Abstract

This research aims to analyse the implementation of the Profile Strengthening Project Pancasila Students (P5) as an effort to strengthen the character of students includes design; management; processing assessments and reporting results; evaluate and act carry on. Study This use method qualitative descriptive in School State Policy 241 City of Palembang year 2023. Technique data collection in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysed with interactive techniques including data collection, data condensation, presentation data, and conclusions/verification. The research results show that 1) design P5 consists from form team, identify readiness school, determine dimensions character Profile Student Pancasila Which want to strengthened, determine theme, plan time, channel, assessment, And make module; 2) management P5 includes provocation and contextualization, P5 action, and celebration of learning outcomes; 3) Processing assessment and reporting P5 results includes collecting and processing results assessment and preparation of project reports; 4) evaluation and follow-up P5 in the form of strengthening character and continuing good habits with the Mari program In action. Through P5 actions, we can strengthen the character dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile to students, especially those who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, work together, be independent, have global diversity, think critically and creative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamandau dalam menerapkan Penerimaan transaksi non tunai dalam penerimaan pajak dan retribusi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis pengelolaan penerimaan pendapatan pajak dan retribusi daerah melalui transaksi non tunai pada BPKPD Kabupaten Lamandau dengan pertimbangan bahwa walaupun penerimaan pajak daerah pada BPKPD Kabupaten Lamandau sudah menerapkan sistem transaksi non tunai secara keseluruhan namun pada penerapannya belum terlaksana secara optimal. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan Penerimaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah dengan sistem transaksi non tunai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kabupaten Lamandau. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pengelolaan Penerimaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah yang didasarkan pada 5 (lima) prinsip utama dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah menurut Chabib dan Heru (2010:10). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dengan sistem transaksi non tunai pada BPKPD Kabupaten Lamandau seluruh aliran dananya dapat ditelusuri, pencatatan transaksi sudah secara langsung dan adanya bukti pertanggungjawaban yang lengkap yang mana dapat mewujudkan tertib administrasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Dengan menggunakan transaksi non tunai, setiap transaksi terekam dalam bukti transaksi perbankan sehingga setiap penerimaan pajak daerah dapat diketahui secara real time oleh BPKPD Kabupaten Lamandau. Sehingga pelaksanaan transaksi non tunai berdampak pada Peningkatan pelayanan publik pada bidang pajak daerah dari tahun 2020 – 2023.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting dalam proses pendidikan, khususnya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian materi kepada siswa. Workshop pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Filmora dan Canva dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Binaul Insan, Kota Jambi, dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan Filmora untuk editing video serta Canva untuk desain grafis. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan tersebut efektif dalam membekali guru dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Hedonism is a life style that becomes one of the idea depict in literature. Literature performed a picture of life and reality in social. The aims of this research is to describe the types of hedonism reflected toward main character in The Lorax movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda, the factors that caused hedonism on main character portrayed in The Lorax movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda, the effects of hedonism reflected toward main character in The Lorax movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda. This research uses Weijers (2012) theory. This research employs descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research was in The Lorax movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda. The data were collected by documentation technique Then, the data were analyzed by Hedonism theory and qualitative research.The findings of research show that; First, there are two types of hedonism reflected toward main character in the Lorax movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda, value hedonism and hedonistic egoism. Second, there are two factors that caused hedonism on main character portrayed in The Lorax Movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda, Individual’s Personality and Family. Third, there two effects of hedonism reflected toward main character in the Lorax Movie by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda is Pleasure and Depression

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Bipolar Disorder of Marco and Carla in Touched with Fire Movie by Paul Dalio. The purpose of this research are (1) To find out the types of Bipolar Disorder experienced by Marco and Carla in the Touched with Fire film (2) To find out the causes of Bipolar Disorder that happened in the Touched with fire film. This research uses psychological approach by Endraswara about Bipolar Disorder, theory of types of Bipolar Disorder by Boulvard Wilson and the cause of Bipolar Disorder by Michael Wilson Passer and Smith Ronald. The method used in analyzing the problem in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are that Marco and Carla experienced some degree of mania and also some symptoms of depression, and also mixed episode. The causes of Bipolar Disorder in the film are psychological factors and environmental factors. Marco and Carla experience periods of unusually intense emotion, changes in sleep patterns and activity levels and characteristic behavior without recognizing their likely harmful or undesirable effects.

Abstract

This research is focused on social criticism in Eye of the Storm Album by One Ok Rock. The purpose of this research is to know the problems of social criticism in “Eye of the Storm” Album by One Ok Rock and the forms of of social criticism in “Eye of the Storm” Album by One Ok Rock . This research method is a qualitative method and the technique of the research is descriptive analysis to analyze the data with theory that related to the problem of the writer’s research. The data are collected from lyrics in the songs. The finding shows that there are three problems of social criticism which are social criticism in youth of modern society problem contained in the song lyrics with the title Stand Out Fit In, Giants, and Head High, social criticism in environment problem contained in the song lyrics with the title Stand Out Fit In, Change, Head High, and Giants. Then social criticism in bureaucracy problem contained in the song lyric with the title Push Back. While, there are three forms of social criticism which are unadorned criticism, symbol criticism, and cynical criticism.

Abstract

This study analyze the struggle of a Person with Tourette syndrome for being a teacher in “Front of The Class” movie by Peter Werner. The aims of this research are to identify the characteristics of a Person with Tourette syndrome and the kinds of struggle used by a Person with Tourette syndrome as seen in ―Front of The Class‖ movie by Peter Werner. This research also used James Leckman et al, American Psychiatric Association and Stephen Harrison theory to find the result of the research. Researcher used descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this study is “Front of The Class” Movie by Peter Werner. In the data collection, the researcher used documentation technique. Then, the data were analyzed used descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, the researcher found three of physical characteristics represented of a Person with Tourette syndrome by Brad Cohen, there are the presence of tics, tics appear between 5 or 6 years of age, and repeated tics for at least one year. The researcher also found two of the mental characteristic represented by Brad Cohen, there are hard to concentrate, demonstrate disruptive behavior (impolite) and difficulty in interpersonal relationships. Then, the researcher found two kinds of struggle used by Brad Cohen, internal struggle and external struggle. Internal struggle are Brad holding tics to study, Brad tries to convince recruiter and register to be a teacher in various school. External struggle are struggle from Brad‘s family and struggle from Brad's principal (Mr. Myer).

Abstract

Gender inequality occurs through many things, including being formed, socialized, strengthened, even socially or culturally constructed, through the teachings of religion and the state. This study attempts to investigate the kinds of gender constructions pursued in the Mulan movie, to find out gender construction’s impacts on the character in the Mulan movie and to describe the Mulan efforts to fight for the inequalities in the Mulan movie by Niki Caro. This research uses Alice Eagly’s theory and this research uses descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is in the Mulan movie by Niki Caro. The data are collected by documentation technique. Then, the data were analyzed by applying Gender construction theory and qualitative research. The research finding show; first, there are two kinds of gender constructions pursued in the Mulan movie; society and gender roles and gender at home. Second, there are two Gender construction’s impacts on the character in the Mulan movie by Niki Caro, they are dependency of decision making and psychological pressures. The last, there are two Mulan’s efforts to fight for the inequalities in the Mulan movie by Niki Caro, they are having bravery to take men’s duties and expressing rational opinions
