Abstract

As can be seen at this time, a pandemic emerged in 2019, which caused life to not run properly, even though the pandemic has passed, the shadows of the pandemic are still felt today, as well as in the field of education. In the end, the impact that occurs is the difficulty of students in understanding learning, because of their limitations in using media. The purpose of this study is to determine the role and challenges of Islamic religious education after the covid 19 pandemic. Researchers use quantitative methods using survey models and in-depth interviews. The survey used in this research is online-based using the WhatsApp and Google Form applications. This research results in the formation of Islamic religious values in students, where students can know the importance of learning Islamic religious education in everyday life. Researchers can conclude that the role and challenges faced by an educator after covid 19 are enormous. The limitations of this study, researchers are only able to instill religious values in students for everyday life. Researchers hope that further research will not only focus on religious education, but can instill other values.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of developing digital learning content in the context of Society 5.0, where technology and human collaboration are key to creating an inclusive and sustainable society. The student highlights the challenges educational institutions face in adapting traditional learning methods to digital formats and the need to design content that engages students and responds to their needs. Based on the Islamic perspective, education is considered a task that must be carried out with spiritual awareness, so the development of digital content must include moral and ethical values. This article suggests strategies such as student needs analysis, use of interactive technologies such as augmented reality and gamification, and project-based approaches to increase student engagement. This article also highlights the importance of educator training and collaboration between stakeholders to overcome resistance to change and improve technology infrastructure. By implementing these strategies, educational institutions have the potential to create more effective and engaging learning experiences in the digital era.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas pentingnya mengembangkan konten pembelajaran digital dalam konteks Masyarakat 5.0, di mana kolaborasi teknologi dan manusia merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Para siswa menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan dalam mengadaptasi metode pembelajaran tradisional ke format digital dan kebutuhan untuk merancang konten yang melibatkan siswa dan menanggapi kebutuhan mereka. Berdasarkan perspektif Islam, pendidikan dianggap sebagai tugas yang harus dilakukan dengan kesadaran spiritual, sehingga pengembangan konten digital harus menyertakan nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Artikel ini menyarankan strategi seperti analisis kebutuhan siswa, penggunaan teknologi interaktif seperti augmented reality dan gamifikasi, dan pendekatan berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan pendidik dan kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan untuk mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan dan meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, institusi pendidikan memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif dan menarik di era digital.

Abstract

The philanthropic movement in Indonesia has undergone significant changes with the emergence of organisations such as Sedekah Rombongan (SR), which utilises digital technology and religious values in its operations. SR was born from grassroots initiatives and developed into an organisation with significant impact. This study aims to analyse the role of SR in empowering marginalised communities, with a focus on the operational model that integrates survey, benefit, and assistance. A descriptive qualitative method was used to explore the experiences and views of volunteers and beneficiaries. Data was collected through direct interviews with SR administrators and beneficiaries who have participated in the program for more than three months. The research also observed how SR uses social media to raise funds and build awareness about philanthropy. The results show that the SR model not only provides material assistance but also mentors beneficiaries on an ongoing basis. A rigorous survey process ensures aid is channelled to those truly in need, while transparency and accountability build trust between donors and beneficiaries. In addition, mentoring has a significant positive impact on beneficiaries, creating sustainable social change. Despite its many successes, SR faces challenges in terms of resource management and limited access in remote areas. This research identified the need to improve monitoring and evaluation systems and strengthen training for volunteers to ensure quality service delivery. SR needs to continue innovating in the management and distribution of aid to maintain the program's sustainability. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that SR increase collaboration with the government and other organisations to expand the program's reach and strengthen policy advocacy. This will result in greater impact in community empowerment. The utilisation of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI) can also improve the efficiency and transparency of SR operations. With a collaborative approach involving all stakeholders, SR can continue to function as an adaptive and sustainable philanthropy model. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the practice of community-based philanthropy in Indonesia. SR can be a role model for other philanthropic organisations.

Abstract

Abstract

Implementing the concept of learning organization in private universities is a big problem. This article highlights potential barriers to transforming private colleges into responsive, innovative, and learning-oriented organizations. These barriers include a strict corporate culture, insufficient resources, lack of leadership support, vague goals, and difficulty managing change. However, the article also provides ways to overcome these challenges, such as developing a learning culture, wise resource allocation, dedicated leadership, explicit goal setting, and effective change management. By implementing these solutions, private universities can become dynamic and relevant educational institutions, ready to meet the changing demands of the education sector. This article demonstrates the important function of a learning organization in improving the quality of higher education and preparing students for a competitive future. The purpose of this study is to examine the barriers to the implementation of learning organization and describe the solutions to these barriers. Descriptive qualitative and case study methodology through data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis to find out more about the implementation of a learning organization and its impact on the performance of private universities.The findings of this study are intended to show the importance of developing a learning organization in a higher education environment as well as dealing with barriers to implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Nurul Bayan dalam program Tahsinul Qur'an dan mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang mendorong dan menghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan masalah secara menyeluruh dan menyajikan jawabannya. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari sumber primer dan sekunder dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan Hasil temuan penelitian program ini bertujuan untuk membentuk hafidz/hafidza yang dapat menguasai tajwid Al-Qur'an dengan standar isnad sebagaimana diturunkan kepada Rasulullah. SAW, dengan ketelitian dalam makhorijul huruf, ciri-ciri huruf, dan penerapan hukum tajwid. Teknik Nurul Bayan didukung oleh dua buku pegangan, Fathurrohman dan Matan Tuhfatul Athfal. Buku mutaba'ah yang mencatat keberhasilan mahasiswa berupa pertambahan bab dan peningkatan juz di tengah atau akhir semester dapat digunakan untuk menelusuri proses evaluasi siswa dalam mempertahankan memori dan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi guru tahfidz dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam membantu siswa menghafal Al-Quran di SD Islam Terpadu El-wafa Kedungwaringin Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Guru Tahfidz dan siswa SDIT El-wafa menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil survei, upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal siswa adalah sebagai berikut: 1) memotivasi siswa, memuji siswa bila berhasil menghafal Al-Qur'an dengan baik, 2) memberikan pekerjaan rumah dan hukuman. kepada siswa. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan guru yang memperhatikan tujuan sekolah, menghukum siswa jika tidak menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumahnya, dan membimbing siswa untuk menjaga muraja'ah. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal siswa adalah sebagai berikut: 1) adanya siswa yang belum mampu membaca Al-Quran dengan baik, 2) keseharian guru yang dapat menghambat konsentrasi dalam mengajar, 3) kemalasan siswa ketika penghafal Al-Quran, dan 4) siswa dengan kecerdasan yang berbeda-beda. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari kompetensi kepribadian guru pendidikan agama Islam terhadap perkembangan moral siswa, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat kemampuan tersebut di SDIT Daarussalam Cibitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang kejadian yang diamati. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah beberapa pendekatan pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian seorang guru mencakup beberapa indikator utama yang perlu dikuasai. Penanda nya termasuk memiliki kepribadian yang konsisten dan stabil yang mematuhi norma-norma hukum dan masyarakat, bangga dengan pekerjaannya sebagai pendidik, dan secara konsisten bertindak sesuai dengan norma-norma. Selain itu, kepribadian yang dewasa tercermin dari kemandirian yang ditunjukkan dalam perilaku profesional dan komitmen terhadap etos kerja yang kuat. Kepribadian yang bijaksana ditandai dengan tindakan yang membantu siswa, sekolah, dan masyarakat, serta keterbukaan dalam berpikir dan berperilaku. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat perkembangan moral secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, kesadaran orang tua, dan lembaga pendidikan
