Abstract

The implementation of full day school really helps the school in maximizing practicum time for students. However, it is still found that worship facilities are inadequate, which of course affects the full day program at the school. This research was conducted to determine the planning of full day school in the religious formation of students at SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh. This research is field research using qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects included curriculum representatives, PAI teachers and students. The results of this research show that full day school planning in the religious development of students at SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh includes (1) Planning in the dimensions of religious worship and practice which includes theoretical development of PAI subjects, extracurricular Koran reading, and midday prayers in congregation.  (2) Planning in the dimensions of experience and consequences includes the development of PAI theory practice, academic and non-academic extracurriculars, and coaching to read the Al-Quran every day as well as the reading of Surah Yasin and Tausiah on Fridays. (3) Planning is carried out at the beginning of each semester in open deliberation involving all teaching and educational staff so that implementation in one semester can run effectively and efficiently as expected.

Abstract

Research on the correlation between the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students requires valid and reliable instruments to measure these two variables. Instrument validity and reliability are important aspects in ensuring the validity of the data obtained. This study aims to prove the validity and reliability of the instrument correlating the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of students of the Al-Qur'an Science and Tafsir Study Program of UIN Ar-Raniry with a sample size of 30 students selected by simple random sampling. The results of the study prove that the instrument of the correlation of the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students has sufficient validity and reliability to be used in measuring the correlation of the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the supervisory relationship between Principals and pedagogical competencies of Lhokseumawe City Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. This research is a quantitative study carried out in 9 Islamic Madrasas throughout the city of Lhokseumawe. The number of population are 245 teachers and the sample are 71 teachers. Sampling using the proportionete stratified random sampling technique, the data analysis technique tests the hypothesis using simple regression analysis and correlation analysis, while as a simple regression prerequisite test using the classical assumption test (normality test, reliability test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test). The results of this research are the supervision of the principal has an influence on the pedagogical competence of the teacher with the regression equation (Competence = 90,329 + 0,159 supervision) means that each addition of 1% the variable value of supervision then the value of pedagogical competency variable increases by 0,159, with the correlational value in sufficient category that is 0,411 , then the magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision factor on teacher pedagogical competencies is 0.169 or 16.9%

Abstract

Guru kehadirannya untuk membina dan melahirkan generasi yang memiliki produktifitas dalam kehidupan diera globalisasi untuk menjawab tantangan dunia baik dalam segi agama ataupun lingkungan sosial. Kompetensi guru yang rendah tentu mempengaruhi kualitas peserta didik. Rendahnya kualitas peserta didik tentunya akan mempengaruhi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang rendah yang sangat membahayakan daya saing kita didunia international. Salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting dimiliki guru ialah kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kompetensi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap hsil belajar siswa yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap tujuan sekolah atau lebih luasnya ialah tujuan pendidikan bangsa. Adapun untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik ialah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru yang meliputi tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman mengajar, pengalaman pelatihan, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana, dan supervisi kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan lembaga pendidikan pemerintah memberikan pengawasan dan pembinaan yang disebut supervisi. Supervisi merupakan Usaha dari petugas-petugas sekolah dalam memimpin guru-guru dan petugas-petugas lain nya dalam memperbaiki pengajaran, termasuk menstimulasi, menyeleksi pertumbuhan jabatan dan perkembangan guru-guru serta merevisi tujuan-tujuan pendidikan, bahan pengajaran dan metode serta evaluasi pengajaran. Ruang lingkup supervisi pendidikan memiliki dua aspek yaitu; aspek manusia dan aspek aktivitasnya. aspek manusia membahas sikap terhadap tugas, disiplin kesja, moral kerja, kejujuran, ketaatan terhadap peraturan organisasi, kerajinan, kecakapan, kemampuan serta kecerdasannya yang terlibat didalamnya seluruh yang menjadi stekholder dalam lembaga pendidikan. Sedangkan aspek aktivitas/kegiatanya menurut Suwoto ialah meliputi cara kerja ( cara mengajar), metoda pendekatan terhadap siswa, efisiensi kerja, dan hasil kerja. 3 unsur oprasional yang harus diperhatikan dalam aspek ini ialah; 1) teknik edukatif, 2)teknik administrasi dan 3) koordinasi dan kerjasama. Namun dalam setiap aspek ruanglingkup tersebut memiliki realita, problem serta harapan yang ingin diwujudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan merupakan seni atau cara dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan. dengan menggunakan teori-teori yang ada dalam manajemen, diharapkan pelaksanaan lembaga pendidikan akan berjalan dengan baik. Akan tetapi kenyataan yang ada tidak semua permsalahan yang ada dalam lembaga pendidikan terselesaikan dengan baik dengan menggunakan teori manajemen, sehingga membutuhkan pendekatan filosofi dalam menguraikan masalah untuk mencari solusi.Filsafat manajemen pendidikan Islam hadir sebagai bentuk solusi mengurai masalah manajemen pendidikan yang ada yang tidak selesai dengan sekedar penerapan teori manajemen pendidikan.kajian filsafat manajemen pendidikan Islam menghasilkan aturan atau metode baru dengan perpaduan pendekatan filosofi pendidikan dan teori manajemen yang ada sehingga aturan atau metode tersebut dijadikan sebuah ilmu baru yang dapat diterapkan dalam manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Schools still face significant challenges in their learning activities, which are impacted by a number of variables, necessitating coaching and supervision. Supervisors, who might be school heads, senior instructors, or school supervisors, are responsible for overseeing and guiding learning in schools. Finding out the methods used by supervisors in classroom instruction is the aim of this study. This study chose 17 articles which were produced using the systematic literature review study methodology, which employed analysis methodologies during the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion phases. The study's findings show that supervisors can improve the learning process in schools by building a harmonious relationship between supervisors and teachers, making supervision plans, preparing supervision instruments, establishing supervision techniques, carrying out supervision completely, and creating a forum for teacher development activities.

Abstract

Educational institutions own equipment and resources called facilities and infrastructure that facilitate the delivery of educational services. Infrastructure management is required for successful infrastructure. Inventory is one of the key components of infrastructure management. It involves several steps, including management, implementation, organization, recording, and registration of inventory items. The study employs a qualitative paradigm and literary analysis methods. Primary books and scholarly publications comprising 40 references are used as research sources. The findings indicated that maintaining infrastructure quality and quantity is a goal of the invention focus. Activities involving inventory are fundamentally a continuous process. Additionally, the inventory of educational institutions provides data on the number, quality, wealth, planning, acquisition, and removal of facilities and infrastructure, as well as data on data accountability. Activities related to inventory include tracking purchases and creating reports.

Abstract

The role of extracurricular learning is crucial in supporting intra-curricular and co-curricular learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). However, many teachers still face difficulties in determining activities for the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Students (P5PPRA) project within extracurricular learning. This study aims to design an extracurricular P5PPRA framework for MI. The research method used is the Design-Based Research (DBR) model. The study was conducted at MI in Lhokseumawe City, involving all MI school stakeholders, including the Head of Madrasah and teachers. The results indicate that the P5PPRA extracurricular design for MI can be structured around two themes: sustainable living and engineering to build the Republic of Indonesia. Each project theme is implemented through three phases: Phase A (introduction), Phase B(design), and Phase C (implementation). This design is expected to assist teachers in developing innovative extracurricular learning that aligns with the needs of the madrasah and students

Abstract

Faktanya di Aceh rasio jumlah guru dan siswa kita ini sekitar 1:16 untuk tingkat SD sendiri, sudah termasuk memadai. Akan tetapi sebaran data guru yang tidak merata, walaupun masih dalam satu zona. Inilah yang menyebabkan, ada sekolah yang mengalami kekurangan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pemetaan penempatan guru SD di Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah rombel sebanyak 621 unit untuk seluruh sekolah SD, sedangkan guru yang terdata pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 555 orang guru PNS/PPPK. Kemudian dalam rentang 5 tahun kedepan, ada guru yang memasuki usia pensiun sebanyak 88 orang (guru kelas 72 orang, guru PAI 9 orang dan guru PJOK 7 orang). Analisis pemetaan yang terfokus pada guru PNS/PPPK, 5 tahun ke depan semua guru mengalami kekurangan, sedangkan analisis pendataan seluruh guru yang ada, maka hanya guru kelas yang mengalami kekurangan mencapai 35 orang guru untuk di sebarkan pada 3 kecamatan. Jika pemerintah memaksimalkan kinerja guru dengan memeratakan guru, baik PNS/PPPK ataupun non PNS/PPPK yang ada, maka akan lebih efisien pemetaan guru di kota Lhokseumawe. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemetaan penempatan guru SD kota Lhokseumawe masih memadai apabila pemerdayaan guru secara keseluruhan yang ada baik PNS/PPPK dan non PNS/PPPK.
