Abstract

Human respiratory system is material that related with process that happen in human. That material need higher comprehension that can be get from discussion and work together among students; therefore it is necessary to improve student activity to work together through particular strategy and student worksheet. One of active learning strategies that can improve student ability to work together is active knowledge sharing.The purpose of this research is to describe the theoretical feasibility of student worksheet which is oriented to active knowledge sharing on the human respiratory system material based on expert analysis. The research is refers to Four-D model that consists of four steps: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The result of this research showed that the theoretical feasibility of student worksheet based on expert analysis is 83, 68%. Keywords: student worksheet,active knowledge sharing, human respiratory system.

Abstract

This study specifically discusses the relationship between service quality, satisfaction and loyalty at outpatient RSUD Nganjuk. The aim of this study are : 1) To know the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the outpatients RSUD Nganjuk, 2) To know the effect of service quality to loyalty of the outpatients RSUD Nganjuk, 3) To know the effect of satisfaction to loyalty of the outpatients RSUD Nganjuk. There were 150 respondents in these research within their criteria has passing senior high school degree and more than two times taking outpatient or accompanying outopatient's at RSUD Nganjuk. The sample deciding method is purposive sampling. To gain the result as the research goal, structural equation modelling SEM were analyzed by analysis moment of structure (AMOS) and special package for statistic science (SPSS) The results shows that : 1) Service quality positive and significantly effects the satisfaction of the outpatient RSUD Nganjuk, 2) Service quality positive and significantly effects the loyalty of the outpatient RSUD Nganjuk and 3) Satisfaction positive and significantly effects the loyalty of the outpatient RSUD Nganjuk.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of investmentdecisions, dividend policy and financing decisions on the value of manufacturingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2016.Technique of data retrieval in this research use purposive sampling method andobtained 29 sample company that used in criterion of manufacturing companylisted in Bursa Efek Indonesia year 2014-2016. Source of data in this researchcomes from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The method of analysis used in thisstudy is the normality test, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test andmultiple linear analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the simultaneous test orF test it is known that the investment decision variables, dividend policy andfunding decision have a significant positive effect on the value of the company. (2)The variables of investment decision, dividend policy, and funding decisiontogether have 58.8% implication on the value of the company in manufacturingcompanies listed on BEI and 41.2% are explained by other variables not includedin the research model. (3) Partially, investment decision variable and fundingdecision have a significant positive influence to firm value while dividend policyvariable does not affect to company value.Keywords : Investment Decisions, Dividend Policy, Funding Decision, CorporateValue.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga dan anggota keluarga terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Publik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 555 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), sampel yang digunakan hanya 100 orang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan penelitian yang dilakukan hanya satu tahun yaitu pada periode tahun 2017. Data perusahaan dilihat dari laporan tahunan perusahaan (Annual Report) yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) di Uji dengan menggunakan program EVIEWS versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan keluarga dan anggota keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan. Semakin banyak proporsi saham yang dimiliki keluarga dan semakin banyak jumlah anggota keluarga yang bertugas dalam kepengurusan perusahaan, maka semakin tinggi pula dividen yang dibagikan. Karena untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendapatan sekaligus membangun reputasi pemegang saham minoritas.

Abstract

The massive spread of hoax news online, particularly on the topic of natural disasters, has become a significant problem causing public unrest and anxiety. This research aims to design and build a system capable of automatically detecting hoax news to help improve digital literacy. The methodology involved collecting news data from online portals using web scraping techniques, followed by data preprocessing which included case folding, tokenization, stopwords removal, and stemming. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method was used for feature representation. A classification model was built using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm and subsequently implemented as a functional web application using the Django framework. The model's performance evaluation demonstrated excellent results, achieving an Accuracy of 97.26%, with balanced Precision, Recall, and F1-Score values of 0.97 for both hoax and valid classes. This study concludes that the Naïve Bayes-based hoax detection system, implemented as a web application, is an effective and viable solution for assisting users in the initial verification of online news.

Abstract

Abstract: Quality educational institution is an institution that continues to improve the quality of its education. This education must be carried out from an early age, because from an early age students' creativity must be developed. The purpose of this research is to study the analysis of integrated quality management in TK Al Huda using Total Quality Management (TQM). The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was by giving a questionnaire to the director of TK Al Huda. The results of this study researchers analyzed how the integrated quality management process works together with TQM to understand how Al Huda Kindergarten tries to apply the principles of customer satisfaction, what special programs are offered by Al Huda Kindergarten as a form of optimal and superior service Accreditation as a form of Institutional Improvement Principles Continuous Improvement at TK Al Huda shows that the application of integrated quality management in early childhood education institutions is very necessary to support continuous improvement. Abstrak: Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu adalah lembaga yang terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya. Pendidikan ini harus dilaksanakan sejak dini, karena sejak dini kreativitas siswa harus dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari analisis manajemen mutu terpadu di TK Al Huda dengan menggunakan Total Quality Management (TQM). Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada direktur TK Al Huda. Hasil penelitian ini peneliti menganalisis bagaimana proses manajemen mutu terpadu bekerja sama dengan TQM untuk memahami bagaimana TK Al Huda berusaha menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepuasan pelanggan, program khusus apa yang ditawarkan oleh TK Al Huda sebagai wujud Akreditasi pelayanan yang optimal dan unggul sebagai bentuk Peningkatan Kelembagaan Prinsip Perbaikan Berkelanjutan di TK Al Huda menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan.
