Abstract

Head Office is one of the government agencies that regulate a variety of public interests, including the maintenance of identity cards, processing of land documents, handling letters of building permits, in addition to the Head is also in charge of monitoring the performance of employees where a government is sought for the implementation of work processes can be efficiently and effectively.However, problems occurred that oversight has not been done effectively, which can be seen not timely implementation of control, causing delays in the work. Can be formulated that control how the performance of the Head Office Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The aim of this study was to determine how the Employee Performance Monitoring at Head Office Bukit Raya Pekanbaru.To analyze these problems the author uses the theory Brantas. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach, where data collection techniques are observation and interviews with key informants as key informants and snowball sampling in the determination of supplementary information.Conclusion derived from the results of the study showed that the Monitoring Employee Performance At Head Office Bukit Raya less effectively. Any work performed by an employee are in accordance with the basic tasks and functions. In the execution of this task, the boss gave full credence to subordinates to carry out each task each work performed by employees in the event of deviation from a work supervisor just give warning without the realization of such admonition. So that supervision can improve employee performance let can give guidance / instructions clear to employees about the various procedures of work, and provide sanctions against employees who commit irregularities within a job.Keywords : Monitoring, Performance, Employee

Abstract

Good management of village assets is based on applicable regulations and has guidelines in their management. Village asset management is one way for villages to be able to carry out a development. Village asset management is one way for villages to be able to carry out a development in good management, of course using guidelines in its management, management itself is a series of activities ranging from planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, administration and deletion. The purpose of this study is the Asset Management in Beringin Jaya Village, Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors of Beringin Jaya Village Asset Management in Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District. The theoretical concept used by the author is Village Asset Management. . In collecting data, the writer uses interview and observation techniques. The author uses the informant as a source of information as a source in the validity of the data. The results of this research indicate that the Beringin Jaya Village Asset Management in Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, shows that in the management of village assets in implementation there is still a lack of village asset data found in the asset inventory and found development assets that require renovation. The inhibiting factors of Asingin Jaya Village Asset Management in Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency include human resources and facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Village Asset Management

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issuance of Decree Rector No: 302 / H / 19 / AK /2009 on Management Program of Magister Studies, University of Riau, based on surveyresults that occur dualism of leadership or command in the management of the MagisterStudies Program is to courses monodisiplin responsible Director of Magister academic field,while the source of finance and personnel to the Dean of the Faculty. Meanwhile for StudiesMonodisiplin responsible academic, financial and personnel to the Director of the MagisterProgram.The object of this study is Knowing and analyzing the management Studies Programof Magister Program University of Riau by adopting the theory of William M. Dunnevaluation consisting of several indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity ,responsiveness, and accuracy regarding governance made by the Director of the GraduateProgram, University of Riau.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method troubleshootingprocedures are examined using describing how the data obtained from observations ofliterature and field observations, then analyzed and interpreted to provide conclusions.Based on the research that there are still shortcomings and constraints inmanagement studies program of Magister Program of Riau University based on indicators ofeffectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy that certainly needsattention in order to improve services to students.Keywords : effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuracy

Abstract

Community participation of development is the participation of community in the development process both in the planning stage of development through musrenbangkep, the stage of development implementation, evaluate the development and in enjoying the results of development. Community participation in development planning through development planning discussion (musrenbang) is still minimal and passive, due to lack of community understanding of development planning, low education level, and lack of socialization from the government then excludes the community in development planning deliberations. Participation is used as Theory Concept. The researcher uses Soetomo Theory. This research aimed to know how the community participation of physical development in Kepenghuluan Bangko Jaya Bangko Pusako Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency. This research used Qualitative Method with descriptive study of data. Data was collecting by interviewed the key informant as information resource, observation, and documentation. The result showed that the community participation of physical development is still minimal and passive, that means there are still many people who are not involved in every stage of development that will be implemented and still submit all decisions to other parties. In this case the researcher suggested that the community should participate actively in every stages of development and the government should also seek more and active participation from community, so that the idea comes more from the community and it can be used as consideration and evaluation for the next year.
