Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Sunan Pandanaran ini merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang sangat dikenal baik di Yogyakarta maupun Luar Yogyakarta. Selain itu, MA Sunan Pandanaran mempunyai beberapa program layanan pendidikan dan kerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga pendidikan. Dengan kemampuan MA Sunan ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Mutu di lembaga pendidikan tersebut dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi pada Mutu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mencoba menganalisis pengelolaan lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi pada mutu pendidikan pesantren. Teknik pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan Observasi (pengamatan), Interview (wawancara), dan Dokumentasi Gabungan ketiganya. Sistem pengendalian mutu MA sunan pandanaran dilakukan melalui Sumber Daya Manusia dengan mengadakan Teaching training center dan ada beberapa kegiatan yang di lakukan dalam sistem pengendalian mutu, yaitu: Mengadakan breffing pagi sebelum masuk ke kelas jam pertama, Setiap akhir bulan mengadakan evaluasi kurikulum pembelajaran, Wali kelas, tenaga pendidik, guru mapel melakukan evaluasi sikap dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Sistem evaluasi MA Sunan pandanaran yaitu ada beberapa mekanisme yang dilakukan yaitu dari program monitoring dan evaluasi yang menyangkut: penyusunan rencana monitoring untuk setiap kegiatan, Melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan, Menyusun Laporan, Tindak Lanjut Monitoring dan Evaluasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplin guru pada masa pandemik covid-19 dan bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplin guru di SMP Islam Plus Darul Hukumaini Jonggat Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplin guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Adapun wawancara dilakukan dengan metode wawancara terstruktur kepada narasumber yaitu guru dan kepala sekolah, observasi untuk melihat kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru sebagai data pendukung dari hasil wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan guru di SMP Islam Plus Darul Hukumaini Jonggat sudah cukup baik namun masih tetap perlu diadakan upaya peningkatan karena berbagai pelanggaran tata tertib guru/protocol kesehatan kerap kali terjadi. Sedangkan faktor pendukung kepala sekolah yakni prasarana sekolah, peraturan sekolah yang akuntabel, dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine religious values and gender views among Muslim adolescents in three Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in Jambi. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, this study reveals how the understanding and application of religious values, as well as gender views, are shaped by the interaction between religious education in schools and family influence. The results show that although the understanding of religious values is generally strong, there are variations in their application that are influenced by academic and social pressures. Gender views among teenagers also show diversity, with some students holding conservative views while others are more progressive. These findings underscore the importance of an inclusive and dialogical approach to education to support the integration of religious values and gender equality. The implication of this research is the need for cooperation between schools, families, and communities to build a young generation that is insightful and committed to the values of justice and equality

Abstract

The controversy regarding LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) in Indonesia reflects the tension between traditional values and modernity, as well as between religious norms and human rights. This article analyzes the factors that influence the views of Indonesian people towards LGBT, including cultural influences, religion, government policies, and the role of mass media. The findings suggest that negative views of LGBT people are influenced by conservative cultural norms and religious teachings that firmly reject homosexuality. In addition, existing government policies and regulations often do not support LGBT rights, and even tend to be repressive. Mass media also contributes to strengthening stigma against LGBT through negative representation. As a result, LGBT individuals in Indonesia often face discrimination and violence, which adversely affects their mental health and well-being. This article concludes the need for a more inclusive and sensitive approach to addressing LGBT-related issues, while respecting the dominant cultural and religious values in society

Abstract

Tuan Guru has position and power (authority) in Islamic boarding schools because Tuan Guru is an agent of change who brings change to Islamic boarding schools. Tuan Guru's power influences the education system in Islamic boarding schools. So integrating the madrasa curriculum with the Islamic boarding school curriculum is the policy of the authority of Tuan Guru. This research describes Tuan Guru's traditional authority in integrating the madrasa curriculum with the Islamic boarding school curriculum at the Darul Musthofa NW Islamic Boarding School. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection by observation, In-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and clarifying data. The result; First, the traditional authority of Tuan Guru at the Darul Musthofa NW Islamic boarding school is demonstrated by (1) Islamic Boarding School feudalism by providing the closest family to take positions in the management structure of the Islamic Boarding School, (2) Wiridan Tradition such as wirid Hizib Nahdlatul Wathan and Thariqat Hizib Nahdlatul Wathan. secondly, the process of integrating the madrasa curriculum with Islamic boarding schools is based on four basic components in the madrasa curriculum, such as (1) Educational goals is to produce students who understand science, technology, and morals, (2) subject matter are based on the Turats books, (3) The methods used are classical-halaqah, mudzakarah method, memorization method, and Qiroati method, (4) The evaluation used is teacher evaluation and student evaluation   Keywords: Traditional Authority, Tuan Guru, Integration Curriculum

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of peer to peer supervision in developing teacher competency at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram, Sekarbela sub-district. This research uses qualitative research methods to produce descriptive data. The data in this research consists of two types, namely; primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use; 1) Observation 2) Interview 3) Documentation. The data analysis techniques that researchers use are; Data collection coincides with the research process, presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The techniques used to test the validity of the data are; source triangulation and time triangulation. The research results show that the implementation of peer to peer supervision at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram involves various forms, such as determining teaching administration and assessing learning tools. Teacher competencies developed through peer supervision include collaboration skills, communication, pedagogical knowledge, and the use of technology at SMPN 17 Mataram, as well as self-reflection skills, collaboration, active learning skills, and pedagogical knowledge at MTSN 3 Mataram

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak di TK Raudhatul Muttaqin Welahan Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dimana peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen atau kunci, dan data diperoleh dengan, pertama; observasi keadaan sekolah, kedua; wawancara dengan Guru, ketiga; dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data dengan memilih data-data yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian, kemudian penyajian data dengan mendeksripsikan setiap data-data yang ditemukan dilapangan dan selanjutnya penarikan kesimpulan dari hasil perolehan data dan deskripsi data yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual yaitu (1) perencanaan dalam mengembangkan kecedasan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan (religious culture), dan penanaman pengetahuan kegamaan (religious knowing) sebagai wadah untuk membiasakan siswa mengetahui dan melaksanakan ajaran agama. (2) Menerapkan proses pembiasaan kepada anak. Yaitu dengan membiasakan anak mengucapkan salam dan membaca do’a ketika memulai pelajaran dan juga ketika pelajaran berakhir, membaca do’a sebelum makan dan sesudah makan, dan do’a sehari-hari. (3) membiasakan anak bertutur dan bertingkah laku yang baik misalnya anak dibiasakan untuk tidak berkata kasar, anak dibiasakan untuk selalu menghormati yang lebih tua, anak dibiasakan untuk selalu menerima sesuatu dengan tangan kanan, anak dibiasakan untuk mengucapkan terima kasih.

Abstract

Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica L.) is a high-value commodity, yet its productivity in Indonesia remains low due to suboptimal cultivation techniques. One of the main constraints is the limited availability of quality seedlings, which is influenced by propagation methods. Vegetative propagation through shoot cuttings is widely used, but often constrained by low survival and root formation rates. The application of plastic bottle covers and goat urine has the potential to improve propagation success by creating a favorable microclimate and supplying growth regulators and essential nutrients. This study examined the effects of plastic bottle cover types and goat urine concentrations on the growth of C. arabica shoot cuttings. The experiment was arranged in a 3×3 factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with two factors: plastic bottle cover types (no cover, open-cap cover, and closed cover) and goat urine concentrations (0, 100, and 180 mL/L). Observed parameters included shoot length, shoot number, leaf length, leaf number, root length, root number, and root diameter. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at a 5% significance level. The results showed a significant interaction between cover type and goat urine concentration. Combining a closed cover with 100 mL/L goat urine produced the highest shoot growth, cutting survival rate, and rooting percentage, while optimal root development was obtained with the closed cover and 180 mL/L goat urine. The most effective treatment was the closed cover combined with 100 mL/L goat urine.
