Abstract

Manusia terus mengalami perkembangan dari banyak sisi dan aspek, akibat perubahan tersebut maka banyak hal dituntut untuk menjadi dinamis dan tidak kaku dalam menyikapi perubahan yang ada bahkan dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan tidak boleh jumud dan bertumpu pada teori yang tidak pernah berubah. Solusi dari perubahan ini adalah perubahan pada kurikulum, sebab kurikulumlah yang menjadi jawaban bagi selarasnya perkembangan zaman dan manusia. Perubahan pada kurikulum akan menyebabkan banyak hal baik dan juga beberapa hambatan pada guru. Kurikulum sekolah penggerak merupakan kurikulum terbaru yang dipakai pada 2.500 sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini agar penulis mengetahui beberapa hambatan akibat bergantinya kurikulum terlebih di era pandemi Covid-19 dalam hal manajemennya.

Abstract

The pandemic has indeed had a fairly bad impact, especially for the world of education in Indonesia, but this did not shake Indonesia, with the assistance of highranking officials to rise on the footing of the various efforts that have been deployed. In a pandemic like this, the number of students per campus has decreased significantly. So that various ways and efforts are needed to attract their interest in learning. One way is to implement Islamic education management in which there are various best programs that can be implemented to improve the quality and image of the university itself. Although there are several obstacles, in its implementation it has been proven to have a good influence on the education system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja guru MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo Grobogan. Penelitian ini bersifat kaliitatif yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observsi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelituian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh kepala sekolah MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo Grobogan. Hal ini tercermin dari implementasi empat komponen utama kepemimpinan transformasional: pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Kinerja guru di MI Sunniyyah Selo menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan sebagian besar guru menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian hasil belajar, serta pelaksanaan program pengayaan dan remedial. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di MI Sunniyyah Selo. Pengaruh ini terlihat dari peningkatan motivasi guru, inovasi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan profesional guru, terciptanya iklim kerja yang positif, dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan dan implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional di sekolah dasar sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan kualitas pendidikan secara umum.Abstract: This research aims to find out how transformational leadership influences the performance of MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo Grobogan teachers. This research is qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of this research are that transformational leadership has been implemented well by the principal of MI 1 Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. This is reflected in the implementation of the four main components of transformational leadership: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. The performance of teachers at MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo Grobogan shows positive results, with the majority of teachers showing good performance in the aspects of learning planning, implementing learning, assessing learning outcomes, as well as implementing enrichment and remedial programs. The transformational leadership implemented by the school principal has a positive influence on teacher performance at MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo Grobogan. This influence can be seen from increasing teacher motivation, innovation in learning, teacher professional development, creating a positive work climate, and improving the overall quality of learning. The implications of this research show the importance of developing and implementing transformational leadership in elementary schools as a strategy to improve teacher performance and the quality of education in general.

Abstract

Pengenalan bahasa Inggris untuk anak usia dini penting karena globalisasi telah menjadikan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa internasional yang krusial dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Anak-anak memiliki kemampuan optimal untuk menyerap bahasa baru pada usia dini, sehingga pengenalan bahasa Inggris sejak awal dapat memberikan keuntungan jangka panjang. Pembelajaran bahasa asing pada usia dini juga dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif dan pemahaman lintas budaya. Kajian ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengembangkan metode pengajaran yang efektif dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan manfaat pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis proses pengenalan bahasa Inggris untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Lokasi penelitian di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga tentang strategi yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan Islam, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan dan institusi serupa lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengenalan bahasa Inggris sejak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. Hasil penelitian juga dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas dan kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak-anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan serupa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to show and test the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and competency on teacher performance through motivation at MA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. This research is quantitative. The results of the T test show that the organizational culture of MA Sunniyyah Selo in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency has a positive and significant impact on teacher motivation, Work discipline has a positive and insignificant impact on the desires of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency, Competence and work discipline of MA teachers Sunniyyah Selo. Meanwhile, the results of the F test of equality show that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. The F test for equation 1 also shows that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show that with a total R square value of 0.6222, the intervention variables of organizational culture, work discipline, competence and motivation contribute 62.22% of the performance variables of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Other variables, such as communication, work environment, training, and other variables not included in the research model amounted to 37.78%. The results of the path analysis show that organizational culture has a greater impact on performance than motivation-oriented communication. The influence of work discipline on performance is more influenced by motivation than communication that is motivated by motivation. The influence of competence on performance is more influenced by motivation than competency on performance. . Organizational culture influences the performance of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency.

Abstract

Purpose –  The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of antenatal counseling on the quality of life of toddlers in order to realize the golden generation in 2045 in Indonesia. Method - This research method is library research, which is collecting various library data to solve stunting problems in Indonesia. Data collection techniques are collecting and identifying documents, reading and analyzing documents, synthesis and analysis, then drawing conclusions. The data analysis technique uses content analysis, which is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written information on the data that has been collected.. Result - The results of this study found that antenatal counseling can be an alternative solution to the problem of stunting in Indonesia. This is proven by several indicators, including, during antenatal counseling, pregnant women gain insight into PHBS during pregnancy. With PHBS insight, it can guarantee the quality of life during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. By maintaining PHBS during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, it can minimize toddler infections that interfere with digestion, causing nutritional failure and resulting in stunting.  Implication –  Antenatal counseling has an impact on the insight of pregnant women about the procedures for Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. By knowing the insight of PHBS, it can prevent infections in toddlers so that it can guarantee a good quality of life. Originality – Antenatal counseling provides knowledge for pregnant women on how to maintain physical and mental condition during pregnancy. This research is a research that has never been published in any form. *** Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak konseling antenatal terhadap kualitas hidup balita dalam rangka mewujudkan generasi emas pada tahun 2045 di Indonesia. Metode - Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu mengumpulkan berbagai data kepustakaan untuk memecahkan masalah stunting di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan dan mengidentifikasi dokumen, membaca dan menganalisis dokumen, sintesis dan analisis, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi, yaitu pembahasan mendalam terhadap isi suatu informasi tertulis atas data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konseling antenatal dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi bagi permasalahan stunting di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator, diantaranya, pada saat konseling antenatal, ibu hamil mendapatkan wawasan tentang PHBS selama kehamilan. Dengan adanya wawasan PHBS, maka dapat menjamin kualitas hidup selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan. Dengan menjaga PHBS selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan, dapat meminimalisir infeksi balita yang mengganggu pencernaan sehingga menyebabkan gagal gizi dan mengakibatkan stunting.  Implikasi - Konseling antenatal berdampak pada wawasan ibu hamil tentang tata cara Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan. Dengan mengetahui wawasan PHBS, maka dapat mencegah terjadinya infeksi pada balita sehingga dapat menjamin kualitas hidup yang baik. Keaslian - Konseling antenatal memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu hamil tentang bagaimana menjaga kondisi fisik dan mental selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk apapun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to uncover the meaning behind the prohibition of selling rice in the area of the tomb of Ki Ageng Selo in Grobogan, Central Java. This research employs a field study method with a qualitative research type. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation with the caretaker of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb, Mr. Abdul Rohim, and traders in the area of the tomb. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of the prohibition on selling rice in the area of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb is a teaching to become generous individuals, to honor guests, and to possess a high social spirit. The teaching of generosity is demonstrated by Ki Ageng Selo through the provision of food (ingkung), which is a whole chicken cooked for guests. The teaching of honoring guests is shown through Ki Ageng Selo's concern in the way he serves guests with warmth. The teaching of having a high social spirit is reflected in the respect and appreciation for guests who come. This phenomenon serves as a lesson for the community, especially the people of Selo, that it is essential to possess a generous nature, to honor guests, and to have a high social spirit. The findings indicate that the experiences of a scholar with karomah (spiritual power) can become teachings or advice that are adhered to by the community. The advice given by Ki Ageng Selo to his descendants not to sell rice around his house has become a tradition to this day. If this tradition is violated, the community in the area of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb believes that misfortune will befall the traders who sell rice.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of Islamic education at MTs Puteri Sunniyyah Selo. The approach used is qualitative with in-depth interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the management of Islamic education in this madrasah is based on the principle of integration between Islamic values and modern academic development. The three main components, namely curriculum management, student management, and human resources, show good synergy, despite facing limited facilities and infrastructure. Collaborative strategies, transformational leadership, and foundation support are the main strengths in carrying out managerial functions. Key recommendations include strengthening management digitalization, continuous training for educators, developing technology-based evaluation systems, and increasing external cooperation for sustainability and improving the quality of education. This study contributes both from theoretical and practical aspects in the development of Islamic-based education management in the madrasah environment.
