Abstract

Quality of education has now become necessary for improving the quality of life of people throughout the country. Improving the quality of education will be directly proportional to the quality and level of welfare of the community, meaning that education is one way to improve the welfare and life of the community. Therefore, related to the issue of education, it is demanded that the government or the state must be present at the front in realizing the ideals of the state and nation. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques through Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the Principal's Leadership and Educational Personnel Performance influenced the Quality Improvement of Graduates at MTs Bustanul'Ulum Guppi Tebing Tinggi City. The simultaneous (overall) effect of the Principal's Leadership and Education Personnel Performance variables on improving the quality of education is 73.00%. The magnitude of the value is strong. Partially, the Principal's Leadership Variables and the Performance of Education Personnel were tested in influencing the Quality Improvement of Graduates at MTs Bustanul'Ulum Guppi Tebing Tinggi City: The results of the Principal's Leadership study affect the Quality Improvement of Graduates by 43 percent and Educational Personnel Performance of 30 percent. Other influences that are not studied or evaluated affect the quality of public services by 27 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of service quality in mediating the effect of work discipline and facilities on community satisfaction (a case study at the Tebing Tinggi Department of Population and Civil Registration). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The data collected from the results of questionnaires distributed to the people of the city of Tebing Tinggi were 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, hypothesis testing, namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are the work discipline variable (X1) that affects the service quality variable (Z), the facility variable (X2) has no effect on the service quality variable (Z), the work discipline variable (X1) has an effect on community satisfaction (Y ), the facility variable (X2) has no effect on community satisfaction (Y), the service quality variable (Z) has no effect on community satisfaction (Y) and path analysis shows service quality (Z) cannot mediate the relationship of work discipline (X1) to satisfaction community (Y), and service quality (Z) can mediate the relationship of facilities (X2) to community satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Sebagaimana dengan wilayah lain yang mengalami dampak dari pandemic Covid 19, masyarakat yang berada di kelurahan Pelita juga turut merasakan terjadinya penurunan pendapatan dari kegiatan usaha yang mereka lakukan. Terutama bagi masyarakat yang memiliki usaha mikro, banyak dari mereka yang turut merasakan bahwa selama tahub 2022 pendapatan yang mereka peroleh tidak sebesar dari pendapatan yang mereka pernah raih ditahun-tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini dapat terjadi mengingat selama pandemi banyak masyarakat yang mengurangi konsumsi atas barang dan jasa akibat permasalahan peraturan pembatasan aktivitas dan maupun akibat penurunan daya beli. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pelaku UMKM terutama dalam hal penerapan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi pandemic Covid. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pelaku UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan keahlian dalam memasarkan hasil usaha/produksi pada masa pandemi Covid. Kegiatan enyuluhan bertujuan agar para pelaku UMKM dapat mengetahui mengenai strategi pemasaran untuk UMKM melalui Platform digital dan cara menerapkannya.

Abstract

This research is about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the formation of laws and regulations and its implications for ethics and security. The method used in this research is a normative juridical legal research method. Normative research must use a statutory and regulatory approach. The data obtained is then collected through documentary study or literature study data collection techniques. Data (legal materials) obtained from library research were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of Artificial Intelligence (AI) research are used to form legislation which is considered to be an effort to develop regulations and control the law enforcement system using technological devices. The existence of AI can be utilized by various sectors, including banking, trade, health, and the law enforcement sector. The definition relating to AI in the ITE Law is potentially unable to cover the evolution of AI. Law enforcement is influenced by several factors, in the field of technology, the factors that are important are facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine The Effect Of Employee Retention And Organizational Commitment On Employee Performance With Turnover Intention As An Intervening Variable (Study on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Tebing Tinggi Branch). The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is to use instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with the t-statistic test and indirect influence test ( indirect effect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are that organizational commitment in this research does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment in this research has a significant effect on turnover intention. Employee retention in this study did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant effect on turnover intention. Turnover intention in this research has a significant influence on employee performance. Turnover intention is able to mediate or intervene in the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. Turnover intention cannot mediate the effect of employee retention on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Employee Retention, Turnover Intention, Employee Performance
