Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Net Interest Margin on profitability as measured by ROA. The study was conducted at banks owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia or known as Bank BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) which consists of four banks, namely Bank Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). The method of the research was quantitative research, analysis secondary data. It was conducted from the financial reporting Bank BUMN period from 2011 to 2022. By multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that CAR has a significant negative effect, NPL has a significant negative effect, LDR has a significant positive effect, and NIM has a significant positive effect on profitability. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows that the model is able to explain 84.90% of the variation in the four dependent variables.

Abstract

Pendampingan pada mitra sebagai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada skema hibah Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) dengan topik Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam aspek pemasaran yaitu penjualan hasil panen dengan mengirimkan ke pengepul atau menjual ke pasar tradisional. Mitra adalah kelompok tani Trah Tiram Mandiri di kecamatan Parungkuda. Tujuan PKM adalah pendampingan pengembangan usaha jamur tiram dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi komunikasi dalam strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan pendampingan dalam aspek pemasaran produk dilakukan melalui kegiatan workshop dengan menghadirkan narasumber yang ahli dalam bidang pemasaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu sosialisasi program kegiatan PKM, pendampingan melalui kegiatan workshop, kegiatan evaluasi melalui tanya jawab, diskusi  dan pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen selama pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM. Pendampingan yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan workshop dapat menambah pengetahuan dan membuka wawasan mitra mengenai penggunaan TIK dalam pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan PKM bahwa mitra mempunyai keinginan untuk mencoba menerapkan penggunaan TIK dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sehingga dapat memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk dan dapat meningkatkan daya saing yang berkelanjutan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan kelompok tani jamur tiram.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Wisma Seratus Sejahtera. (2) Determine and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Wisma Seratus Sejahtera. (3) Determine and analyze the influence of motivation and career development on employee performance at PT. Wisma Seratus Sejahtera. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative research type, which tests the relationship between independent variables (motivation and career development) and dependent variables (employee performance). Based on this study, it is concluded that motivation has a positive influence on employee performance at PT. Wisma Seratus Sejahtera, but the influence is not significant. This means that although motivation can drive performance, other factors may be more dominant in determining employee work results. On the other hand, career development has been shown to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The better the company provides career development opportunities, the higher the performance achieved by employees. In addition, motivation and career development together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These two factors support each other in encouraging employees to achieve better performance. Overall, career development has a greater influence in improving employee performance compared to motivation alone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna di bank syariah, serta merumuskan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penerapannya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan delapan informan kunci yang terdiri dari manajer area, customer service, marketing lending, dosen atau praktisi syariah, appraisal bank syariah, asisten manajer syariah, dan nasabah bank syariah, serta melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama dalam penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna mencakup masalah regulasi, kurangnya literasi masyarakat, dan tantangan operasional terkait infrastruktur dan pengembangan produk. Rekomendasi strategis yang dihasilkan mencakup peningkatan edukasi dan literasi masyarakat, pengembangan produk yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, serta peningkatan kolaborasi antara bank syariah dan regulator. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna dapat memperkuat daya saing bank syariah di pasar dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the efficiency level of Islamic banking in Indonesia using an intermediation approach and to analyse bank profitability between Islamic commercial banks from 2015 to 2019. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study found that in the 2015–2019 period, Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia (BRIS, BNIS dan BSM, Bank Muamalat dan Maybank Syariah) in general have not reached a high level of efficiency and there are inefficiencies in the use of inputs and outputs. Third-party funds and labour’s costs affect the financing output. Among those five Islamic commercial banks, the bank obtaining the highest efficiency level, close to 100 points, is BSM, followed by BNIS, then BRIS, BMI, and Maybank. The result of profitability analysis is that the variables NPF, FDR, and inflation simultaneously did not significantly affect the ROA variable.Keywords: efficiency level, profitability, DEA, Islamic commercial bank

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kota Tangerang Selatan. Variabel indepen yang digunakan adalah Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi sementar variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Kinerja Pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara menyebar kuesioner kepada 55 responden yang berada di Dinas Sosial Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel 4.424 > 2.006 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel 3.596 > 2.006 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership dynamics of blind individuals within the Muslim Blind Association of Indonesia (ITMI) South Jakarta using an interpretative case study approach. The research focuses on the implementation of the organization’s statutes (ADART) in leadership processes, the role of members in leadership selection, and the strategic contribution of the Regional Syuro Council as a guardian of organizational values and direction. The findings indicate that although ADART provides a strong normative framework, member comprehension of its content and principles remains limited. Member participation is also varied, influenced by access to information, personal networks, and a lack of systematic cadre education. The Syuro Council plays a significant role in candidate verification and strategic recommendation, albeit consultative in nature. The study concludes that leadership dynamics within ITMI South Jakarta result from interactions between formal structures, Islamic values, and the collective culture of the blind community. Strengthening organizational literacy, reforming participation mechanisms, and adapting to technological advancements are necessary to enhance inclusive and democratic organizational governance. Keywords: Blind Leadership, Organizational Statutes, Member Participation, Syuro Council, Disability Organization

Abstract

The study focuses on strategic leadership in developing human resource capacity at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Cempaka Putih. Hospitals as complex organizations require competent human resources to be able to compete in this competitive era. The study was analyzed using an interpretive qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with two informants who are the top leaders of the hospital, namely the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Finance at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Cempaka Putih. The results of the study indicate that the hospital's strategic leadership towards human resource development is in the form of leadership commitment in human resource development starting from the selective recruitment process with established measuring tools and the process of developing existing human resource capacity. Leaders also motivate all employees from the managerial level to the staff in various meetings. Finally, leaders provide appreciation to employees in both cash and non-cash forms in the form of training and education.Keywords : strategic leadership, hospital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) in Serpong District. Organizational commitment is an important factor in determining the success of an organization, including in reducing employee turnover rates. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 66 Alfamart employees selected using non-probability saturated sampling. The results of the analysis indicate that work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, with a calculated t value (1.974) smaller than the t table (1.998) and a significance value of 0.053 greater than 0.05. Conversely, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, with a calculated t value (3.182) greater than the t table (1.998) and a significance value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05. These findings indicate that although work motivation does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a strong positive effect. This study is expected to provide insight for companies to improve organizational commitment through increasing employee job satisfaction
