Abstract

This research discusses the ongoing challenges in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at STAI Haji Agus Salim, specifically the mismatch between lecturers' teaching styles, limited facilities, and student characteristics. This research emphasizes the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) as a strategic tool for improving the quality of education and learning management. Using a qualitative design through phenomenological analysis involving interviews, observations, and document review, the research findings indicate that IoT can support adaptive learning, real-time assessment, and managerial effectiveness. This integration aligns with Vygotsky's constructivist scaffolding theory and the TPACK framework in supporting teachers' digital literacy. However, there are still challenges related to technological competence, protection of student data, and resistance to organizational culture change. This research concludes that IoT has the potential to drive the creation of an adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable smart campus ecosystem, and that a phased implementation in a curriculum tracking system with TPACK-based training can be considered.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 are reshaping vocational education by demanding graduates who are not only technically competent but also able to think critically and creatively, collaborate and communicate (4C), use technology responsibly, and demonstrate strong character. This study analyzes an innovative, value-based learning design at SMK Al-Amin Cikarang Utara that integrates 4C skills, higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), the TPACK framework, and Pancasila Student Profile values. Using a qualitative descriptive case study, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the vice principal and three productive teachers, classroom observations of project-based learning, and analysis of KOSP documents and teaching modules/lesson plans, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that teachers embed these pillars in initial diagnostic assessments, Project-Based Learning, the use of digital media, and authentic assessments of products, processes, and reflections. The design positions teachers as learning experience designers who bridge the transfer of knowledge and values, supporting the development of competent, independent, and characterful vocational graduates. This study was limited to one educational unit, so the findings cannot be generalized widely and suggest opportunities for comparative research across diverse vocational school contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi Integrasi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), dan nilai karakter Pancasila dalam desain pembelajaran di SMK Al-Amin Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, Indonesia . Menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen Modul Ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) efektif sebagai integrator pilar abad ke-21 melalui penggunaan simulator Cisco Packet Tracer yang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif level C4-C6 sekaligus internalisasi nilai mandiri dan gotong royong. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada mekanisme penilaian autentik yang menggabungkan aspek produk teknis, proses kolaboratif, dan refleksi metakognitif secara simultan. Lulusan yang dihasilkan tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral yang terukur.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) requires learning systems that go beyond structural reform by fostering a sustainable culture of collective learning and knowledge creation. Purpose: This study aims to analyze how the transformation of Learning Organization systems, integrated with the SECI knowledge creation model, enhances institutional performance and sustainable innovation in Islamic private universities. Method: A qualitative approach with a multiple case study design was employed at Universitas Pelita Bangsa and Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and analyzed inductively using a phenomenological approach based on thematic cross-case analysis model. Data validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. Results: The findings reveal that Learning Organization disciplines personal mastery, shared vision, team learning, mental models, and systems thinking have been partially implemented within academic and managerial practices. Their effectiveness is significantly strengthened when integrated with the SECI model, which operationalizes knowledge creation through socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. This integration forms an integrative SECI–Learning Organization (SECI–LO) model that generates a continuous learning spiral supporting adaptability, innovation, and performance improvement. Conclusion: The study contributes theoretically by offering an integrative SECI–LO framework for Islamic higher education and provides practical guidance for institutionalizing learning and innovation through quality assurance systems, transformational leadership, and digital knowledge infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital dalam perspektif manajemen pendidikan Islam pada jenjang pendidikan menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital telah meningkatkan efisiensi administratif dan transparansi penilaian melalui penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) dan platform daring. Namun demikian, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam sistem evaluasi belum terstruktur secara sistematis dan masih berorientasi pada aspek kognitif. Selain itu, umpan balik reflektif yang mendukung assessment for learning belum optimal. Tantangan implementasi meliputi kompetensi digital guru yang belum merata serta belum adanya kebijakan standar evaluasi digital berbasis nilai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan evaluasi pembelajaran digital dalam konteks pendidikan Islam memerlukan sinergi antara kesiapan teknologi, kompetensi pedagogis digital, dan integrasi nilai dalam sistem penilaian. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model evaluasi digital berbasis nilai dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam.
