Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research was to recognize radically (deeply) the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guides.Method - This research used descriptive qualitative with the determination of informants using the model of snowball. The data analysis in this study used Creswell's theory of analysis ranging from data reduction, display, and to conclutions.Result - The results of this study indicate that a professional Islamic spiritual guide needs to meet three indicators in order to carry out counseling process optimally. The indicators of professionalism are relevant educational qualifications, expertise or qualified credibility, and finally the presence of payment commensurate with the quality of work. Meanwhile, the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guidance services is to pay attention to the time and material given to counselees so that they can display or provide Islamic spiritual guidance services professionally.Implications - The implication of this research is to improve performance professionally by absorbing the experts or specialists in the field of Islamic spiritual guidance.Originality - The originality of this study is that it is the first research model to apply the correlation research method with the LESKAP pattern.

Abstract

Manusia terus mengalami perkembangan dari banyak sisi dan aspek, akibat perubahan tersebut maka banyak hal dituntut untuk menjadi dinamis dan tidak kaku dalam menyikapi perubahan yang ada bahkan dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan tidak boleh jumud dan bertumpu pada teori yang tidak pernah berubah. Solusi dari perubahan ini adalah perubahan pada kurikulum, sebab kurikulumlah yang menjadi jawaban bagi selarasnya perkembangan zaman dan manusia. Perubahan pada kurikulum akan menyebabkan banyak hal baik dan juga beberapa hambatan pada guru. Kurikulum sekolah penggerak merupakan kurikulum terbaru yang dipakai pada 2.500 sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini agar penulis mengetahui beberapa hambatan akibat bergantinya kurikulum terlebih di era pandemi Covid-19 dalam hal manajemennya.

Abstract

The pandemic has indeed had a fairly bad impact, especially for the world of education in Indonesia, but this did not shake Indonesia, with the assistance of highranking officials to rise on the footing of the various efforts that have been deployed. In a pandemic like this, the number of students per campus has decreased significantly. So that various ways and efforts are needed to attract their interest in learning. One way is to implement Islamic education management in which there are various best programs that can be implemented to improve the quality and image of the university itself. Although there are several obstacles, in its implementation it has been proven to have a good influence on the education system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Pengenalan bahasa Inggris untuk anak usia dini penting karena globalisasi telah menjadikan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa internasional yang krusial dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Anak-anak memiliki kemampuan optimal untuk menyerap bahasa baru pada usia dini, sehingga pengenalan bahasa Inggris sejak awal dapat memberikan keuntungan jangka panjang. Pembelajaran bahasa asing pada usia dini juga dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif dan pemahaman lintas budaya. Kajian ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengembangkan metode pengajaran yang efektif dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan manfaat pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis proses pengenalan bahasa Inggris untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Lokasi penelitian di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga tentang strategi yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan Islam, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan dan institusi serupa lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengenalan bahasa Inggris sejak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya di RA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. Hasil penelitian juga dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas dan kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak-anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan serupa.

Abstract

Purpose –  The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of antenatal counseling on the quality of life of toddlers in order to realize the golden generation in 2045 in Indonesia. Method - This research method is library research, which is collecting various library data to solve stunting problems in Indonesia. Data collection techniques are collecting and identifying documents, reading and analyzing documents, synthesis and analysis, then drawing conclusions. The data analysis technique uses content analysis, which is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written information on the data that has been collected.. Result - The results of this study found that antenatal counseling can be an alternative solution to the problem of stunting in Indonesia. This is proven by several indicators, including, during antenatal counseling, pregnant women gain insight into PHBS during pregnancy. With PHBS insight, it can guarantee the quality of life during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. By maintaining PHBS during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, it can minimize toddler infections that interfere with digestion, causing nutritional failure and resulting in stunting.  Implication –  Antenatal counseling has an impact on the insight of pregnant women about the procedures for Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. By knowing the insight of PHBS, it can prevent infections in toddlers so that it can guarantee a good quality of life. Originality – Antenatal counseling provides knowledge for pregnant women on how to maintain physical and mental condition during pregnancy. This research is a research that has never been published in any form. *** Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak konseling antenatal terhadap kualitas hidup balita dalam rangka mewujudkan generasi emas pada tahun 2045 di Indonesia. Metode - Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu mengumpulkan berbagai data kepustakaan untuk memecahkan masalah stunting di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan dan mengidentifikasi dokumen, membaca dan menganalisis dokumen, sintesis dan analisis, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi, yaitu pembahasan mendalam terhadap isi suatu informasi tertulis atas data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konseling antenatal dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi bagi permasalahan stunting di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator, diantaranya, pada saat konseling antenatal, ibu hamil mendapatkan wawasan tentang PHBS selama kehamilan. Dengan adanya wawasan PHBS, maka dapat menjamin kualitas hidup selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan. Dengan menjaga PHBS selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan, dapat meminimalisir infeksi balita yang mengganggu pencernaan sehingga menyebabkan gagal gizi dan mengakibatkan stunting.  Implikasi - Konseling antenatal berdampak pada wawasan ibu hamil tentang tata cara Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) selama kehamilan dan pasca kehamilan. Dengan mengetahui wawasan PHBS, maka dapat mencegah terjadinya infeksi pada balita sehingga dapat menjamin kualitas hidup yang baik. Keaslian - Konseling antenatal memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu hamil tentang bagaimana menjaga kondisi fisik dan mental selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk apapun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to uncover the meaning behind the prohibition of selling rice in the area of the tomb of Ki Ageng Selo in Grobogan, Central Java. This research employs a field study method with a qualitative research type. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation with the caretaker of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb, Mr. Abdul Rohim, and traders in the area of the tomb. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of the prohibition on selling rice in the area of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb is a teaching to become generous individuals, to honor guests, and to possess a high social spirit. The teaching of generosity is demonstrated by Ki Ageng Selo through the provision of food (ingkung), which is a whole chicken cooked for guests. The teaching of honoring guests is shown through Ki Ageng Selo's concern in the way he serves guests with warmth. The teaching of having a high social spirit is reflected in the respect and appreciation for guests who come. This phenomenon serves as a lesson for the community, especially the people of Selo, that it is essential to possess a generous nature, to honor guests, and to have a high social spirit. The findings indicate that the experiences of a scholar with karomah (spiritual power) can become teachings or advice that are adhered to by the community. The advice given by Ki Ageng Selo to his descendants not to sell rice around his house has become a tradition to this day. If this tradition is violated, the community in the area of Ki Ageng Selo's tomb believes that misfortune will befall the traders who sell rice.

Abstract

AbstractDigitalization of education is now unavoidable. The use of digital media in learning is one way that can be done in the process of digitizing education. The aim of this research is to explore the application of technology-based learning in smart digital classes and regular MA Sunniyah Selo classes. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study in this research is used to compare technology-based learning in the two different classes. Observations, documentation and interviews were carried out to collect data before analysis was carried out by sorting, grouping, coding, looking for appropriate themes for later interpretation. The research results show that differences in digital media access in the learning process are not a differentiating factor in learning outcomes between smart digital classes and regular classes. Even some of the advantages of learning in smart digital classes are weaknesses in regular classes. Likewise, the advantages of the regular class are the weaknesses of the smart digital class. This shows that the effectiveness of technology-based learning in smart digital classes and regular classes influences the strategies, methods and approaches in the learning process. So that this can be used as a reference in developing technology-based learning in two different classes at once.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explain traumatic counseling services as an alternative problem solving for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Natural Disaster Victims in Indonesia. Method - This research method is a literature explaining the form of traumatic counseling services and psychological injuries for victims of natural disasters. Data sources are collected from previous research results, valid official government website sources and relevant to the focus of this research problem. Data analysis uses content analysis that focuses on text, images and audio in the context of traumatic counseling and PTSD for victims of natural disasters. Result  -  The results of this study indicate that traumatic counseling is suitable for treating PTSD for victims of natural disasters in Indonesia. The psychological condition of victims of natural disasters has psychological wounds from events and experiences that leave a mark so that it has an impact on the psychological health of the victims. This impact affects the sustainability of the victim's life, so that healing psychological trauma with counseling services. The approach in counseling services can use two models, namely SEFT and CBT. The two models are suitable for reducing PTSD in victims of natural disasters. Implication – The findings of this study are that there is a relevant meeting point between traumatic counseling and psychological injuries of natural disaster victims with PTSD disorders. With traumatic counseling, it is hoped that natural disaster victims will be able to determine the right direction to overcome PTSD of natural disaster victims in Indonesia in the future. Originality/Value - This study is unique because it is able to position traumatic counseling as an appropriate preventive service for natural disaster victims in Indonesia. *** Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan layanan konseling traumatik sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) pada Korban Bencana Alam di Indonesia. Metode - Metode penelitian ini adalah literatur yang menjelaskan bentuk layanan konseling traumatik dan luka psikologis bagi korban bencana alam. Sumber data dikumpulkan dari hasil penelitian terdahulu, sumber website resmi pemerintah yang valid dan relevan dengan fokus masalah penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi yang berfokus pada teks, gambar dan audio dalam konteks konseling traumatik dan PTSD bagi korban bencana alam. Hasil - Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling traumatik cocok digunakan untuk menangani PTSD bagi korban bencana alam di Indonesia. Kondisi psikologis korban bencana alam memiliki luka psikologis dari kejadian dan pengalaman yang membekas sehingga berdampak pada kesehatan psikologis korban. Dampak tersebut berpengaruh pada keberlangsungan hidup korban, sehingga penyembuhan trauma psikologis dengan layanan konseling. Pendekatan dalam layanan konseling dapat menggunakan dua model, yaitu SEFT dan CBT. Kedua model tersebut cocok digunakan untuk mengurangi PTSD pada korban bencana alam. Implikasi - Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya titik temu yang relevan antara konseling traumatik dengan luka psikologis korban bencana alam dengan gangguan PTSD. Dengan adanya konseling traumatik, diharapkan korban bencana alam dapat menentukan arah yang tepat untuk mengatasi PTSD korban bencana alam di Indonesia di masa yang akan datang. Orisinalitas/Nilai - Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi mengenai posisi, arah dan tujuan layanan konseling traumatik dalam mengatasi PTSD korban bencana alam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki keunikan karena mampu memposisikan konseling traumatik sebagai layanan preventif yang tepat bagi korban bencana alam di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and find out radically or deeply about the phenomenon of culture shock on students with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and its prevention efforts through multicultural counseling. The research used qualitative approach with literature study research design. The results of this study found the answer that culture shock did occur and was experienced by students with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the reality on the ground, students with special needs experience problems in the online learning process. Although there is no scientific data and research, the phenomenon of culture shock has become a common problem caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including those experienced by students with special needs. Therefore, the phenomenon and problems of culture shock need to get the right treatment by using multicultural counseling. Multicultural counseling with the same model as counseling in general, but paying more attention to the counselee's cultural background, to be able to do counseling well. Thus, there is an appropriate meeting point between the problems experienced and the treatment used, namely the different cultural problems during the COVID-19 pandemic.
