Abstract

The low spiritual intelligence of students causes excessive fanaticism, weak faith, loss of soul control and is prone to deviate from religious understanding and values in general. With the implementation of religious programs outside of learning to strengthen the spirituality of the students who participate in these activities. This research will examine the technicalities of implementing extracurricular Islamic spiritual guidance, what are the aspects that hinder and support Islamic spiritual guidance activities, and whether Islamic spiritual guidance activities will increase the religious awareness of students in Batch 2024. This was done to examine its impact on improvement. This study used descriptive qualitative research conducted over several months from April 6, 2023 to January 14, 2024 at SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The subjects of this research were the Islamic Spirituality trainers of SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The research informants are the person in charge and the Islamic Spirituality Advisor as well as the Islamic Spirituality Members. The techniques used in this research are observing Islamic spiritual activities directly, processing participant data, and interviewing. Verification of the truth of the research material is based on data triangulation. The method of elaboration uses the method of analyzing various data sources.The stages then carried out are detailed discussion of data, presentation of materials, and drawing out the final results.The results of this research have a very big influence on the world of education. Extracurricular Islamic Spirituality (Kerohanian Islam) is carried out regularly every Saturday.The mentoring process usually takes place through the provision of educational materials using learning media and applications.We use three approaches when conducting extracurricular teaching activities in Kerohanian Islam: exploring the potential of members, a personal approach, and an ideal role model approach. Assessment in Islamic Spirituality activities includes exams recorded on the questions given, communication techniques, and internships. The inhibiting aspects are the short management period and the duration of Islamic Spirituality activities which are the same as other extracurricular activities. In the early stages of Islamic Spirituality mentoring, many of the Islamic Spirituality mentoring participants were XI students. Classes whose mental abilities and intelligence are low, are not mentally ready to become administrators. While the aspects that strengthen it include the facilities provided by the school, the financing of Islamic Spiritual activities, and the school's support for Islamic Spiritual activities. Through the implementation of Islamic Spirituality extracurricular guidance, students are able to develop their spiritual intelligence through tangible traits: a sense of closeness to Allah, determination, tawadu, honesty and patience.

Abstract

Drought, intensified by climate change, poses a significant threat, especially to agricultural regions, necessitating effective monitoring and adaptation strategies (Netshimbupfe et al., 2022; Raksapatcharawong, 2019). This paper explores the integration of satellite imagery, weather data, and Geographic Information Systems to improve drought monitoring accuracy and effectiveness. By combining diverse data sources, a comprehensive approach to drought assessment can be created, facilitating timely interventions and mitigation planning (Łągiewska & Bartold, 2025). The study reviews existing methodologies, examines the potential of advanced remote sensing techniques, and emphasizes the role of GIS in spatial analysis and visualization of drought-related information. The focus is on developing a robust framework that can provide detailed insights into drought conditions, supporting sustainable water resource management and agricultural resilience.

Abstract

Vocational education plays a strategic role in developing excellent and competitive human resources (HR) amidst the dynamics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and Society 5.0. However, challenges such as the mismatch between graduates' competencies and industry needs, the limited involvement of industry in curriculum development, and weak institutional synergy remain major obstacles. This study aims to examine the ideal form of integration between vocational education and the industrial sector, the role of public policy in supporting this integration, and its contribution to the creation of competent and adaptive human resources. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through literature review and policy analysis. The findings indicate that effective integration can be achieved through five key approaches: co-design, co-teaching, co-training, co-assessment, and co-recruitment. Public policy plays a crucial role as both facilitator and regulator in establishing a collaborative and labor market-oriented vocational–industry ecosystem. The implementation of policies such as Presidential Regulation No. 68/2022, the Center of Excellence Vocational High School (SMK PK) program, and the Pre-Employment Card (Kartu Prakerja) initiative has shown positive impacts on improving graduate quality and workforce absorption. This integration also contributes to enhanced employability, digital literacy, innovative capabilities, and global work readiness. The study concludes that strengthening vocational–industry integration, supported by adaptive and sustainable public policies, is key to building excellent, productive, and globally competitive human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perencanaan kontingensi merupakan strategi penting untuk mengantisipasi risiko yang muncul akibat kondisi darurat atau force majeure, seperti bencana alam, pandemi, atau gangguan teknologi. Dalam konteks ini, teknologi informasi berperan krusial dalam meminimalkan dampak risiko dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengumpulan, analisis, dan distribusi data dalam waktu nyata. Tujuan utama dari perencanaan kontingensi adalah memastikan bahwa organisasi siap menghadapi situasi darurat dengan strategi yang terkoordinasi, serta dapat mengelola sumber daya secara efektif untuk meminimalkan kerugian. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, seperti perangkat lunak manajemen risiko dan sistem komunikasi darurat, memungkinkan organisasi untuk merespons dengan cepat dan tepat dalam situasi krisis. Namun, penerapan teknologi dalam perencanaan kontingensi juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan studi yang mendalam untuk mengeksplorasi potensi teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan perencanaan kontingensi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur mengenai perencanaan kontingensi berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai mitigasi risiko dalam menghadapi kondisi darurat, serta bagaimana penerapan teknologi dapat mengatasi kendala dalam perencanaan tersebut. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif, artikel ini berharap dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan respons terhadap risiko force majeure.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has significantly transformed the structure of the labor market, demanding a workforce equipped with advanced technical and digital skills. Vocational education plays a strategic role in preparing human resources to meet these challenges. However, suburban areas in Indonesia still face various obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, limited access to technology, and vocational curricula that are often misaligned with local industry needs. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which vocational education in suburban regions addresses the demands of Industry 4.0 and to formulate contextual and inclusive policy approaches. Using a qualitative methodology and literature review, this research finds that revitalizing vocational education in suburban areas requires curriculum reform aligned with local industry needs, enhanced teacher competencies, integration of digital learning technologies, and strengthened partnerships with industry. The study provides policy recommendations based on local needs, positioning vocational education as a driver of local economic development and a key contributor to preparing a future-ready workforce in the digital era.

Abstract

The implementation of village government archive management policies is the backbone of good governance at the local level. This article aims to analyze the implementation of archive management policies in the Cikeruh Village Government in support of the National Movement for Awareness of Archive Order (GNSTA). GNSTA encourages institutional awareness, including village governments, to create orderly policies, organizational order, human resource (HR) order, infrastructure order, and archive management order. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to review village archive policies, particularly in terms of the implementation of Official Document Arrangements (TND), Archive Classification (KA), Dynamic Archive Security and Access Classification System (SKKAD), and Archive Retention Schedule (JRA). The results of the study indicate that Cikeruh Village needs to strengthen the legitimacy of internal policies through Village Head Regulations (Perkades) and increase human resource capacity so that archive management can function as an accountability tool and facilitate public services. The implementation of the state archives management policy at the Cikeruh Village government level, Sumedang Regency, demonstrates important points that can increase village officials' awareness of state archives' continuing secondary value as a collective memory of the nation that is worthy of being preserved. This is supported by aspects of increasing the capacity of Archival Human Resources with the importance of collaboration for the sustainability of village administration and by aspects of the implementation of the Village Government Archives Management Application to accelerate excellent public services, as the 18th Village SDGs activity. Implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan arsip pemerintahan desa merupakan tulang punggung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) di tingkat lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan arsip di Desa Cikeruh dalam mendukung Gerakan Nasional Sadar Tertib Arsip (GNSTA). Mendorong kesadaran institusi pemerintah desa Cikeruh, untuk menciptakan tertib pengelolaan arsip sebagai batasan kajian penelitian. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan kearsipan desa, khususnya penerapan Tata Naskah Dinas (TND), Klasifikasi Arsip (KA), Sistem Klasifikasi Keamanan dan Akses Arsip Dinamis (SKKAD), dan Jadwal Retensi Arsip (JRA). Hasil kajian menunjukkan Desa Cikeruh perlu memperkuat legitimasi kebijakan internal melalui Peraturan Kepala Desa (PERKADES), meningkatkan kompetensi kapasitas SDM, dan implementasi aplikasi kearsipan pemerintahan desa, agar pengelolaan arsip dapat berfungsi sebagai alat akuntabilitas dan mempermudah pelayanan publik. Implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan arsip negara di tingkat pemerintah Desa Cikeruh, Kabupaten Sumedang Provinsi Jawa Barat menunjukkan poin penting yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran perangkat desa terhadap arsip negara yang memiliki nilai sekunder berkelanjutan (continiung value) sebagai memori kolektif bangsa untuk tetap layak dilanjutkan. Didukung pada aspek peningkatan kapasitas SDM Kearsipan dengan pentingnya kolaboratif untuk keberlangsungan administrasi desa dan pada aspek penerapan Aplikasi Pengelolaan Arsip Pemerintah Desa untuk percepatan layanan publik yang prima sebagai kegiatan SDGs Desa ke-18.  The implementation of village government archive management policies is the backbone of good governance at the local level. Abstract

Industri 5.0 menuntut sinergi antara kecerdasan buatan dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, sehingga pendidikan tidak hanya berorientasi pada digitalisasi proses belajar, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan kompetensi reflektif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan digital pedagogy dalam konteks pendidikan vokasional Islam untuk mengintegrasikan aspek teknologi, pedagogi, dan nilai keislaman dalam satu kesatuan proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif melalui kajian pustaka sistematis dan observasi kontekstual di SMK Islam Al-Amin. Data diperoleh dari dokumentasi kurikulum, observasi kelas digital, dan wawancara dengan guru produktif serta kepala sekolah. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi dan triangulasi sumber untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital pedagogy telah menciptakan transformasi pedagogis melalui: (1) pembelajaran hybrid berbasis Learning Management System (LMS); (2) pengembangan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) digital berorientasi nilai; dan (3) penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai media refleksi dan asesmen adaptif. Inovasi ini meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa hingga 40%, memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan etika digital Islami. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup kesenjangan kompetensi guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan rendahnya literasi etika AI. Diperlukan pengembangan profesional guru berbasis TPACK, penerapan literasi AI sistematis, serta sinergi dengan industri untuk memperkuat relevansi pendidikan vokasional Islam di era Industri 5.0. Industry 5.0 demands synergy between artificial intelligence and human values, so that education is not only oriented towards the digitization of the learning process, but also on the formation of students' character and reflective competence. This research aims to analyze the application of digital pedagogy in the context of Islamic vocational education to integrate aspects of technology, pedagogy, and Islamic values in a unified learning process. The method used is qualitative-descriptive through systematic literature review and contextual observation at Al-Amin Islamic Vocational School. Data were obtained from curriculum documentation, digital classroom observations, and interviews with productive teachers and principals. The analysis is carried out using content analysis and source triangulation to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital pedagogy has created pedagogical transformation through: (1) hybrid learning based on the Learning Management System (LMS); (2) the development of value-oriented digital Project-Based Learning (PjBL); and (3) the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a medium for adaptive reflection and assessment. This innovation increases students' learning independence by up to 40%, strengthening critical thinking, collaboration, and Islamic digital ethics. Challenges include teacher competency gaps, infrastructure limitations, and low ethical literacy of AI. It is necessary to develop TPACK-based teacher professionals, the application of systematic AI literacy, and synergy with industry to strengthen the relevance of Islamic vocational education in the industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dokumen legal di Unit Specialist of Legal Document (USDL.1) PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan arsip, menjamin pelestarian dokumen bernilai permanen, serta mempercepat akses terhadap informasi hukum yang bersifat penting. Peningkatan volume dokumen dan tuntutan ketersediaan informasi yang cepat dan akurat mendorong penerapan pengelolaan arsip berbasis teknologi melalui Rail Document System (RDS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis digitalisasi dokumen legal periode 2009–2021 serta mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keterlambatan integrasi dokumen lama ke dalam RDS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pegawai yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dokumen legal, serta telaah dokumentasi pendukung. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti memahami secara mendalam praktik digitalisasi, karakteristik dokumen lama, serta dinamika penerapan sistem pengelolaan dokumen digital di lingkungan kerja yang alami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi dokumen legal sejak tahun 2022 yang terintegrasi dengan RDS secara nyata meningkatkan aksesibilitas dokumen, efisiensi temu kembali arsip, serta keamanan informasi. Sedangkan, dokumen legal periode 2009–2021 umumnya masih berada pada tahap alih media dan belum terintegrasi ke dalam sistem terpusat. Kondisi ini tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek teknis kualitas hasil pemindaian dokumen lama, tetapi juga oleh kesiapan sistem RDS yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan untuk mengakomodasi karakteristik dokumen legacy. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan pengelolaan antara dokumen legal baru dan dokumen historis, yang berimplikasi pada efektivitas pengelolaan arsip legal secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam kajian kearsipan digital dengan menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi dokumen legal tidak dapat dipahami semata sebagai proses pemindaian, melainkan sebagai rangkaian pengelolaan arsip digital yang menuntut kualitas alih media, struktur metadata yang memadai, serta kesiapan sistem untuk integrasi jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan perumusan strategi pengembangan digitalisasi arsip legal yang terintegrasi, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada keandalan arsip sebagai bukti hukum di lingkungan BUMN.

Abstract

Arsip vital merupakan jenis arsip yang memiliki nilai strategis bagi keberlangsungan operasional dan hukum suatu organisasi, termasuk di lingkungan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Kerusakan atau kehilangan arsip vital dapat menimbulkan dampak administratif, hukum, dan finansial yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung yang andal untuk menjamin keberlanjutan pengelolaan arsip, salah satunya melalui penerapan teknologi Uninterruptible Power Supply. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran implementasi Uninterruptible Power Supply dalam mendukung pengelolaan arsip vital Asset Ownership Document and Files (USDA) PT KAI (Persero), khususnya dalam menjaga stabilitas sistem dan meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data akibat gangguan listrik. Metode kajian meliputi observasi langsung terhadap infrastruktur kelistrikan dan sistem kearsipan, wawancara dengan pegawai dan teknisi terkait, serta telaah dokumen dan literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Uninterruptible Power Supply berperan penting dalam menjaga kontinuitas operasional perangkat elektronik dan server arsip digital selama pemadaman listrik, serta menyediakan waktu yang cukup untuk proses pencadangan atau penghentian sistem secara aman. Dengan demikian, Uninterruptible Power Supply tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai perangkat pendukung kelistrikan, tetapi juga sebagai bagian integral dari sistem manajemen risiko dalam pengelolaan arsip vital. Vital archives are type of archive that has strategic value for the operational and legal continuity of an organization, including within PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Damage or loss of vital archives can have significant administrative, legal, and financial impacts. Therefore, a reliable support system is needed to ensure the sustainability of archive management, one of which is through the implementation of Uninterruptible Power Supply technology. This study aims to analyze the role of Uninterruptible Power Supply implementation in supporting the management of vital archives of Asset Ownership Document and Files (USDA) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), particularly in maintaining system stability and minimizing the risk of data loss due to power outages. The study methods include direct observation of the electrical infrastructure and archiving system, interviews with related employees and technicians, and document and literature review. The study results indicate that UPS plays crucial role in maintaining the operational continuity of electronic devices and digital archive servers during power outages, as providing sufficient time for backup processes or safe system shutdowns. Uninterruptible Power Supply functions not only as an electrical support device, but also an integral part of the risk management system in the management of vital archives.

Abstract

Transformasi pengelolaan dokumen dari sistem konvensional menuju digital menuntut tidak hanya kesiapan teknologi, tetapi juga kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berlandaskan etos kerja dan etika profesi arsiparis. Dalam konteks PT Pos Indonesia sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), implementasi Aplikasi Naskah Dinas Elektronis (NDE) menjadi instrumen utama dalam menjamin akuntabilitas, keamanan, dan keabsahan dokumen digital. Namun, efektivitas sistem tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku profesional pengelolanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etos kerja dan etika profesi arsiparis dalam pengelolaan dokumen digital melalui NDE di PT Pos Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui teknik observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja pegawai tergolong positif, tercermin dari ketelitian dalam pemrosesan dokumen, kedisiplinan terhadap alur verifikasi berjenjang, serta kemampuan adaptasi terhadap sistem digital. Namun demikian, ditemukan sejumlah persoalan etika profesi, antara lain belum optimalnya klasifikasi arsip, penggunaan tanda tangan digital yang belum menyeluruh, penerapan Sistem Keamanan dan Klasifikasi Akses Dokumen (SKKAD) yang belum efektif, serta pembatasan akses yang berpotensi menghambat akuntabilitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan tata kelola arsip digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh etos kerja, tetapi juga oleh konsistensi penerapan etika profesi arsiparis. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kompetensi, internalisasi kode etik, dan penyempurnaan kebijakan kearsipan digital menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan arsip digital yang aman, akurat, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. The transformation of document management from conventional systems to digital platforms requires not only technological readiness but also the quality of human resources grounded in strong work ethics and archivists’ professional ethics. In the context of PT Pos Indonesia as a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), the implementation of the Electronic Official Document Application (Naskah Dinas Elektronis/NDE) serves as a key instrument to ensure accountability, security, and authenticity of digital documents. However, the effectiveness of this system is highly influenced by the professional behavior of its users. This study aims to analyze the implementation of work ethics and archivists’ professional ethics in digital document management through the NDE application at PT Pos Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that employees demonstrate a positive work ethic, reflected in the accuracy of document processing, discipline in adhering to hierarchical verification procedures, and adaptability to digital systems. Nevertheless, several ethical issues remain, including suboptimal archival classification, incomplete implementation of digital signatures, ineffective application of the Document Access Classification and Security System (SKKAD), and access restrictions that may hinder accountability. These findings confirm that effective digital archival governance is determined not only by work ethic but also by the consistent application of archivists’ professional ethics. Therefore, strengthening competencies, internalizing ethical standards, and improving digital archival policies are essential to achieve secure, accurate, and accountable digital document management.
