Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction through work involvement. This research uses a quantitative approach, the sample was selected using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The sample used was 100 insurance employees. Structural Equation Modeling is used to process data that has been collected using the help of the SmartPLS application. The research results show that: (1) Self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (2) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement; (3) Work engagement has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The level of work engagement among PT Asuransi employees can be said to be good in increasing the job satisfaction of each employee; (4) work involvement mediates the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy for each person in the organization

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UMKM di Bojongsari Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory research yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antar faktor. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah UMKM Samama di Bojongsari Depok . Kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form sebanyak 138 responden, namun kuesioner yang Kembali sebanyak 49. Untuk mengukur kelayakan data melalui aplikasi SPSS . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing baik secara partial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Bojongsari Depok. Variabel knowledge implementing , knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap faktor kinerja UMKM sebesar 80,6% sedangkan sisanya 19,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna di bank syariah, serta merumuskan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penerapannya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan delapan informan kunci yang terdiri dari manajer area, customer service, marketing lending, dosen atau praktisi syariah, appraisal bank syariah, asisten manajer syariah, dan nasabah bank syariah, serta melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama dalam penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna mencakup masalah regulasi, kurangnya literasi masyarakat, dan tantangan operasional terkait infrastruktur dan pengembangan produk. Rekomendasi strategis yang dihasilkan mencakup peningkatan edukasi dan literasi masyarakat, pengembangan produk yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, serta peningkatan kolaborasi antara bank syariah dan regulator. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi penerapan akad Salam dan Istisna dapat memperkuat daya saing bank syariah di pasar dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, organizations are challenged to maintain high-performing teams amid rapid technological change and organizational transformation. Human capital and adaptive leadership are believed to be key factors in ensuring team effectiveness, yet few studies have examined their combined impact. This study aims to investigate the influence of human capital and adaptive leadership on team performance within Indonesian organizations undergoing digital transformation. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 102 employees working in team-based structures across private companies in Jakarta. A purposive sampling technique was used to select respondents who had worked in a team for at least six months. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire with Likert-scale items, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that both human capital comprising knowledge, skills, experience, and creativity and adaptive leadership characterized by flexibility, empowerment, change management, and adaptive communication have a positive and significant influence on team performance. Furthermore, the interaction between these two variables fosters greater synergy, collaboration, and innovation within teams. These findings suggest that investments in employee competencies and the application of adaptive leadership styles are essential strategies for enhancing organizational agility and team effectiveness in dynamic environments. The study contributes to the literature on strategic human resource management and offers practical implications for leadership development in digitally evolving organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on employee performance at BBPPMPV Business and Tourism. The research sample consisted of 65 employees taken through a random sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire covering variables of work environment, motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the variables of work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has an influence of 47.8%, while work motivation has an influence of 59.0%. The results of the determination coefficient test show that both variables together affect employee performance by 78.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that a conducive work environment and high motivation can improve employee performance at BBPPMPV Business and Tourism. This study provides implications that companies need to pay attention to both factors to improve employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Infinit Teknika Industri. The independent variables used are Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 45 employees of PT. Infinit Teknika Industri. The research method used is quantitative which is associative using primary data. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 2.242 1.681 and a significant value of 0.03 1.681 and a significant value of 0.00 3.220) and a significant value of 0.00 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction. The independent variables used are Work Motivation and Work Discipline, while the dependent variable is Employee Satisfaction. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents of PT. Bersama Kita Bersama. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative using primary data. Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah sebuah aktivitas mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain dan mengarahkannya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Dalam memimpin sebuah organisasi, kredibilitas pemimpin menjadi sangat penting. Kredibilitas pemimpin menjadi tolak ukur kualitas pemimpin yang dapat dipercaya. Dalam hal ini, seorang pemimpin perlu membangun kredibilitas dalam dirinya dengan bersikap jujur dan bertanggung jawab untuk membangun kepercayaan dari anggota. Dengan memiliki kredibilitas yang tinngi, kepemimpinan menjadi lebih efektif. Namun bukan hanya kredibilitas, sikap mental pemimpin juga ikut mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja yang luar biasa dari anggota dalam mencapai hasil yang terbaik. Maka dari itu seorang pemimpin harus memiliki beberapa karakter seperti semangat belajar yang tinggi, selalu memperbaiki diri, dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan yang terjadi.
