Abstract

Coders are fully responsible for the accuracy of diagnosis coding, therefore officers must have good knowledge and high experience so that coding activities can be carried out well, based on a survey conducted by researchers at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, pneumonia ranks 3rd out of the 10 most common illnesses in inpatients at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, by checking the entry and exit sheets in the medical record files for those diagnosed with pneumonia, there were 11 diagnoses whose diagnosis codes were incorrect, which would hamper the claim process and would affect the quality of medical record services. The purpose of this research is to determine the knowledge and work experience of coders in carrying out codefication of pneumonia diagnoses at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The type of research carried out is descriptive research, namely describing the results of the data obtained. The research objects were 65 medical record files for pneumonia diagnosis and the research subjects were 5 coders. The method used is observation using a check list sheet and questionnaire sheet. Data collection uses secondary and primary data. Of the 65 medical record files for pneumonia diagnosis, 54 or (70%) had correct codes and 11 or (30%) had incorrect codes. 5 people or (100%) coders have worked for ≥3 years. 2 respondents or (40%) had good knowledge, and 3 people or (60%) officers had sufficient knowledge.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB merupakan penyakit yang sangat mudah menular melalui udara. Kesalahan dalam pengobatan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dapat merugikan pasien mulai dari resiko ringan hingga serius. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai evaluasi resep obat anti tuberkulosis dengan tujuan mencegah kesalahan pengobatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Evaluasi resep yang dilakukan meliputi skrining resep secara administratif dan klinis, serta kajian mengenai ketepatan dosis dan kemungkinan adanya interaksi obat. Berdasarkan hasil skrining secara administratif terhadap 21 resep obat anti tuberkulosis terdapat 21 resep yang tidak lengkap, yang meliputi tidak adanya paraf dokter (9,52%), alamat pasien (90,47%), umur pasien (71,42%), jenis kelamin pasien (38,09%), dan berat badan pasien (90,47%). Obat anti tuberkulosis yang diresepkan adalah rifampisin (44,11%), isoniazid (32,35%), ethambutol (20,58%), dan pirazinamid (5,88%). Ketepatan dosis obat anti tuberkulosis tidak dapat dianalisis secara keseluruhan karena ketidaklengkapan resep, namun ada enam resep (28,57%) yang dapat dianalisis dan sudah tepat dosis. Terdapat 33,33% potensi interaksi obat dalam resep, serta terdapat 66,66% resep tanpa potensi interaksi obat. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, OAT, resep, interaksi obat

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kedekatan orang tua terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola kedekatan yang paling banyak dibangun oleh orang tua kepada anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Ngimbang Lamongan adalah Pola Aman (Secure Attachment) dimana 4 dari 5 orang tua telah menerapkan kedekatan pola aman yaitu sering mengajak anak berkomunikasi, selalu siaga dalam membantu dan memenuhi kebutuhan anak. Sedangkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Ngimbang Lamongan yang paling optimal adalah kemampuan anak berinteraksi dimana 5 anak mampu dengan baik untuk melakukan interaksi dengan teman sebaya seperti mengajak bermain bersama, berbagi dengan eman, dan memiliki empati.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become a global phenomenon that is changing the way schools learn and manage. This study examines the implementation of technology and digital literacy in the context of continuous improvement at SMK Negeri 4 Samarinda, with the aim of improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative case study approach through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that SMK Negeri 4 Samarinda has integrated various digital platforms in the learning process, such as Google Classroom, Moodle, and the school's internal LMS, as well as interactive media such as videos, animations, and simulations. The school also implements a digital-based Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) to document and manage the education quality assurance process. In addition, schools use data-based management to improve the quality of learning, by relying on data on student learning outcomes, attendance, and teacher performance evaluation. The implementation of the flexible and student-based Independent Curriculum, as well as the use of digital technology in learning, has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning and students' skills. Technology-based evaluation and strengthening technical and soft skills also support students' readiness to enter the digitalized world of work. This research contributes to understanding how technology and digital literacy can strengthen continuous improvement in education quality management in vocational schools, as well as become a model for vocational schools in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Akses terhadap berbagai barang dan jasa keuangan dapat difasilitasi oleh pertumbuhan internet dalam bidang teknologi informasi yang digunakan dalam industri keuangan. Maraknya crowdfunding merupakan penerapan fintech yang semakin dikenal saat ini. Studi yang mengamati kampanye crowdfunding Rachel Vennya di Kitabisa.com ini mencoba menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi kesesuaian, pengaruh sosial, dan motivasi terhadap niat mendanai. Kuesioner Google Formulir yang dikirimkan kepada peserta penelitian menggabungkan metodologi kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sebagai strategi pengambilan sampelnya. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t menghasilkan perceived congruence, social influence dan motivation berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap funding intention pada campaign crowdfunding Rachel Vennya di Kitabisa.com. Berdasarkan uji F mengasilkan perceived congruence, social influence dan motivation secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap funding intention pada campaign crowdfunding Rachel Vennya di Kitabisa.com. Abstract

Basic education is an important element in the development of the quality of human resources in Indonesia. However, the gap between public and private elementary schools (SD) is still the main obstacle in equitable access and quality of education. This difference is reflected in the variation in academic quality, educational facilities, and school management. One of the schemes introduced to address this problem is Performance-Based Financing (PBF), which provides funds based on school performance to improve the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PBF in improving the quality of basic education and reducing the gap between public and private elementary schools. The main focus of the study is to evaluate the impact of PBF on students' academic quality, educational facilities, and school management. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design, involving 40 elementary schools in the PBF intervention area, consisting of 20 public elementary schools and 20 private elementary schools. Data was collected through documentation of academic scores, observation of educational facilities, school management questionnaires, and interviews with principals. The results showed that the implementation of PBF increased students' academic scores (public elementary school: +5.8; private elementary schools: +5.5), the quality of educational facilities (improvement scores: +1.1 to +1.2), and the effectiveness of school management. Regression analysis showed a significant influence of PBF on education quality with R² 0.54 and p-value 0.001. The gap in quality between public and private elementary schools decreased from 2.6 points to 0.9 points. These findings suggest that PBF is effective in improving the quality of education, but requires additional policy support for more optimal outcomes.
