Abstract

Social movement was a part of social structure which consisted of typical pattern that manage social group and organization. Student as a well-educated elite group had an important part for building an history in a country. Based on ideological and intellectual prowess, student build a “movement of change” which commonly known as “student movement”. In this context, student have a significant part to developed a community awareness, political and social changes as the next step of the movement. Student social movement was mandatory to shield the truth and managed the social life in an environment and also government exerted in a certain country. The aim of this study was to acknowledged the faculty of social and political sciences Riau University student movement in 2017 and also to determine some factors that influenced it. This was a descriptive study with qualitative analytics methods. This study took part in faculty of social and political sciences Riau University based on the concern of unhappiness in student community for their study facility and environment. The writer also had an adequate knowledge for the situation and condition in the place to made a more suitable for analysed of phenomenon in the environment. Sample collection had been done by observational, interview and documentation by location. The data analysis was done by qualitative analysis. We found that the faculty of social and political sciences Riau University student movement in 2017 had several methods to describe their interest. Student movement had a “softer approached” with audience that followed by peaceful demonstration or vice versa. Student movement also encompassed the journalistic media to improve student awareness for their campus issues. It was happened as a response from the limitation of transparency in financial management of their campus which made a student charge.Keyword: Campus, Student, Demonstrate

Abstract

The title of this research is Kubu Sub Formation Strategy BabussalamRokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 Based on the discovery of the phenomenon thatoccurred in the field, namely lack of response from the Regent of Rokan Hilir indoing or making division in the district of Kubu Kubu district is divided intoBabussalam In 2002, after the Kubu district communities bargaining andconsultation with district head, headman, and community leaders to discuss themulti-purpose halls on the division of Kubu district into Babussalam Kubudistrict. Where the results of its deliberations were submitted to the Regent ofRokan Hilir Kaputen in 2002. This is because the village in the district of KubuBabussalam not enough to qualify bloomed. The type used in this research isdescriptive qualitative survey techniques. Data collection techniques used in thisstudy was the observation, field notes, documentation and interviews withinformants research. The research location is in the district of Kubu BabussalamRokan Hilir.Based on results of the analysis of the data of research to uncover andanswer research questions can be concluded that the action strategies undertakenin the District Formation Babussalam Kubu Rokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 is an actof deliberation which in the deliberations dilibat parties instrumental in theexpansion Kubu Sub Babussalam Rokan Hilir as Member of parliament RokanHilir in 2002 and 2011 Mr Amansyah Mr Bukhoiri, Chairman of the SpecialCommittee V, Head Kubu, Community Leaders and Community Kubu KubuBabussalam from 2002 to 2011. in the meeting it was concluded that Kubu districtBabussalam bloomed. Redistricting Babussalam Kubu district governmentproposed to Parliament Rokan Hilir discussion has been done three times. Abstract

This study aims to look at the discourse of the nomination of president and vice president of the independent public mistrust caused by the performance of political parties. Other than are the focus of this research is the discourse of the president of an independent could not be implemented in Indonesia because in the counstitution in 1945 of Article 6A paragraph (2) that the pair of candidates for president and vice president nominated by political parties or coalition of political parties participating in elections before general elections. But contrary to constitusional rights in law and government and shall abide by the law and the government is no exception and section 28D (3) that every citizen has the rights to obtain equal opportunities in government. This study is a research library. In this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tend to use the analysis and based on the theoretical basis of research as aguide. One the things that need to be done in preparation of the study is to efficiently utilize information sources available in the use of library materials needed both for research documents (secondary data).Research shows that the discourse of the nomination of president and vice president of independent Indonesia can not be implemented, because it must be held of amendment constitution in 1945 to Article 6A paragraph (2) that the pair of candidates for president and vice president nominated by political parties or coalition of political parties participating in elections before implementation elections and make changes by adding the individual words in the article that is implemented in Indonesia.Keyword: Discourse, Nomination, Independent

Abstract

The interests of elite on PT Riau Airlines Year 2002-2013. PT Riau Airlines (PT RAL) is one of the loss-making enterprises Riau province reached 99%. This number is the highest number compared to 6 other enterprises in the province of Riau. The failed of PT RAL, because there is any the bankruptcy proceeding by one of the vendors. The lawsuit is done because of the amount of debt piling up and is due payment. The influence of the power elite in the form of interests has a very big influence on this situation. This paper aims to describe the forms of these interests. These interests include, rational elite interests and subjective elite interests. The method used is the qualitative method. The results showed that of the overall shape of the interest on the formation and development of PT RAL, there are 10 elite interests subjective and 5 rational elite interests. The dominance of elite interests since the beginning of the establishment of the basis of losses to the failed of PT RAL.Keywords: Interest, rational, subjective

Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Research location in the village of Padang Island District of Merbau Meranti Islands District to focus research on the conflict between Padang and PT Society Islands. RAPP, In 2009 PT.RAPP have obtained the addition or expansion of Utilization License Timber Forest Products Forest Plants (IUPHHK-HT) through Decree SK.327 / Menhut-II / 2009 on June 12, 2009 covering an area of 115 025 ha. So when this area of PT.RAPP is 350 165 hectares, including an area of 41 205 hectares ereal located on the island of Padang. 41 205 hectares of land is the one who in the community problem in Padang IslandBased on research conducted by the authors of the Conflict Padang Island, people refuse beroprasinya PT.RAPP in Padang Island neighborhood by performing various kinds of protest to the company up to the central government. As for the actions that are carried out demonstrations, mouth sewing action, the action of self-immolation threat to the President, Establishment of the monument as a form of rejection PT.RAPP in Pulau Padang.;. Solutions conflict settlement between the company PT.RAPP is already in promise promised by the government such as conciliation and mediation. Abstract

The research aims to see the Dynamics of Conflict of the Golkar Party in 2013-2015 In Riau Province, and the focus of this research is how the political dynamics conducted by the Golongan Karya party from 2013 to 2015 until the consolidation phase of the Golongan Karya party. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Analysis of data presented in the form of qualitative that describes the actual situation in detail and actual by looking at the problem and research objectives. The study was conducted by interviewing informants who really understood with the problems of research that became the object of information that aims to achieve goals and obtain information in this study. This study examines the internal conflicts that occurred in the Golkar Party in 2013-2015. This conflict began with the Government's power along with Golkar that led to totalitarianism, bringing disappointment in society. Therefore, Golkar organizes an extraordinary national deliberation (munaslub) as an effort to fix the Golkar institute. In the munaslub, was elected Setya Novanto as chairman of the Golkar Party. Thus, the existence of Golkar Party continues, although there are some basic changes such as in its vision and mission: open, independent, democratic, moderate, entrenched, and responsive. When examined in terms of institutional, or analysis of the conflict that occurred in the Golkar Party, then it reflects the party only wants to achieve the benefits and personal interests. Abstract

Strategy Of Increasing Local Revenues (PAD) is interesting to study because an important factor in the implementation of regional autonomy as one of the government's success in organizing the financial management area. This study describe’s the government's strategy to increase revenue through local companies PD. Pelabuhan Dumai Bersemai.This study used a qualitative method and conducted in Dumai city. This study uses informants as sources of information objects that aims to achieve mastery in getting information. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants. Analysis of the data in a descriptive study conducted by describing the data in a systematic and objective so as to produce factual information, current, and accurate.Based on the results of the study found the following matters : first, PAD Improvement Strategy in PD. Pelabuhan Dumai Bersemai have a strategy that in cludes: Optimization of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Business Recovery Strategy, Potential Restructuring Company. The implementation of recovery strategies see the number of requests and restructuring loans made PD. Pelabuhan Dumai Bersemai and Local Government, to prepared anticipation government strategy in the management of the port as a benchmark for successful implementation of the strategy of empowering PD. Pelabuhan Dumai Bersemai. Second, as for one of the factors that influence the increase inrevenuein PD. Abstract

Labeling policies on these items interesting to study because of widespread circulation of goods which are not labeled in accordance with the provisions established in order to safeguard the rights - the rights of consumers of action - fraudulent acts committed by manufacturers and traders who are not in accordance with the provisions.This study used a qualitative method and conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses informants as sources of information objects that aims to achieve mastery in getting information. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants. Analysis of the data in a descriptive study conducted by describing the data in a systematic and objective so as to produce factual information, current, and accurate.Based on the results of this research is policy implementation labeling obligations is considered quite able to solve the problems that have been experienced by consumers as users of the goods that have been produced by the manufacturer. It can be seen from the purpose of this policy made. Department of Industry and Trade as actors implementing and controlling labeling policy periodically monitoring and sustainable in terms of overseeing the goods are already in the market, but have not been able to decide this matter, which had found in the field. This is because the Department of Industry and Trade as the local government which is an extension of the central government was not able to do much because the highest authority in the tackle and make decisions in a policy on this issue is at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.Keyword: Policy, Label, Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method and raises social phenomena about the thoughts of the Proclamation figure namely Soekarno, in this study the writer raises the research with the formulation of the problem (1) What ideologies influence Young Soekarno's thoughts (2) How Young Soekarno's thoughts about Marhaenism, Nasamax and Democracy. The purpose of this research is to Analyze ideologies that influence young Soekarno and understand young Soekarno's thoughts about Marhaenism, Nasamax and Democracy. This study uses a type of literature study, to collect research data using Library Research data collection techniques. The results of this study explain the ideologies that have a big influence on Sukarno's thoughts, namely, Javaism, Socialism, Islam, Nationalism and Marxism and explain Sukarno's ideas at a young age namely, Marhenism, Nasamax and Democracy. H.O.S Tjokroaminoto was the most influential person in the process of forming young Sukarno's thoughts, the ideological influences transmitted by H.O. Tjokroaminoto to Sukarno included Islam, Socialism and Nationalism.From the results of this study can be concluded that young Soekarno studied a lot of ideologies and had influenced Soekarno's political thinking and had an impact on the thoughts expressed by young Sukarno. Marhaenism with its Socio-Nationalism and Socio-Democracy, Nasamax with its concept of unity, as well as mutual cooperation contained in the Soekarno-style in the Pancasila that prove Sukarno was a Democratic. Keywords: Soekarno Muda, Ideology, Political Thought, Marhaenism, Nasamax, Democracy.

Abstract

Political parties as an icon of democracy is an organization engaged in the political process. Political parties have the goal of conquering power or take part in a launch power. For that victory in local elections became a very important thing obtained as the achievement of the objectives of political parties.This research was conducted in the District Rokan Hilir. The data used in this study is Primary data and secondary data. Data collection through in-depth interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative descriptive method because the retrieval of data from informants depth interviews of informants related. So that the problem in this case is How Political Parties in Victory Suyatno and Jamiludin in local elections Rokan Hilir 2015.The results of this study are the political parties have an enormous influence on the award-Jamiludin Suyatno in Rokan Hilir. It can be seen from the performance of the party and the winning team always brings out creativity in conducting political campaign. In addition to campaign actively is also the most effective efforts are decisive victory Suyatno-Jamiluddin in Rokan Hilir in the general election of Regional Head in the title 2015. Political Parties is a highly effective tool in the campaign in the county Regional Head of Rokan Hilir. That's because the political parties were able to encourage people Rokan Hilir to steer voters in mmilih Suyatno-Jamiludin by optimizing campaigns and external network utilization.Keywords: Political Parties, the Victory, Regional Head Election
