Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of marketing methods on fan loyalty towards Gigi Band. The research hypothesis was fully accepted at a probability level of 95%, indicating that marketing methods have a positive and significant effect on fan loyalty. The study also found that Gigi Band's management marketing strategy is very effective in maintaining its work and retaining its fans. The recommendations for future research include exploring additional variables that may influence fan loyalty beyond marketing methods. Additionally, the study suggests that Gigi Band should continue to hold concerts and expand its songwriting segment to increase its recognition among a wider audience. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the impact of marketing on fan loyalty in the music industry.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of competence, emotional intelligence, work environment on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency and to analyze the variables that have the most influence on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Bone. This study chose the object of research to employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone and data collection was carried out with primary data and secondary data with sampling methods using the slovin technique, namely 68 respondents from a population of 211 employees. The results of research on competency variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency variables partially have a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Data processing using multiple regression with spss version 26. This writer suggests that employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone. further improve the Kempetensi variable and emotional intelligence in order to improve employee performance. and for other researchers to continue this research so that the limitations in this study can be refined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh flexible working space,work life balance dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Balai pemasyarakatan kelas 1 Makassar dengan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung selama 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan Maret 2025 sampai dengan Mei 2025. Populasi dari penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Balai pemasyarakatan kelas 1 Makassar dengan jumlah sebanyak 121 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara melakukan penelitian langsung di lapangan, dengan memberikan kuesioner/lembar pernyataan kepada 55 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa flexible working berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Nilai Pelanggan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Brand Putri Boutique House Hijab di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data melalui Kuesioner, dan Observasi. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang di mana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel yaitu pelanggan Brand Putri Boutique House Hijab di Kota Makassar pada tahun 2024. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Versi 25.0, 2024. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Brand Putri Boutique House Hijab di Kota Makassar tahun 2024.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri keuangan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah mengalami transformasi pesat, salah satu fenomena baru yang muncul sebagai dampak perkembangan teknologi finansial atau financial technology (Fintech) sebagai hasil dari kemajuan teknologi dan informasi keuangan di industri jasa keuangan. Fintech telah memberikan inovasi baru dalam layanan keuangan, seperti pembayaran digital, pinjaman peer-to-peer, teknologi blockchain, dan kecerdasan buatan, yang mengubah cara orang berinteraksi dengan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peluang dan tantangan Transformasi Industri Keuangan melalui Perkembangan teknologi finansial (Fintech) yang terdiri dari: peraturan dan kepatuhan, keamanan data dan privasi, kepercayaan masyarakat serta persaingan dengan industri keuangan tradisional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hermina Hospital Makassar employees. In this study, the number of samples studied were 76 people from 300 people from the number of employees of Hermina Hospital Makassar. The results of this study prove that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (3) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
