dinyatakan baik. Lalu hasil validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 87,5 % dinyatakan baik. Setelah dilakukan uji validasi oleh para ahli kita lakukan uji coba kepada kelompok kecil mendapatkan hasil 95% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Motion Graphic matematika berbasis Android ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Background: Personalized learning must be based on exploring students' traits, including learning styles. Knowledge of student learning styles will make it easier to design learning, including practicing inquiry skills. Inquiry skills are abilities that all students need to have. Inquiry skills must be trained through habituation, especially through practical learning. Many Student Worksheets (LKM) practice inquiry skills, but they do not accommodate each student's learning style. Method: Development of personalized learning LKM to train inquiry skills using the Borg and Gall development research model. Results: Initial data was taken through interviews and learning style tests. The results of the learning style test show that 35.72% of students have a visual learning style, 25% auditory, and 39.28% kinesthetic. The next stage is to develop visual, auditory, and kinesthetic LKM products on the characteristics of leaves as quite complex material. The products developed are then evaluated through validation by material and inquiry experts, language experts, and development experts. Product improvements are made based on comments and suggestions from validators. The three LKM products were tested for suitability by students as product users. The feasibility score for the visual type of personalized learning LKM was 89%, the auditory type of personalized learning LKM was 90%, and the kinesthetic type of personalized learning LKM was 92%. The results of the effectiveness test of the three products show an increase in students' inquiry skills in the medium category. Conclusion: The three LKM personalized learning products fall into the feasible and usable category.

Abstract

Pola cuaca yang berfluktuasi sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Mulai dari gelombang panas yang hebat hingga badai yang dahsyat, variasi iklim ini dapat berdampak pada kesehatan, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan kita. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan strategi inovatif untuk mengurangi dampak-dampak ini. Salah satu pendekatan yang menjanjikan adalah pengembangan bangunan ramah lingkungan yang dirancang untuk mencapai emisi nol karbon. Bangunan ramah lingkungan ini fokus pada memaksimalkan efisiensi energi, menggunakan energi terbarukan, dan memilih material yang berkelanjutan. Dengan mengurangi dampak lingkungan, mereka berperan dalam menciptakan bumi yang lebih sehat dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari desain fasad yang optimal untuk konstruksi ramah lingkungan, dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor penting. Pendekatan penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data menyeluruh melalui survei lapangan, simulasi, dan analisis studi kasus. Kesimpulan utama menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan material yang menghemat energi, menggunakan teknik arsitektur pasif, dan menggabungkan sistem energi terbarukan. Menerapkan konsep net-zero carbon dalam desain arsitektur membawa kita menuju masa depan yang lebih kuat dan berkelanjutan dengan mengurangi respons terhadap perubahan iklim dan mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan.
