Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak program pemberdayaan terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan miskin di Nagari taratak kecamatan SUTERA Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuliatatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang diambil secara snowball sampling. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi data. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Mathew Milles dan Huberman. Dampak program terhadap kehidupan sosial adalah interaksi sosial setelah adanya pogram KUBE menjadi erat, dan kerjasama semakin kuat, persaingan menjadi berkurang. Dampak terhadap kehidupan ekonomi dapat dilihat dari pekerjaan bahwa istri nelayan dan anak nelayan sudah bisa bekerja, pendapatan nelayan meningkat, dan pendidikan anak nelayan semakin baik. Berkat adanya program KUBE maka dapat membantu kehidupan ekonomi nelayan bagi yang memanfaatkannya.

Syaiful Bahri, M.Pd   (2) Drs.M.Husen, M.Pd Kata Kunci: Self Esteem, Perilaku Prososial Perilaku prososial adalah tindakan sukarela yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan keuntungan pada individu atau sekelompok individu, meliputi aspek altruism (suka rela), compliant (permintaan), emotional (emosi), public (umum), anonymous (tanpa diketahui) dan dire (situasi darurat). Self esteem adalah penilaian atau evaluasi secara positif dan negatif terhadap dirinya sendiri, meliputi dimensi successes (keberhasilan), values (nilai-nilai), aspirations (aspirasi-aspirasi), defenses (pertahanan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran self esteem, perilaku prososial dan pengaruh yang signifikan self esteem terhadap perilaku prososial pada siswa SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-postfacto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP N 18 Banda Aceh sedangkan pengambilan sampel dalam menggunakan teknik stratified sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengaruh self esteem (X), terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku prososial siswa (Y) hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji F, dimana Fhitung  Ftabel (35.622 0,1381), maka hasil tersebut dinyatakan memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Jadi hipotesis yang mengatakan bahwa variabel self esteem memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial siswa dapat diterima dan terbukti benar. Adanya pengaruh self esteem terhadap perilaku prososial pada siswa SMP N 18 Banda Aceh diperoleh dari nilai R-square (R²) sebesar 146. Artinya variabel independen yang terdiri variabel self esteem memberikan kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 14 % terhadap perilaku prososial pada siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teachers who are less able to interact well, from the results of observations made it appears that students are still less enthusiastic about learning when the teacher is unable to communicate well. This study aims to analyse how the influence of teacher social competence on student learning motivation in Sociology subjects at SMAN 1 Kateman. This research uses Cognitive theory from Jerome S. Bruner, cognitive learning theory This research uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is regression. The sampling technique is total sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaire observation and document study. Data analysis methods used with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. In this study, the instruments used were observation guidelines and questionnaires. The results showed that the teacher's social competence had a significant effect on student learning motivation in Sociology subjects at SMAN 1 Kateman. This can be seen from the coefficient value of 0.724. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 5.213> ttable 1.69092 with a significant level of 0.000 <\\{mathbit{\alpha}} = 0,05. This shows that teacher social competence has a significant effect on student learning motivation. The higher the increase in teacher social competence, the higher the student learning motivation, so if the teacher's social competence is low, the student learning motivation will also be low or down. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 45.2%. This means that the independent variable of teacher social competence is able to explain the dependent variable of student learning motivation by 45.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Badan Kerja Sama Antar Desa (BKAD) dalam pemberdayaan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu, Kabupaten. Tebo, Provinsi Jambi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktural fungsional dari Talcott Parsons yang menganalisis terkait struktur fungsional suatu sistem berdasarkan status dan perannya dengan menggunakan 4 skema yakni A-G-I-L. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan 12 orang. Jenis data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yakni observasi, wawancara dan juga studi dokumen. Unit analisis adalah kelompok yakni anggota lembaga Badan Kerja Sama Antar Desa (BKAD). Analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif dari Milles & Huberman yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yakni reduksi Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, Penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) sebagai koordinasi pelaksanaan program kegiatan, BKAD melakukan koordinasi berupa menyelenggarakan pertemuan, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan, dan menjaga keberlanjutan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. 2) melakukan pembinaan terhadap masyarakat yakni dengan SPP dan kegiatan sosial dan pelatihan. 3) Mengelola keuangan dan membuat laporan secara berkala dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki peserta didik. Lemahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya oleh guru sosiologi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pesrta didik, Salah satu model yang relevan yaitu model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui model Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran sosiologi Fase F di SMAN 1 Salimpaung.Penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teori belajar kognitif yang dikemukakan oleh Jerome Bruner.Teori belajar kognitif Bruner memberikan perhatian terhadap pentingnya pengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, teori ini memandang bahwa manusia sebagai memproses, pemikiran dan pencipta informasi. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 8 informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil bidang kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran Sosiologi kelas XI, dan peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 upaya yang dilakukan guru sosiologi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kiritis peserta didik melalui modeL pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yaitu (1) Guru menyusun modul ajar berbasis masalah konstektual (2). Guru melilih materi yang dapat merangsang pemikiran kritis (3). Guru menggunakan pertayaan terbuka dan diskusi kelompok (4). Guru membimbing peserta didik untuk mengkaji informasi dari berbagai sumber (5). Guru memfasilitasi proses berpikir mandiri peserta didik. Ada 2 Faktor penghambat bagi guru dalam meningkatkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui model Problem Based Learning yaitu, (1) keterbatasan waktu dan (2) heterogenitas kemampuan peserta didik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the project based learning model is not yet effective, student learning creativity is still low. One effort to overcome this problem is to apply the project based learning model in the sociology learning process. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing project based learning in sociology learning as an effort to increase the creativity of Phase E 1 students at SMA N 1 Sutera. The theory used in this research is the behaviorist theory put forward by Gagne. The type of research used is quantitative because the data obtained is in the form of numbers. with Quasi-experimental research type. The population in this study were class X students of SMA N 1 Sutera with a sample size of 36 people. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used for this research was an observation sheet. The data analysis technique in research is by using the T Test. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using the t test statistic, tcount = 21.13. Then t table with dk = n-k-1, dk = 36-1-1 = 34 at a significance level of 5% (0.05), then from the t distribution table the value of t table = 2.032 is obtained. So the result is 21.13 > 2.032 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of hypothesis testing is that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the project based learning model in sociology learning as an effort to increase creativity (case study of Phase E1 students at SMA N 1 Sutera).

Abstract

This research is motivated by behavioral factors that have a major influence on the health status of individuals and the community, a high level of education helps increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of public health services, a low level of education will generally give up if they experience health problems. Health behavior can be formulated as all forms of experience and interaction between individuals and their environment, especially those concerning knowledge and attitudes about health, as well as their actions related to health. This study aims to determine the Influence of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Actions on the Community in Choosing Health Services in Kataping Village, Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study, the theory used is the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber. This theory provides a basis for understanding individual and group behavior, recognizing that every action is based on diverse motives and goals. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 99 respondents who are members of the community in choosing health services in Kanagarian Kataping, Padang Pariaman Regency. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge, attitudes, and actions on community behavior in choosing health services in Kanagarian Kataping, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the T test of 0.002 while the significance of t> 0.05 then Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between knowledge, attitudes, and actions on the community in choosing health services. so that in the service, the level of knowledge of the choice of treatment methods carried out by the community in Kanagarian Katapiang, Padang Pariaman Regency is very influential.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using interactive learning media based on Wordwall on students' learning motivation in Sociology subject at grade X Phase E of SMA Negeri 16 Padang. The study involved 39 students, consisting of 19 male and 20 female students. The research employed a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The results indicated a significant effect of Wordwall media on students' learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.010 (p < 0.05). This suggests that the use of interactive learning media positively influences students' motivation in learning Sociology. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and effective teaching methods.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of Phase E1 students in sociology at SMAN 1, Kapur IX District. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes through the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model.The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) as formulated . The theory used in this study is Cognitivism. The data from this study consisted of information about actions obtained from interviews, observations, observations of teacher activities, observations of student activities, and pre- and post-tests of student learning outcomes.The results of the cycle 1 research obtained an average student score of 68.71 with 7 students (21.87%) completing the course and 25 students (78.12%) not completing it. In cycle 2, the average student score was 81.34 with 23 students (71.87%) completing the course and 28.12% not completing the course. In cycle 3, the average student score was 91.40 with 31 students (96.87%) completing the course and 1 student (3.12%) not completing the course. This means that in cycle 3 this research has been achieved. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model in sociology learning can improve student learning outcomes, namely from 21.87% in cycle 1 increasing to 71.87% in cycle 2, and increasing again to 96.87% in cycle 3.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student discipline at Adabiah 2 High School in Padang, characterized by lateness to school, incomplete attributes, truancy, and unexcused absences (alpha). This indiscipline negatively impacts student academic achievement, the learning process, and the classroom atmosphere. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of eleventh-grade students, particularly in grades XI Phase 4 and XI Phase 9, in relation to forms of school discipline violations. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of homeroom teachers, guidance counselors, and students. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that student tardiness was generally influenced by internal factors such as the habit of playing with gadgets until late at night and lack of parental control. Incomplete attributes were caused by low awareness of school rules, while truancy and alpha behavior were related to low learning motivation and the influence of the social environment. The impact of this behavior not only decreases learning outcomes but also disrupts the effectiveness of learning and the classroom atmosphere. This research emphasizes the important role of teachers, parents, and schools in instilling discipline and creating a conducive learning environment.
